The amendments/sowing is done well, but she takes in more than she can do. Be ready to have your clothes longer than anticipated - days and even weeks - only to come back and she hasn't completed the work.

My dad and I have been taking Jean's, jackets, coveralls etc fo "Candy" for 15 years. From hemming to taking in jackets waist, modifications of work coats to wear a harness underneath. She has always had it ready when she said. We also never pressured her into unreasonable time expectations. Depending on the job 2-3 days to a week. Is it the end of the world if she took an extra day or 2. Call first maybe to see if it's done. She does excellent work, friendly and one of the cheapest places in Edmonton to get work done. A friend was paying $25 per pair of jeans and she is under $10. I always give her a 5 dollar tip min as it's still cheaper then the rest. Amazing how people would set out to ruin a nice ladies business over something so juvenile. I bet you get every dime back in your change and try and pay less when you pick up. I always pre pay as well. How many people never come back after she has done the work I wonder or try get cheaper. I am happy to write this review as for 15 years it's been amazing service.

5 stars for getting the job done and for being one of the cheapest in Edmonton. Just one thing dont expect a extremely friendly chat where your questions will come up naturally, she is the kind of few words and get the job done so if u have questions ask them to her directly. I'm not criticizing btw it's just a heads up to people that never met her. My pants were fantastic after she shorten them.
