My wife and I visited the Fjällräven shop this past Sunday and were met by two energetic, polite and helpful staff members. They spent about half an hour with us, answering questions, going over products with us.. it was fantastic. Further, they meet you at the door where you are asked to sanitize your hands and have a temperature check before entering the store which we thought was fantastic. While we were in the store a not so friendly man entered the store he was upset and using profanities with the staff over having to sanitize his hands, wear a mask and have his temperature checked before entering. The staff handled it very politely and professionally. Overall, super impressed.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and awesome vibe in the store. Not a huge selection of products but what they have is all you'll need. Stuff is made to last, is built for serious outdoors peeps and competitively priced. Next time I need outdoor wear I'll go straight to Fjallraven.

The team at this Fjällräven has been outstanding every single time I've come in. They have been helpful and kind and have never pressured me into buying anything, only given me heaps of important information to help me find the best product for me. I am particular and buy high quality clothing such as Fjällräven with the expectation that it will last a long time. So when I had an issue with a garment purchased there I didn't hesitate to bring it in for their opinion. The two team members today walked me through why the quality of the garments I was returning was unacceptable and helped me understand why it wouldn't happen again when I exchanged it. Cheers to their lovely and helpful staff. They truly helped me understand the issue and went above and beyond to fix it.

Hands down one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. I believe the person helping me was Faith, she was very accommodating when it came to me wanting to look at various items and sizes. All the staff members went above and beyond in product knowledge, service and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Nice store, great products. Why the 3/5? They never have sales. I can go the same day to MEC and see better sales than this store. Another really annoying about this place is stock! They literally had 3 flannel shirts available for sale...full price. MEC had 5-7 different options with a couple on sale. Online stores like Altitude have dozens..all 20% off! A brand store should be the leader of their own product.

Amazing products but Absolutely horrible experience with the two girls working there completely rude and disrespectful. They talk to us as if we had no intentions of buying anything and didn't know anything about the products and always kept walking away while we were talking to her asking her questions. The other one wouldn't leave her seat from the sewing machine to help customers in the store. Its sad when I know more about the products than they did. I will never go to that specific Fjallraven store again. Mec will keep my business or order online. Store owners need to reevaluate their staff choices as their staff today costed them close to $800 of what we were planning on buying. Completely disappointed.

My husband n I went to the store for shopping last Saturday. I was impressed by how the staff perfectly followed the rules to all customers from the entrance of store at that time. Which’s We had a perfect belief in that part that we care a lot about during the Pandemic. That made us to focus on shopping safely. All friendly staffs knew the details of the products they were selling in a good manners. I’d like to share that we really enjoyed shopping with high-quality products with service.
