Leo is the man and the Calgary location gave me the best experience I've had in purchasing a suit. The end product fit me perfectly, no alterations at all. EPH is the best option for a custom built suit, don't bother with the department stores or Moore's. I paid less for a two piece suit with matching shirt and tie, than other stores ask for just the suit. You can't compete with a shirt and suit measured to fit you, and Leo will make it do just that. I wore the suit he helped me design and fit to a wedding and I couldn't believe how many people commented on how great the suit looks. I read a lot of the negative reviews, they're just not a true reflection of the quality of the service and product. If you are a difficult shape/size to fit for clothing, be willing to put in some work to get it right. Don't demand a last minute rush order for entire wedding party. You will get a great suit, you will pay less and you won't regret saving the time and energy of shopping around for your next suit.

Great initial service (tailor came to my apt to measure), and the fabric is great. But really poor fit when I got the final suit, I had to make big adjustments to my jacket for it to be how I requested it (slim fit) - they seem to do better with "classic" fits vs. slim fits. Suits are made in China and have a long lead time, so I could not risk having a "remake", which they do offer. They reimburse $100 for adjustments, but the changes were over $300. Looking back, I should have gone for a fully bespoke suit and I would have spent the same amount, I also could have started the suit process a couple months earlier to allow for a remake...

Eph Apparel was excellent! My husband and his groomsmen wanted custom suits and he found Eph Apparel through word of mouth. The service was great, and they made the whole experience of custom suit building very enjoyable. The guys went in on a weekday evening, brought some beers, and they were well taken care of by the staff. Their suits came out great, alterations were included, and everyone was very happy in the end!

Every time I attend the store, I have to wait over 15 minutes, no matter if I had appointment or just dropped in..seriously the store it's a good idea with having some good designs and fabrics. However, when it comes to the customer service, I have many doubts. I am saying that because the store doesn't follow and respect their setup appointments system. It means if you have booked the first appointment at the store opening for the day(which is 11am),get ready to be waited at least 10-15 minutes before you are fully served, because there will be another customer how arrived before store opening and staff decedied to serve before your appointment. Honestly, they should respect their system in place and explain to those customers that there are booked appointment and wait 5 minutes if No show up, then you will be served. This is how it should be when it comes to customer service in North America.. But who can listen, understand and practice these standard rules.. No one.. I feel Money spent in store, but is weast for the service.

I had a great experience using Eph Apparel for my wedding. Leo helped us through the process every step of the way, from colour advice, to fabrics, to style recommendations - and he did so in a really thoughtful way. I felt like my questions or comments were heard and responded to patiently and in detail. In addition, all of my groomsmen except one got suited up here locally which made for a great time. The one other groomsman was overseas and Eph covered all shipping charges. When I received my suit I needed a small adjustment (I think from patio drinks increasing my waistline). The adjustments were great and Leo and team pressed my suit before returning it. I would recommend them to everyone. Great quality, great tailoring and service that's reasonably priced.

Showed up for booked appointment no one at store, no phone number to call that anyone will answer on the weekend. Waited for 20 minutes knocked on door a few times. Emailed them and they say oh we should have been open you sure we weren’t open. This is the third time I’ve had bad service from them. Went and bought suits from another place. Order will arrive in 2 weeks not like the 6 weeks from my previous eph order. Too bad my first impression from Winnipeg store was really good. They have lost a repeat customer and not sending any more referrals.

We are currently working with Eph Apparel now for our upcoming wedding and have had a terrible experience. All suits have had to be sent back twice and still aren't up to par. I discourage everyone from using this company. We could have rented and had a better experience. Avoid avoid AVOID. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered a suit from here and when it arrived after months of waiting. It was COMPLETELY wrong in size. It was so off they had to reorder it and even then they had to tailor the new suit some more. Got the suit a week before the wedding and fit was horrid. I ended up going to Nordstrom to get another suit. I would not recommend this place.

They did not only supply superior customization but we’re also able to source the fabric. I've been getting my shirts and suits tailored by Eph Apparel ever since they were just a small shop in Confusion Corner. To date, I have gotten tailoring done by a handful of other tailors in Winnipeg and around the world, and none of them can compare to Eph. Not only are the prices reasonable and the material is decent quality, but somehow, Eph tailors my shirts and suits to be comfortably fitting. Even Harry Rosen, who charged me 8 times the price for a dress shirt, fit way too tightly and made it uncomfortable to move. Eph gets it right every time! ????????

Product quality was good and reasonably priced. I was happy with the end product for the price I paid (after multiple alterations). Unfortunately the same could not be said for the customer service we received from Calvin. We felt very uneasy about the whole process and we were left very unsure about the choices he had helped us make. If I had not originally met with Alex (a manager from Manitoba who was temporarily in Calgary), we probably would have taken our business elsewhere. Alex was fantastic in making us feel confident about our choices in colour, pattern, and the multitude of options they have available! Too bad we only had a chance to meet with him the first time and had to deal with poor management afterwards. I originally chose all my options for my suit with Alex, feeling very confident after we left. When I returned to the store, I was told by Calvin that it had been lost. And I felt very uneasy when going through the process all over again with Calvin. I would have given no star rating, but added 1 star for product quality, and 1 more for Alex. Would not shop there again under the same management (and my 5 groomsmen, father & father-in-law all agreed). Would prefer to go to another Eph Apparel location.

Would definitely recommend. I ordered the suits for my groomsmen as well as my own for my wedding and they were great! Initially there was an issue with the tailor who did our measurements and the suits had to be redone but the way it was handled and the final fit was perfect. Once Leo stepped in everything was handled wonderfully, there was no added costs, they rushed the remakes and were very professional with how they handled the problem.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For a company that boasts about their service, they need to take a serious internal look at how they maintain that with their customers. You might be saving money, but the hassle was not worth it to us. There is no apology for any error made on their end, which we had a lot of. And you will not be left feeling confident about them correcting that error. From the fitting to the day before our wedding, we only had problems. Our wedding parties suits all needed some sort of alteration or remakes. We received the wrong custom shirt for one gentleman. And a shipping error they made after we had requested a change cost us to have a groomsman in a COMPLETE DIFFERENT COLOUR! Which could have been corrected if they had followed through with our request properly from the beginning. I have yet to hear a follow up from anyone I have dealt with, like the day before our wedding which was when we got the LAST alterations back, or since. With 9 suits made Eph had the potential to have some great repeat clients as well as referrals, none of which they will be getting. You never know who your clients are and the networking potential they have, which should be kept in mind for anyone dealing with your customers.

I was in a wedding party that chose EPH Apparel to make pants and shirts for the guys. I had originally placed my order online but Leo kindly emailed me and offered to take my measurements in person in Calgary, which was an awesome experience. I have had suits and clothing made before but the precision in the measurements really impressed me. When I got my outfit I was blown away. The shirt especially impressed me. I am tall and skinny and clothes never fit me well, but this shirt fits perfectly. I 100% will be ordering more from EPH and I plan on adding to my formal wear solely from them now on. By far my best experience with tailoring and tailored clothing. And best of all the prices are even better than some designer brands and these clothes fit better.

Update August 30, 2020 (upgraded from 2 to 3 stars): I went in to get the suit looked at for alterations as the suit came back slightly larger. Leo prepped necessary adjustments to get the suit ready to be tailored. Experience was similar to before. Only thing is that I do not understand how custom fitted suits come back in a manner that doesn't fit perfectly. Either they measure wrong or their manufacturer is wrong. Regardless, in order to make amends for their error of having a huge delay, they offered some accessories. Verbal agreement of 2 accessories for each person in my party (4). This seems like a lot, which may be true if you consider their markup, but it's likely that the value for the products are much less. Once I receive the suit back, I will update my review again. AUGUST 18, 2020 Review I went in for a fitting on June 14, 2020 and made a purchase for a complete custom suit - I wanted something different than my groomsmen as I am the groom. Slated for an original wedding date of August 22, 2020, the suit was expected to arrive in time and have remaining time for alterations. But like many others, it was postponed due to COVID. Today is August 18, 2020 and I just received the delivery confirmation this morning. It may come in 2-3 business days, technically in time for the original date, but would leave no time for alterations. The rep ensured me that the suit would be here by then. Here's my timeline of events: 1) June 14 (June 18th order confirmation), when the order was placed, est. 4-6 week wait time 2) June 14, evening, sent the image to the Calgary store rep (he said he would handle it) for the custom liner 3) July 10 (nearly a month later), waiting on custom liner apparently, meaning there was nothing done with my email previously 4) Aug 18, order shipped. 5) Aug 18, live chat with support stating they do not offer store credit nor partial refunds, due to their policy.... EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT YET, which makes zero sense to me. This is literally all of the communication between myself and Eph Apparel. The receipt clearly states 4-6 weeks yet it has been 9 weeks with the suit only now on its way. After reading the terms and conditions fully, the only kicker is that they recommend coming into the store a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding to get fitted (which we did not), but all my groomsmen received their suits AND had their suits altered already. Their service was fine. For some reason there was just a gap between this one and those. You actually cannot find their terms and conditions if you search within their website. You would have to Google "Eph Apparel Terms & Conditions" which would then take you there. Lastly, their footnote is misinformation - "We're Canadian, and so are our prices." Maybe the people working there, yes. But please note that their suits are outsourced to someone in China, which is why they are able to make their profit and likely why it takes so long for the product to arrive. I paid $800 (after group discount) for mine thinking that it would be local (of course, me trying to support small companies) but I could have saved hundreds of dollars ordering directly from those manufacturers. The only thing preventing a 1 star review is the pleasant in-store service. The fitting was nice and the rep was personable. That's all.

I've been to Eph a handful of times for suits, dress pants and shirts. Leo has been great to deal with and his measurements are bang on. It's reassuring to know that Eph will cover $100 worth of alternations but I haven't needed any. Also delivery has been a quicker than expected for all of my orders.

EPH Apparel is goes above and beyond any custom suit company I have used in the past. Using EPH for my wedding suits last year was a great experience. Having 6 guys with completely different body shapes it would have been almost impossible to buy off the rack. EPH made custom suits and shirts that made for an amazing look. For any athletes who have a hard time finding pants that fit I would suggest trying a pair of EPH dress pants. The custom fit allows for a good looking dress pant on all lower body sizes. Only company I now buy dress clothes from!

We saw these folks at the Calgary wedding expo earlier this year and they by far had the best dressed booth especially considering their prices. Everything was nicely tailored and the outfits were put together very well. They sold me on the in home consultation experience where one of their stylists comes directly to my house to measure the wedding party. Sounds good! So I setup the appointment, grabbed some beers, and the fellow showed up. We all got measured, filled out the order forms, then sent him on his way. A few weeks later I got my suit. To my surprise it fit horribly. One thing I mentioned to the stylist is that I wanted the legs be tapered fairly tight, as I can't stand baggy dress pants. The pants along with the dress shirt were huge. The other fellows got their suits and it was the same story. Everything was way too baggy. Two of us had to have the dress shirts re-made, and all of us needed to use their full $75 alteration credits (plus another $5 out of pocket). Now after all of it, the suits turned out looking good (decent quality fabrics TBH), and the customer service on our email chain was great as well. What I will say is the added stress of worrying about the suits while planning a wedding was not worth it. I was sold on the custom fit idea, but in reality it was more like a rough fit, then get it fixed up with alterations. I'm confused why we weren't measured properly in the first place. If I could have done it again, I would have preferred to build an outfit off the shelf for a much cheaper price and have it altered on site. Recently this store opened in Calgary. I would have liked the option to deal with a brick and mortar as I'm assuming they have their own tailors in house. It would have been so much easier just to walk into the store, get everything fixed, and not have to worry about mailing in receipts and sending them updated measurements. We did the entire order through mail as the store just opened a few weeks back. If you are planning to go with these guys you should expect to require alterations. The suits will not be perfect when they arrive (out of four suits every single one needed to be fixed, the buttons were even crooked on two of the jackets). Just keep that in mind especially if you need something for an upcoming event. The fitting took place on March 11th, and everything was fixed and replaced by late June. Make sure to plan ahead if you are going to use these folks. Again the suits came out good. It was fun to custom design everything, the jacket liner especially had some interesting options. I think one of the guys got pink Camo :) 3.5/5

I don't normally write reviews, but oh boy, do I have to write one for my experience at EPH Apparel. As a very long story short (of which I've already sent an email to head office regarding my experience), I DO NOT recommend Eph Apparel to anyone and I would never come back. Firstly, the company prides itself on being Canadian - so obviously support local. But, very unfortunately, the suits were outsourced to China. If I wanted to buy a suit from China, there's endless cheaper options than for the price that was paid here. Keep in mind that I am a lot muscular than your average male build. Now to the suit itself, where do I even start? The initial fit was god-awful. I was absolutely mind blown at the fact that for a CUSTOM measured suit, nothing fit correctly. All in all, I had to go back SIX times for alterations, and only after the SIXTH time (which was a week before my brother's wedding), everything was to my satisfaction. This was a serious inconvenience. There were times that parts of my garments were altered - WHEN I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR IT TO BE TOUCHED. As someone who's worked and is still working in the customer service industry for 7 years and counting, this was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Each and every single time I went in for alterations, I was met with exasperated sighs, reluctance, snarky comments and condescending tones. As someone who doesn't buy formal wear, the employee made snarky comments on "how" I should wear the suit and that I wasn't supposed to do certain things. Instead of educating customers, the employee assumed everyone should have knowledge about how to wear suits. Absolutely not how you interact in a customer service setting. My significant other came with me every time (as she has a better eye for these things), and she was just as disgusted and shocked as I was. Save your money and go elsewhere. You'll probably find a better fitting suit off the rack (seriously, I usually do), and for cheaper too. I'd rather get my suits altered in Chinatown by the ladies there, and they'd do a better job - and that's saying a lot.

Eph’d up apparel and service. Avoid at all costs. I was part of a wedding party where 3 of 4 suits were either wrong size or wrong customizations. In addition to my suit not coming with the customizations I had ordered, the remade suit to correct the issue did not arrive in time for the wedding after I was personally guaranteed it would. Also, the shirt that I was assured would be a rush order and arrive before the wedding did not arrive in time. Edited: yes, the response from the owner is true that I did receive my refund. However the experience was awful for the entire wedding party and I stand by a one star review. Receiving a refund for services not received is the bare minimum and I shouldn’t have had to ask for this and message repeatedly without response. Avoid this company. Not worth the trouble at all.

We chose EPH for our suits for my friends wedding, and we received exactly what was promised. They turned out to be great quality and we got to choose a few special customizations. Leo in the Calgary shop was great during the selection process and after we received our suits to ensure they fit perfectly and were pressed for the big day. Definitely recommend EPH and LEO for any custom suits in Calgary!

We are 4 moths since i left this review and we STILL DO NOT HAVE A SUIT!!! The day after I left this bad review the store made contact and said that they were looking through their storage room and noticed that this suit had not been picked up!!! REALY!! Shipped the suit to the Winnipeg store, then to us only to have it STILL NOT FIT. They have now cut a THIRD suit for him that was suppose to arrive today. Now, due to a holiday in China, it will not ship until Sunday. Beyond terrible service from this company! If I could give no stars I would. Suit was ordered for my husband for a wedding he was in. We live in North Carolina, wedding was in Calgary. Suit arrived and was no where near fitting. Took it into a local place and could not be altered to fit. New suit was made and it again did not fit properly, arrived 2 days before we were to leave for the wedding, so could not be altered here. It was "close enough" so he could wear it for the wedding. Stopped into the downtown Calgary location to have it altered after the wedding and have not seen or heard a word since. That was JULY!!! Hubby has called the corporate number, and was told that since it was at a location, they could not do anything about it???!! So now we have a suit that was paid for and no suit. Tried to see if there is a way to contact the store through the web site and the web site is not working. Terrible customer service!!!

Ordered suits thru EPH for a wedding and received excellent service and quality until the suits arrived. They offer tailoring reimbursement up to $75 which should take care of most minor issues. However of the 5 suits ordered 1 needed extensive changes that cost more, and still fit excessively small in the legs. Of the 5 suits two zippers broke (one before the wedding and one during the wedding), two got tears in the fabric, and on the day of the suits got wrinkled up from the humidity and looked very sloppy. These suits are essentially drop-shipped from Shenzen and any issues on after receiving the suit requires more effort on your part. Which would be fine had there been more value to the quality and materials I could overlook the lack of a one-stop solution. The suit I received looked great upon arrival, however with so many glaring quality issues before the wedding even started I can't help but have been nervous for the photos. I have no issue with the business model or Shenzen products, but at the price we paid for premium suits, I expected a much higher quality product then I received. Update - Communication with customer service was basically unhelpful and they never really understood that my issue wasn't with the fit, but the finish of the suits. Well, my fit was fine, 3 out of 5 weren't though. Disappointed that they didn't make things right, and given the number of recent poor reviews this looks like a trend.

Met with Leo for a wedding consultation for my groomsmen and I. Due to me working out of town I was really looking to get measured for my suit that same day. Leo informed us that was another type of wedding consultation, but managed to fit and measure us all that same day, saving me a lot of headaches. Would definitely recommend him to my friends or anyone looking to get tailored clothing. UPDATE* Just went in for the final fitting for my tuxedo and everything fit perfectly and I couldnt imagine a better ux for my wedding! Surely will be going back for other tailored suits/clothing

I had a nightmare time with Eph apparel in Calgary. They altered my suit pants 4 times and remade my pants once over the span of 8 months and still couldn’t get my pants to fit right. Instead of paying to get my pants tailored elsewhere, they decided that giving me a free dress shirt would fix the problem. When I received the dress shirt in the mail it wasn’t even the one I had selected in the store. Now I have suit pants that don’t fit right and a shirt I didn’t want. I’ve had custom suit from other companies like Suits by Curtis Elliot and Indochino and never had a single problem with the pants. I would not recommend getting a custom suit from Eph apparel.

Decided to go with Eph Apparel in Calgary for wedding suits and the experience was top notch every step. Lots of fabric to choose from and found one that fit our needs perfectly. Went in for the fitting, had a couple drinks and hung out with my groomsmen and Leo took control getting everyone fitted up for the big day. Almost everything was perfect on the first shipment, only a couple of minor alterations were needed and they were done quickly with the suit and shirt even coming back pressed and ready to go! One of my groomsmen lives in Trail, BC so we thought it might be tough to get his alterations done in a remote area but Eph customer service in Winnipeg was top-notch. They took the stress away and handled everything professionally. A couple of us ordered extra shirts last minute as we expected a hot weather day and we received them with time to spare. Overall excellent service and quality, Leo knows his stuff!

Stay away. The entire wedding party had to get pretty significant alterations complete because we all looked like 50's dockworkers with what they had sent us. I've heard horror stories before from others that used the service, and sadly I had no choice but to use them in this case.

My experience at Eph Apparel... I was serviced by Leo and throughout the four encounters that we had, I did not enjoy a single one. On day one, I picked out my own fabric with very little help, selected my own shirt with him passing me a book, and was ignored almost the entire time. Leo was busy on his computer and talking to other guests, all of which was taking place during my booked appointment time. After my first experience, I sent an email to the head office about my experience and was called several times by Leo himself shortly after... Apparently client confidentiality and service are not important. I then told him both on the phone and in person my complaints and he apologized while throwing in remarks that he was one of their best employees... I was then offered a free tie or other product to which I declined. Instead, I offered him the chance to redeem the past experiences. He failed to do so. The next two times that I met with Leo was during alterations, he was little to no help. And when I told him about the things that I wanted altered, like it being too tight for me to even sit down on a chair, he told me that it was fine and that it didn't need to be altered in his opinion. I used Eph Apparel for my wedding in Calgary. My wife and I (before the wedding) got to go in and look at all the materials and designs and fully pick out everything I would want on my suit and what I would want for my groomsmen. Then at a later date my 7 groomsmen and I all went in together to get fitted for our suits. We were helped by Brett and it was an amazing experience all around. The customer service was really great and the atmosphere in general was awesome. After being fitted it took about 10-12 weeks to get our suits (which is a bit long but they tell you it will take that long so it’s that’s fine), and when we got the suits in they all fit perfectly, not 1 person had to go in for alterations. One of my groomsmen is from Australia and they even were able to do his by having him send in his measurements and they sent his stuff to him and it all went perfectly. It comes in a nice box and was packaged very carefully. And on top of all that, the prices are the best I could find. If you go to any suit store anywhere, you will be paying more than using Eph Apparel, and then using Eph you get to have it be a custom suit which was really cool. 10/10 would recommend

Suits didn’t fit right, alterations were mostly ineffective and the one suit that was completely wrong couldn’t be shipped back from China to the groomsman that ordered it (he’s in the us we are in Calgary). It’s 6:15pm Saturday August 10th. Store says it closes at 7pm. Lights are off door is locked. Calgary location on 10th ave. It only took me 50mins to drive here. The only reason I had to come here is because the very low quality suit they shipped me came with pant legs that are too short. Me and 2 others in the wedding party of 5 have pants that are too short. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Especially because they cannot stay open during posted business hours. Zero stars if possible.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had when purchasing a suit. Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere else. I don't typically write reviews, but this was an absolute nightmare - if I could give less than 1 star I would. My experience was similar to other reviews here - in the initial appointment Leo promised it would be a smooth, stress-free, process to have suits made for myself and my groomsmen. He went as far to identify himself as the "Ace" of all the employees. Unfortunately he failed to deliver on his promises time after time. Our suits arrived 12 weeks after we went in for measurements and paid for our order. We were assured they would arrive in 6-8 weeks. Turns out that Leo forgot to order them... During the process of tracking them down, we were told at one point that they had no idea where our suits were and "they would understand if we chose to go ahead and order suits somewhere else for our upcoming wedding"...once again this was after we'd already paid for them and they were already 3 weeks late at that point. When the suits finally arrived, they were incredibly wrinkled (despite us being promised they would be pressed and ready for pick-up) and further alterations were needed. Leo assured us the alterations would be completed and the suits would be ready at a specific day and time. When we arrived at the agreed upon day/time, the shop was locked up and lights were out - Leo was nowhere to be found. Leo called after our set appointment time to let us know the suits weren't ready because the alterations hadn't been made... I've spent hours upon hours chasing down our suits. I've spoken to employees throughout the company through all of this and not one of them demonstrated any pride or care. No apology or acknowledgement of their embarrassing performance. Save the headache and go anywhere else.

Leo and EPH in Calgary hooked up my hockey team of a wedding party (9 guys including me) with a great fitted suit on short notice and the customer service was stellar. I had to get my pants let out a bit as they were a bit small upon arrival but the fix was quick and painless.

So a few things I have an issue with. 1) when I went into the store originally about a year ago the consultant I was dealing with told me that the suits were stitched and made in the UK.. imagine my surprise when it was shipped from China. 2) upon arrival of the suit the pants and vest fit.. the jacket is so tight a tailor won’t be able to let it out and with literally 2 weeks to my wedding I have no idea what I’m gonna do... I’ll pop by the store seeing as the store dosnt have a phone number.. probably just for this reason...

I've ordered custom clothes from them for approx. 5 years. The process is simple: get measured, try clothes on, get any alterations, look good. What most stands out for me was that they were able to alter a 5 year old suit (ordered from them) that was waaay too small to wear anymore and have it fit again. Custom men's wear is an investment but the great thing with EPH is that they leave enough material to get the most value out of the clothes in the future.

This time I was in the market for a suit for my wedding as well as suits for my best man, father of the bride, father of the groom, etc. The experience this time was a bit different as now EPH has a storefront on 10th Ave Calgary making everything much more convenient. Leo was top notch getting us fitted for our suits and even made the accommodation to open the store on a Sunday for a private fitting which definitely made it more fun. I have now received the suit and while it fit pretty well, I wanted it to be perfect for my wedding. So I called up Leo and made an appointment to come in and get the final adjustments if any that were needed. I will update my comments once my suit comes back in with the final adjustments Leo recommended. While to be honest I was a bit on the fence of whether or not to go this route regarding wedding suits for myself and 3 groomsmen, we wanted custom fit suits, they had the patterns we wanted and the price was very reasonable for a fitted suit vs off the shelf. Calvin was incredibly helpful and understands how a suit should fit and can also guide your decision making as there are so many options (# buttons, lapel style, pockets etc) that is it easy to get overwhelmed. This method also worked for us as one of the groomsman lived in NZ so doing an off the shelf shopping trip wasn't going to work. The suits came, they fit reasonably well. 2 of us needed very minor alterations - one was done doing the reimbursement from a tailor method and I got mine done in the EPH office. Again, I was incredibly impressed by Calvin as for alterations I went in and said it doesn't fit right but I don't know why and he made some changes and totally nailed it. I put it at 5 star because I was impressed overall. That being said, they were a couple weeks later than the top range of the schedule and I think they still have room for improvement on the fabric quality in these price ranges. Was is overall a good experience - yes Would I do it gain - yes Is there room for small tweaks and improvements - yes.

We had to get last min suits from eph apparel due to the first place that couldn't make it on time (factory got shut down due to covid). We just looked them up online and took a chance and were glad we did. Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this joke of a company. Their “flawless fit guarantee” means nothing and their “return it if you don’t love it” policy is a complete lie. They WILL NOT return your suit if you have given them the opportunity to alter the suit to fit after receiving a piece of garbage that doesn’t fit in the slightest. Quality of the work is terrible - back pockets of pants are not even level or centered and shoulders of jackets are laughable. Wedding parties avoid at all costs and save yourselves the stress of trying to find brand new suits for the groom and entire wedding party one month before the wedding.

First of all, thank you LEO. He has revitalized the suit industry in Calgary and is a strong representation of Eph Apparel values. I had Leo work with me on a design/fit for my wedding day which was in July. I had looked around everywhere for ivory shirts, and they were either that gross color ivory, or baggy and expensive. Leo was able to fit me into a beautiful ivory shirt, that was just the right color as to not take away from my bride, and lined up the same shirt for my groomsman. I was a bit behind on getting this order out to him, having finalized it just over 30 days before my wedding. He was able to get everything measured, ship it all well in advance, and customize every detail to me. My groomsman had their custom shirts fit using their online tool, and some had to return them as they weren't "perfect". The process was simple for the new shirts to ship, and they all ended up fitting perfect after a small alteration here or this, which is definitely to be expected when providing measurements from away. Even with the tight timelines, the team reaffirmed us that the shirts would be delivered, and we are so happy to take their word. They walk the talk, and everything was delivered on time despite my late requests. If they can't make it work, they will let you know, not the other way around! I will continue to go to Eph apparel in the future when I need a suit or custom fit shirt. Leo is such a pleasure to work with and has the passion that this company needs. Thanks again!
