Ajmal and his wife are both great people and you can truly see the passion they have for their work and their business. They are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. I like to wear my shirts untucked and after looking for suitable length shirts to purchase I found they were all overpriced. So it dawned on me to bring in my “old” shirts that I never wore, b/c they were too long, to get hemmed. Well these guys did a great job in hemming to the exact dimensions I wanted and now my “old” shirts are like “new” and wearable again! No longer will I have to pay a premium for a non-tuck shirt I am just going to buy what I want at the price I want and ignore the length and just bring it here for shortening. See you again soon!

I brought my bridesmaid dress here to get it taken in as they had good reviews. I picked up my dress yesterday, and it is extremely tight, it actually hurts to wear the dress. It fit better before I brought it in than it does now. The wedding is less than a week away and I called multiple times today but there was no answer, so I'm guessing they are closed for the long weekend. I would have went back to give them a chance to fix it but that isn't an option since they're not open, so I have to go elsewhere to fix my dress that they ruined, if it can even be fixed. I will have to pay now to fix there mistake on top of the money I already paid them. Waste of time and money just for some added stress.

AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I bought a suit online from Indochino and the jacket did not fit properly. I searched online looking for a highly reviewed alteration specialist. I found Sadaf Cleaners & Alterations and I’m glad I did. I met Ajmal, he told me to out on the jacket and right away knew what adjustments needed to be made. I picked up the suit jacket next week and it fit like a glove. Ajmal was very nice to work with, he was welcoming, helpful and patient. Highly recommend 5/5!

Great service! I needed a blazer to be taken in, and i was nervous as it is hand embroidered and very delicate. The job was done perfectly and you cannot tell it was altered, it looks impecable. Every alteration is done exactly to you preferences and professionally. On top of that their prices are pretty reasonable too. Best quality for best price is rare to come by these days. TL;DR: excellent service, they really care about giving a well-altered product back to the customer. Turnaround time as promised (1 week for shoulder strap alterations for 2 dressed during busy prom season) Details: I went there to alter my dress's shoulder straps (they were too long). When I tried it on, I found that one shoulder strap needed to be shortened more (I guess my shoulders are uneven). The lady at the shop helped me with the pinning for re-alteration, and I removed the dress. When I gave it back to the tailor (Ajmal, I believe), he was surprised as he had altered both straps to exactly the same length and was hesitant to cut more of one strap as it would've been an irreversible change. Instead of just getting on with the re-alteration, he requested that I try the dress on again so he could be 100% sure before he cut anything. Because I was not rushed for time, I was ok with that, but I did note that it was about 7pm, which was their closing time. Once Ajmal was convinced the re-alteration was indeed necessary, he actually did the work on the spot (I expected to have to come back the next day to pick it up), meaning that they stayed and worked ~20 mins past their closing time to finish the dress for me. The re-alteration dress fit perfectly, and I was very happy that I didn't have to drive all the way back the next day. Overall, I got the feeling that they really cared about their work and doing the work well in order to ensure their customers' satisfaction.

This is seriously the best place i've been for alterations, I am a skinny girl who often needs to narrow all of my dresses, especially around the bust area and the owner is so skilled and always does a great job on all my adjustments to the point it looks like I bought my dresses that way.. I don't do too much dry cleaning but I will always bring my dry clean only pieces to Sadaf cleaner and they have a fast turn around and I am always satisfied with the result. The owner is also really friendly and always has a joke up his sleeve for a laugh

I was so impressed that I took my three jeans and one blouse to take it in. He did amazing job and I love the euro hem ( he calls it ). The jeans look original. I was looking for a place for Suit Alterations when I moved to Mississauga a few years back, and came across reviews for Sadaf. Back in 2015, I took a couple of Calvin Klein suits in for alterations, and met Ajmal. He was very polite, helpful and extremely professional. I went back a week later to pick it up and the altered suits fit me great. I have since then gone back to them for alterations for every new suit that I buy, and every single time I have experienced the same level of consistently great service, both from Ajmal and his wife. They have always been polite and courteous during all my visits there. I like how they keep their prices reasonable, and hope it stays that way! I have recommended them to my friends and family (and all of them have told me that they were really happy with my suggestion)- so I would continue to recommend Sadaf to my friends.

My name is Joshua and I visited Sadaf Cleaners due to the reviews here on google. I had them tailor 11 pairs of jeans (Take in the waists and also alter a few of the pant leg widths). I also had them alter 7 pairs of dress pants (Take in the waists). They also tailored 4 of my Eton Dress shirts (significantly decreased the width) due to Harry Rosen not being able to do any free tailoring except darts at the back. I was nervous about leaving my clothing with them so I decided to do so in portions. Everything was finished when promised and with exceptional quality. I have nothing to complain about. Would NEVER go anywhere else for adjustments. Ajmal will not try upselling you on anything if he does not feel it needs to be altered. Felt 100% comfortable bringing all my garments here. Would recommend to anyone who lost weight recently and do not want to buy new clothing.

Very attentive and provided me with multiple options in order to have the back re-done. They also did fittings as the date got closer Incase I gained/ lost any weight. My dress was a dropped waist and had intricate beading, yet they were still able to fix it on short notice (wedding changed due to Covid-19). The staff were always punctual, friendly and professional.

I have brought my wedding dress for alterations here, they promised it will be done in 3 weeks, on the day of pick up (after 3 weeks!!!) we called and asked about status, they said it will be ready to pickup by afternoon. 1 hour later the guy calls me and says that they are afraid to ruin it! and haven't started working on it. Whereas, we had discussed what needs to be adjusted, sizing, etc 3 weeks earlier and he had said - "No Problem, Iit will be done"...and now 3 weeks later they say that it cannot be done and haven't even started...this is ridiculous, terrible service and they didn't even apologize! and kept on making excuses. i am just lucky i still had time to get if fix with adequate person before my wedding who did it for 1/3 of the price and exactly to what i wanted. Word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I had to get my wedding dress altered quickly due to change of plans from Covid-19. It was 2 sizes too big, My dress had beading on the side and back so it was no easy alternation. I had previously went to a seamstress who was planning to alter it from the sides hence remove the beading. I suggested the same to owner and he insisted it will not be the best idea. He genuinely spent time letting me know the best option, which made me confident he will do an excellent job, a promise he surely delivered. The dress looks amazing! Very reasonable prices for well laundered shirts, and for minor alterations like hemming pants it cannot be beat. Tucked away in a small plaza in Lorne Park but easy to get to. Driving on the QEW, exit south either on either Erin Mills or Mississauga Rd, and it's off the South Service Road.

I went to shorten the straps and cut the length on a floor length chiffon dress and they did it in 5 days when other places told me they would do it in 2 weeks.
