My experience at this location was absolutely horrible and my advice to anyone looking for a tailor is do not spend your money here. The staff is unclear about their prices and very disrespectful. While I was speaking to one of the employees about the miscommunication, she proceeded to laugh and speak to other customers instead and continued to tell me that "problems happen". Never experienced customer service like this in my life and wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same.

I took a coat there to get cleaned and when we got it back it was pretty much in the exact same condition as I dropped it off so not a great place to take you close to get cleaned

They are very friendly staff, helpful, professionals and very reasonable prices. I recommend that place for every tailoring works. There many payment options available there moreover, they are not gonna put you on waiting as many other Tailors , you can have hamming or trimming your pants without waiting for weeks. Just few days or less when they are busy, or they serve you right away when there availability. I recommend that place, and I'm sure you won't regret that. Wow! That is all I can say. I have dropped off jackets and pants that I thought were done for sure and then come back to find them back in perfect condition. On my latest visit I dropped off suit pants that I never thought were fixable. When I came to pick them up they looked perfect. Better yet they fit better then they did before I ripped them. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Friendly staff and fantastic work. I would be broke or really poorly dressed if it was not for this place. If there were more stars I'd give them.

Ruined my King size Ugg comforter. One side is faux fur: the edges are burned - like what would happen if you put a plush toy into the dryer and the fur becomes rough. Disappointed.

I found my wedding dress at a thrift store. It was about three sizes too big. I got an incredible deal on all of the alterations and thanks to them a beautiful wedding dress that fit me like a glove. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be returning, but hopefully not for the same reason ;)

Great place. The guy repaired my jeans for $5, had it ready the next day. Did a really good job on fixing the leg. Will definitely go there again for clothing repairs. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for clothing repairs.

I took in an expensive duvet cover to be cut down in size from king to queen. The duvet had piping on all 4 sides. When I got it home and took it out of the bag I found that the piping wasn't put back on 2 adjacent sides.....the look of the duvet was ruined!! The tailor made no mention that he just cut it off and sewed it up. He charged me $40 to do the work. Poor work and dishonest in my mind and I wont go back there again.
