I have been taking my new uniforms for hemming of the pants, shoulder patches and tailoring of the shirts since 2015. ALWAYS a great job done in a convenient amount of time. Highly recommend.

I went to Sherwood Park Tailors to have a dress hemmed this afternoon. All I needed was a simple hem and to have cups added to a dress I am planning on wearing to a wedding. After seeing the dress on me, she was going to charge me $230!!!! What an absolute scam. I went to Silk Seam Tailor in Sherwood Park right after where she charged me $65 to do the exact same thing. Do not use this tailor. Waste of time and will rip you off.

Took a couple items here a few years ago to get fixed since they were too large for me. I asked the seamstress to make it a certain tightness, she said it wouldn't work, basically implying I was too wide, and she made it a different size against my wishes. Guess what, it never fit. Overpriced and I won't go back here.

Our family has been dealing with Sherwood Park Tailors for many years without any problems. They have often been relatively simple jobs but the last one was to replace the lining on one of my suit jackets - not simple. The jacket was finished before it was promised and it was like new. Great job at a very satisfactory price.

Friendly staff who do amazing work!! Fixed my daughter's favorite onsie, that has a large hole (not on the seam), and now you can't even tell where the hole was. Always get my pants hemmed here as they are quick and make the items look good. Don't take my clothes anywhere else for mending. This is the place to go!!

Worst sewing job ever, asked them to take in my bridesmaid dress, when i got it back the seams were a inch apart and did not match up on the sides, when i asked her to fix it, she laughed and told me it could not be done. Oh and i forgot to mention they charged me $177 before she even started to work on my dress!! very bad service! i rushed my dress to another seamstress after as i needed it for a wedding that i was leaving for that afternoon and she was able to fix the dress for me just in time!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, makes you pay up front for the work and when your not happy with it, they laugh and tell you oh well!!! W

This Tailor is worth every penny plus more. I drive from another city when I need alterations and in the last 10 years have never found another tailor that can do as good of work as these ones. I would highly recommend trying them out!

Every pair of pants I have bought the past 12 years have been hemmed by these lovely people. They are always so friendly and really know their stuff when it comes to clothing repairs and alterations. 10/10, I always recommend Sherwood Park tailors. I have seen some very rude customers lose it in this store and had the audacity to scream like a banshee and cause a scene, but cudos to the staff for keeping it a professional environment.

They are Excellent service. we been used sherwood park tailor 12years all my family. We bought fixed My bride made dress and my husband suit. 2weeks ago order fast 2 days. But he was done next day.so major fast excellent job.even nice fit it both of us. we are so happy to they worked. they are very good and fare pricing. We highly recommend for any Alterations. that are needed.I just read review some one writing they were give them pant with hand plastic bag. Some one don't like plastic bag. I'm not agree.they are not dry cleaner they are Alterations place.

Excellent work. I've brought in both easy and difficult alterations and I've always been happy with the results. I've had pants altered here as well as taken my winter coats for replacing the zipper. She had done such a good job I trusted her to do the difficult job of replacing the worn out lining of my vintage wool coat. She got it done right away, charged a reasonable price, and did a good job of it too. and also can pull off rushes if you need it! Highly recommend!.

This will be my first and last visit to this tailors! I took in a pair of brand new dress pants to get hemmed and when I showed up to pick them up the employee just handed them to me on a hanger. He did not bother to put a plastic bag over them like most cleaners do. I asked if I could have a bag over them as it was a very slushy outside and he said " oh you want a bag"? I said yes please its quite dirty outside. He took the pants off the hanger loosely folded them up and tossed them in a plastic bag like a Safeway bag. That is then I realized he had not pressed the pants. Every pair of pants that I have had hemmed the tailor has always pressed them to get the wrinkles out that the pants from handling them when sewing them. These were brand new pants they did not need to be cleaned just hemmed and pressed. PS they will also tell you they will hem while you wait but that is only if you want to pay extra. Thanks but there are many other tailors looking for my business and take pride in their work.

Worst customer service ever. They made me come back 3 times over a hem job. The last time the manager said they would do it while I waited and when they wouldn't honour that and I tried to get my money back (they make you pay upfront) it was a hassle. I had to make a huge scene just to get my money back for a job they never did after literally wasting hours of my time.

After incorrectly hemming two very expensive pairs of brand new jeans too short, against my better judgement I continued to take my items here for tailoring. After calling ahead of time to inquire about a price to hem curtain panels, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to drop the panels off to be hemmed, at which time the same lady I spoke with on the phone attempted to charge more than double the price she originally quoted me. This lady then lied directly to my face, and to the manager, saying that she did not quote me that price. After speaking with the manager, she offered me a ridiculous $2 discount, still resulting in a price double what I was originally quoted. I will not be returning to this business, and I highly recommend that anyone else take their business elsewhere as well.

This place was so accommodating! I needed alterations for a sequined jumpsuit same day (not an easy feat) and they made it happen in time for my big event. Fast, excellent service, totally reasonable price, and they do a great job. Will definitely be back!
