I had a terrible experience with an Asian women working there. I went there to get my dress pants hemmed but it seems like she doesn't want to help me at all. Not professional at all which made me really disappointed. Worst customer service i have ever experienced because she was extremely rude.

Staff was friendly and the service provided quickly but unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations at all, hem too short, legs still much to large etc. Not cheap either 55$ of alterations on a pair of uniform pants and the identical pair unaltered actually fits better. Going to need to go alter the other pair at a different shop

Don’t usually leave reviews but their service was good. Friendly staff and excellent work in such a timely manner! The young lady in the front I believe her name was theresa gave excellent service and is very friendly and bubbly personality. Definitely recommend and will be back with more alterations.

I've been to this location for a couple of years now and this is the only place I trust with my clothes for alterations and cleaning. The ladies are lovely, professional and accommodating. I've been in situations where I needed my clothes the next day and they delivered with the same quality as always and I really appreciate that. Their work is clean and they are quick. I've recommended them to family and we do not have any complaints!

Honestly.. I dont give very many reviews about specific people within establishments, more so about the overall but Matthew is a true artist. I had a blazer and four pants dropped off, two of which were under a time crunch. He tailored the blazer perfectly, when I wore it to the wedding it was so heavily complimented and noticed by everyone. The pictures were heavily watched on the social media platforms I posted them on. I was definitely feeling my oats in the look. I searched high and low for someone to fix the other pants and have them look great as i was told they couldn't be fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I will be seeing him again.

I loved the service they provided since the second I walked in and the the few times I was in after that. Tremendous service and quality work! One of my favorite shirts and a pair of new pants needed alterations. A friend referred me here and I was not dissatisfied. In fact, it was a great experience. The shirt and pants came out perfect. The place was clean and priced hand sanitizer. The staff member wore a mask and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place. I wanted to have a pants altered and was refused to have any work done on it as she 'did not understand why I wanted it altered because it looks fine the way it is in her opinion '. Very unprofessional approach. Did not seem interested in doing any work on the pants before I even tried it on.

I ended up not using their services and I still want to give them a zero. I brought in a sweater with a broken zipper to ask how much it would cost to fix. The women there are rude and gave absolutely no effort at all for customer service. I was standing at the window for a while before one of them decided to ask me what I need. Both of them had looked at me and noticed me but neither acknowledged my presence and just continued on with what they were doing. Something along the lines of a smile and saying "Be right with you in a few minutes" would've sufficed. But nothing. Then one of the women took my sweater and proceeded to de-stitch around the zipper "to find out how much work it would take". She practically destroyed my sweater even more and then came back and said "Ok it's going to be $35". WTF??? Thanks for destroying the remainder of my sweater and then throwing a ridiculous price in my face for fixing a zipper. WILL NOT BRING ANYTHING THERE EVER.

Being a short person who's lost and gained weight, I've used this Stitches location since I moved in across the street from the mall over 3 years ago. Everything has come back well hemmed or stitched or fixed properly. But it's the little things, like today, I took in a pair of good leggings in as there was a small hole (not even a quarter inch) in the seam at the back. Not know how to sew with stretchable thread, I didn't want to fix this on my own, so bit the bullet to pay to have it done. Well what a surprise, it was such a small repair, they said, just wait a few minutes and we do it for free. So thank you, it's the little repairs that they do for free that count in addition to their existing services.

Would never take anything in to a Stitch It Clothing again. Alterations are more than.shortening a hem, it requires experience and knowledge on how the garment is put together & the young staff doing the pinning are unfortunately not trained properly. I've had 2 negative experiences where my daughters brought in dresses to be altered at a cost of $70.00 each and both were not done properly & it goes back to the inexperienced staff. I complained to Management and Head Office but they don't try to satisfy the client. The client doesn't come first!

Without any doubt whatsoever, I dropped off 4 pairs of pants to be altered. When I picked them up they only had 3 pairs for me and 3 pairs on the reciept. They refused to even entertain the idea that they had misplaced/lost/stolen a pair of my pants or to even take a look around for them. They were rude when I dropped the pants off, rude when I picked them up, and the alterations weren't anything to write home about. Spend your money elsewhere.

Went in there and pricing was falsely advertised. They said $7 with a 10% discount included and it would only take 20 mins. It was opposite $20 and took them all day and night to hem the pant legs. Went there to pick my jeans and the girl has rude service...don’t go here for service.

Came in on a Monday. Lady working understood what I wanted but figured Doreen would have the expertise for it and it would be best if I showed and explained it to her in person. Came back Tuesday. Went over it with Doreen. She was thorough and detail oriented. Wanted to make absolutely sure we were on the same page. Picked up my dress Thursday. It’s gorgeous. Perfect. Exactly what I wanted. I have so many positive things to say about this location. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and quick. I went in last minute with my wedding dress that needed an extension put in and they got it done within 48hours. They also did my husbands suit, sons pants, and my mothers dress all of which were absoultely perfect. Fashion demin jeans needed to be shortened and hemmed: they charged twice what my usual tailor charges and required payment in advance, now I know why. The method used to hem the pants was the fastest and least aesthetically pleasing (cheapest) despite the high price. I’ll be taking the jeans to my tailor once he’s back from vacation to get the jeans fixed properly.

I don’t understand why all of these reviews are so negative. I recently had some tailoring done on my suit and the lady I dropped it off with was very polite as she took my measurements. I was very skeptical after reading all of these reviews but after picking up my suit the work was done extremely well (leg and arm lengths even and exactly how I requested). Upon pickup it was quick and easy, once again a polite lady greeted me. I had a very good experience with “Stitch It” and I would recommend them.

The asian lady who worked here is very rude and is lacking of customer service. I emailed the stitch it head office already and asked them if i could speak to the manager or whoever is running this location. Ive had some bad customer service experience. But this one, this one is the worst. She Even insulted my mom and my friend and called them a liar just cos of the price changes! Horrible personality

I absolutely disgusted with the dry cleaning service from this place. Today we went to pick up our quilt that we dropped off about 3 weeks ago and it looked fine when we picked it up but when we got home excited to make the bed we took our quilt out of the sealed bag and it smells like raw meat. We paid $40 to simply dry clean our quilt. We will never come here again and will make sure to spread the word about this place.

I had a horrible experience at this place, I had a beautiful dress which I bought from LA after sale for 300$ ( American dollars) that was 2-3 yrs ago, I loved the dress however it was a bit short so I decided to take it to this store for alteration and payed then 40$, I got a call days later informing me that the dress was ruined!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oil got spilled on the dress !!!!!! I went there to check it out and it's awful, it was heart breaking however I was so polite and tried to be calm, so they offered either to stitch another one from scratch or give me money and because I have no more trust in them I agreed to take the dress money, I told them I don't want more than what I payed for and it was 300 $ American but then the lady in the store said that they will pay 250 and I agreed because I hate to bargain ,shorty after I received a call from their manager that they can't pay more than 150$ because I don't have receipt !!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that, is that because I was nice and polite at the store when this happened!!!!!!! I feel so bad and I am disappointed and I for sure don't recommend this place to anyone coz I don't won't anymore to go through this night mare!!!!!!
