I asked them to repair the jacket zipper for which they said to charge $15 but they took from me by force 23 dollars in which $20 + tax

Not the best place to go for dress alterations. The people working here were very kind but they didn't put the zipper back in to my dress the way it was supposed to be. This caused the dress to not fit properly and alot of stress on my grad day.

I told them to not rush tailoring my suit, and man they took their time just, to find out they were leaving it until the last minute to do. When I came, I was pretty disappointed, picked up my suit 4 weeks later just to find out it's properly tailored to my fitting. Although, the parts they did we're really good, just would have preferred it if you would have done it right.
