I was nervous about leaving my very expensive armored jacket anywhere to get re-zippered. They did an excellent job, stitching quality is top notch, zipper is much better than the stock one, and it seems they are very proficient with thick leather. Highly recommended for the bikers!

They are truly magic workers! I have brought several items in from hemming my grad dress too simple repairs on all sorts of materials. They have never disappointed. All their work is done extremely professionally and in a relatively short matter of time. Their pricing is excellent for the work they do! I recommend them to all my friends and family and I will be coming back whenever I need repairs.

The first time I went to get my dresses hemmed, they gave me a quote before hand of $13 each dress and they wrote this on the piece of paper. So that was all good. Quality of the hemming was great too. The second time i went in to get more dresses hemmed they didnt give me a quote and I felt rushed too. They said that they would be leaving for vacation for two weeks from July 25-August 8 and to pick up my dresses on Friday after 5pm. I assumed it was the same price as it was the same thin, cheap material as my first two dresses. I come back Friday July 22 to pick up my dresses, and it was close to 5:15pm. The one Chinese, older man said it wasnt ready yet as they were behind and to come back Saturday July 23. I said that was ok as i was not in a rush to pick them up. I came in Saturday afternoon and was ready to pay and the older chinese owner said it was $20 per dress. I asked why when it was the same material, and even one of my dresses was half a dress too! He said its different material. I said no these are cheap dresses from Ardene, paid no more than $20 each and it was the same material as before. He said well its what the price is. I said well it would have been nice to know if it was going to be more than i would have declined. He said I had to pay for it. I said thats not fair its as much as what the dress cost. He yelled again and said i had to pay, I said I will as they had done the work but still found it unfair that they did this and didnt inform me. I told the chinese old man I wouldn't be coming back as he was rude too. He said I dont care. So overall first experience was great, second not so much! I was dissapointed and even though they did a good job on the hemming, its really good work, the service was horrific. I wont be going back again.

I can't say enough about the great service that I was given at Viva's Tailors. I had a gown that I needed to get hemmed and it needed a lot of work and I told them that I needed it the next day because I was leaving out of town. They accommodated me and provided the most professional service. From the fitting I could tell that they were professionals who perfected their skills. When I picked up my gown I found out that they really were. They were very friendly and courteous as well.

I have been coming to this establishment for 4 years, getting minor repairs and alterations done. They do really great work but they lack customer service. They aren't very pleasant to deal with. I always ignore their unfriendliness.
