Juan from All About Tailor-made Travel organized our fly-drive trip to Hawaii this August. We only had the original idea to visit 3 islands and 11 days to do it in and he took care of all the details and was very flexible about it. We stayed at nice places (hotel in Honolulu and resorts on Hawaii and Kauai) in convenient location. Car rentals included all options we normally take - all we had to do was go to the counter and get the vehicle. On Oahu, where we didn't use the rental car, he arranged for airport shuttle - a private comfortable car with knowlegeable driver. All the plane, rental-car and accommodation vouchers were sent by e-mail in plenty of time. Payment procedure was clear and simple. Most importantly, Juan was available 24/7 which made us feel very pampered and safe in the thought that we could turn to him to help at any time. I will definitely contact him for my future travel ideas and needs.

When I started planning my trip to Cuba last year, I didn’t initially thought to use an agent. I asked Juan Ma, at All About Tailor Made Travel, initially for recommendations and flights, and his way of work was so good that I decided to arrange the whole trip with him, best decision ever! Working with this agency has been a great experience. Unfortunately, our holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19, but the company organised our refund in a most helpful and cheerful way. Such a shame that the holiday couldn’t go ahead as it would have been amazing (NYC and Costa Rica). We were talked through our travel and accommodation options and the holiday was arranged around our family’s needs. When one of us had to drop out, everything was rearranged without fuss. We booked our honeymoon with Juan because a good friend of mine had hers booked with him and she said the experience was amazing. No doubt, Juan is reliable, he answers all your queries with clarity and speed, giving you the peace of mind you need when planning a honeymoon. Unfortunately the pandemic came along and we could not go ahead with our plans. However, for a year now, Juan has been supportive and understanding, trying to accommodate all the changes we requested, presenting alternatives, options, etc. My husband and I were still hoping we could go somewhere anytime soon, but because the situation got worse for international travel, we decided to ask for a refund and assess in the foreseeable future. Once more, Juan didn't disappoint and showed us his support and understanding. We had no issues whatsoever when asking for the refund. Long story short, you are in good hands with Juan. My husband and I hope that soon we can get back to him with a new honeymoon plan. I will choose "All About Tailor-made travel" no matter we go.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our holiday which included our wedding. Juan organised this for us with the greatest of ease and efficiency. We travelled to New York, then onto Las Vegas( where we got married ) then on to Mexico. The flight times where perfect for us, maximising our time in resorts and cities. Zimbabwe to South Africa – first 3 days in Victoria Falls Safari Lodge visiting Zimbabwe and Zambia, (our trip included Victoria Falls, helicopter trip, dinners and shows). Than next 5 days on Chobe River cruise visiting Botswana and Namibia, where we saw thousands of animals. Finally spending 7 days in South Africa Cape Town – Camps Bay, visiting Cape Point, Builders Beach, Gardens Tour and many more. All of it was very well, professionally organized and immaculately planned, Juan is an expert, saved us lots of hustle and money, gave us tonnes of advice what and where to go. He has really listened to what we like and planned hidden gems for us to see and enjoyed. In future we will not hesitate to use All About Tailored Made Travel again – Juan is the best!

Juan is a terrific Mr Fixit! He came to our rescue a couple of years ago when the trip to Cuba we had organised came unstuck 10 days before departure due to our travel agent being declared bankrupt. In the time available before our flights were due to depart Juan managed to salvage and probably even improve on our itinerary and entirely thanks to him we had a great holiday. We asked him to arrange a trip for 4 of us to self drive in Costa Rica earlier this year, and once again he came up trumps. He made some very good recommendations of places we should visit, hotels to stay in and times it would take to travel from one place to another, but he was also ready to book us into places that he did not necessarily know, (unlike some better known travel agents who will only book guests where they know they will get a concession). Overall I have no hesitation in saying we thoroughly recommend Juan and All About Tailor-made Travel and we will certainly use them again.

OMG!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about All About Tailor Made Travel! Living in the United States, its hard to find a suitable travel agent, especially one that tailors everything to your budget and what you are hoping to get out of your holiday. Juan Ma and the entire team made my trip to Cuba one of the best trips, EVER!!! I cannot tell you how reassuring it felt to be welcomed at the airport and know from this point on that everything is taken care of. I mean, can I just reiterate how freaking awesome that was to know you were in safe hands from here on out in a foreign country? This company should change its name to Hassle Free holidays or Worry-Free holidays. My buddy and I were on a really tight schedule (4 days), so Juan Ma and his staff made sure we maximized our trip to the fullest!! Both of our hotels were centrally located in Havana and gorgeous!! The staffs at the hotels were some of the nicest and friendliest people. When my buddy and I got confused on where we were meeting our local agent, they helped us arrange a bicycle taxi and called our agent, Sophia, to let her know we were coming. From there Sophia (who was AMAZING!!!!!) arranged our Classic Car ride through Havana (which is a must!!!) with one of, if not THE, sexiest car in the city. Our guide, Michael, was awesome!!! The cab ride, as touristy as it is, is a must!!! Sophia also set us up with one of the coolest walking tour guides. I mean, how many people can say they went and grabbed beers with their tour guide and then hung with the locals and went out dancing? Yeah… Sophia and her team in Cuba knew how to make strangers feel at home. Viñales, OMG, thank you, Juan Ma for recommending!!! Words do not do justice to how beautiful that place is! The town is small, but there is so much to do!! In the two days we had here we went horseback riding, zip lining, took a tour of a cave with a river running through it, went to a tobacco farm, saw where they grow tobacco, coffee, bananas, limes, mangos, beans, tons of veggies and fruits, had the best piña colada of my life, went to one of the most beautiful beaches, yeahhhhh…. We saw a lot. I could go on forever on this trip. It was one of the best trips of my life. Another HUGE shout out to Juan Ma and his entire staff in Cuba and at All About Tailor Made Travel. You guys are the reason this trip was such a success. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You will hear from me again soon!!

I have recently come back from an amazing 12 night holiday in Japan. It is the 5th holiday that Juan has helped me to organise We flew to Osaka so out first adventure was getting a high speed train to Kyoto which was amazing and set the mood. The next day We enjoyed a Tea Ceromony with a Geika which was very Japanese and good fun. We visited Hiroshima on the bullet train. Obviously rememberd for the atomic bomb. We visited the museum which was extremely moving but the city now is very modern. We went to Hakone where we had an amazing trip on a mountain train and aerial cable car to Lake Ashi unfortunately it was very misty so we were unable to see Mount Fuji. We stayed in a traditional Japanese Ryokan with hot springs where you could bath in the springs naked. We then went on to Tokyo which is an amazing bustling busy city we visited the famous crossing which is just crazy and just has to be visited to be believed. The tallest tower in the world and Tokyo Tower all iconic sites. We also visited the beautiful Nikko National Park the scenery is amazing. Unfortunately it was the only day that we had rain but when we visited the waterfall it was like being in a rainforest it was stunning. We visited an amazing temple on the same excursion. Japan is an amazing modern country with very helpful and lovely people. I will have many happy memories of the holiday but the highlight for me was the bullet train which we used a lot. They like the country are spotlessly clean, comfortable and modern. I can't recommend thi holiday enough and as usual a wonderful service from Juan who seems to be available 24 hours a day no matter where you are in the world.

We have recently returned from a three week fly/drive holiday in Canada which was organised by Juan. Journey times can be quite long due to the distances involved but Juan recommended where best to stop and made all the hotel reservations for us. We had just the right amount of time at each of our stop-over points and we managed to see and do pretty much everything we wanted to. You can’t always rely on wildlife putting in an appearance when you want them to, though! Our journey started with a flight to Vancouver where we spent a couple of days, then we made our own way by public transport to Victoria on Vancouver Island. It was our decision to do this and it involved a train, ferry and two buses to complete the journey, so took several hours. The stay in Victoria was excellent and we went on a very successful whale watching trip whilst we were there. We decided to return to Vancouver by sea plane which took about 40 minutes, an amazing experience which we would highly recommend. Back in Vancouver we collected a hire car (already booked by Juan) and started our road journey over 1000 miles through the Rocky Mountains with hotel stops in Whistler, Salmon Arm, Lake Louise, Jasper, Banff and finally on to Calgary for the flight home. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Trips up the cable cars at Lake Louise and Banff gave spectacular views, the latter (Sulfur Mountain) being over 8000 feet above sea level. The weather during the holiday was mainly good but cold. Winter has come early this year and there was light snow in some of the places we stayed. There were no problems on the roads which were clear and a pleasure to drive, the layer of snow enhanced the scenery and made the holiday a bit more special. Altogether a fantastic, enjoyable and memorable holiday made easy by All About Tailor Made Travel. We would definitely recommend them.

Cuba was on my list of must-sees. When 3 friends agreed to join me I did a quick Google search to find out what to see and when to go. I came across the 'All About Tailor Made Travel' website and on a whim, I sent off a message to see what they could suggest for late 2020. As someone who usually books flights and accommodation independently, using a travel agent was new territory for me. When I received a reply with a suggested itinerary that same evening, I was tempted enough to find out more. The agent was so committed to putting together the perfect holiday for our group that every question and query I put forward was dealt with incredibly quickly. Without even a hint of exasperation on their part, flights were changed, hotel rooms were juggled and all done with sound advice along the way. Then....covid hit and the world went into meltdown taking our holiday plans with it. After a few months of watching and waiting we decided it was better to postpone our trip until April 2021 so, without any hesitation, everything was changed and rebooked for us. A couple of months have passed since making new plans and the covid-craziness continues. My travel companions and I feel that Cuba is worthy of a restriction-free visit and since we can't possibly predict when that is likely to be, we have recently and reluctantly taken the decsion to cancel our holiday. In keeping with the excellent service to date, our choice to cancel was dealt with incredibly sympathetically and efficiently. I can't praise this travel agent highly enough for their degree of professionalism, all delivered with a truly personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and strangers alike and will certainly be back in touch when I book my next trip. Thank you Tailor Made Travel. You have totally changed the way I plan my holidays and have restored my faith that there are still people out there that will go the extra mile. We discovered Juan and All About Tailor-made Travel from a google search when we were looking to arrange a 4 week trip to Las Vegas followed by 4 of the Hawaiian Islands and finally a stop in Las Angeles. Having read a number of his reviews we went ahead and arranged the trip and I'm so glad we did. Juan was great at understanding our requirements and what we liked and making suggestions. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.All elements of the trip from flights to hotels and car hire went very smoothly, even when we had to change hotels mid holiday due to the Volcanic eruption. Throughout Juan kept in touch with us ensuring that we were having a great time and remained very responsive to any queries we raised. I can't recommend All About Tailor-made Travel enough. My mum has used this company a lot over the years and me and my family had our first experience with them with a recent trip to South Africa. Juan has an amazing knowledge base of all of the locations that we stayed at and he is available to contact at anytime during your holiday. We had a really bad day weather wise one day in Cape Town, we contacted Juan for suggestions on what we could do and we got a quick response back and he recommended an Aquarium that he had visited. We went to the aquarium and it was probably one of the bests we had and my 2 little girls loved it. I would definitely use All About Tailor-made Travel again.

I have used a number of travel agents over the years, but none of them have been as organised, efficient, and well-priced as All About Tailor-made Travel. The agent who runs the company is called Juan, who is a lovely guy and is very knowledgeable. He will work hard to produce the perfect holiday package for you that will meet all your requirements, including your budget. It is also easy to contact him out of normal working hours, which is a real bonus if you are working all day. I have already been on three holidays with this company: New York and Barbados (twin centre), a road trip across the Western Cape, South Africa, and a road trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, taking in the Grand Canyon and Mojave Desert on route. I have in fact just booked my fourth trip that I will be taking later this year, which will be to Hawaii and then to San Francisco on the way back – I am really looking forward to that! I would not hesitate to recommend this travel company.

Once again for the 3rd time this year I chose to use All About Tailor-made Travel for a custom built trip to Cuba. Juan is a very experienced travel consultant with Cuba being one of his strong offerings. He offers a highly professional and very personal service with great recommendations of tours, accommodation, restaurant to suit all budgets. Juan arranged a very memorable excursion to the Vinales Valley area for my partner and I encompassing a few stops on the way such as tobacco factory, tobacco and coffee plantation and finally got to witness the breathtaking views of the green lush valley of Vinales. Following this a private hire transfer to Cayo Santa Maria was arranged by Juan staying in the Melia Buenavista hotel - WOW just WOW!! I don't normally go for this type of hotel as I'm not very good at relaxing but I certainly managed it very well here. Very quiet place and perfect for couples / romantic type holiday. The rooms were split into 2 levels and all had outdoor showers with an indoor whirlpool bath. The small resort had 3 x beaches - not quite paradise but all very nice nonetheless and plenty of sun loungers as quiet. Everyone has an on-call butler which is something I'm not really used to as was a little uncomfortable for us at first offering a pillow menu, room serrvice meanus, booking of A La Carte restaurants etc but we soon go used to it. There is no buffet at this hotel(hence why room service is encourages) just the 2 x A La Cartes but here is bus service every 30 - 60 mins to the other 2 x Melia resorts (5 mins on bus very punctual takes you to Melia Las Dunas & Melia Cayo Santa Maria) which are a little bit more livelier and have more offerings - so was nice to get out to these ones too and had better beach also. The Teppanyaki restaurant was a good hit in Melia Cayo Santa Maria hotel. Was interesting live cooking experience and very sociable with French / German / Canadian's / French Canadian's / German / Romanian and of course us - English and Cuban sharing the same experience. Each hotel has it's unique selling points but I'm more than happy with the one we chose for the above reasons but the staff were excellent but the complimentary bus service makes everything the offering of the others hotels had very reachable. I have now booked 5 trips in 12 months with All About Tailor-made Travel from Cuba to Canada to Costa Rica. Juan offers a very high quality service - and I'm more than happy to recommend his company hence the repeat business. I'f I could offer a 6* I would. Keep up the good work Juan (All About Tailor-made Travel) :)

He spent so much time advising and building many different options for us to choose from to make our honeymoon the perfect trip, nothing was too much or too little.
