I have this jacket which is 21 years old , it came out like brand new, I asked the lady working today if I could take some photos for google but she was very hesitant because this place looks more like a spa than a tailor - dry cleaners, anyways I'm very happy with the service an the final outcome in regards to my jacket, thanks a bunch !!

We dropped my son's uniforms off because he was starting practicum but a change in hours due to the pandemic left them trapped in the store with practicum starting the next day. We reached out on every platform we could find and heard back within about 20 minutes. Sue went to the shop and liberated his uniforms. She saved the day! The uniforms look great and are actually free of cat fur, an almost unknown thing in a house with four cats! Thank you for everything!!!

I got my grad dress altered here and there was a lot that needed to be done and they had it finished in two weeks and it looks amazing! The attention to detail is great and they go above and beyond to make it look as great as possible. I was comparing prices with my other friends and here it’s very reasonable considering everything that needed to be worked on. I would highly recommend coming here :)

Very efficient staff. Liked the privacy, curtain-drawn rooms which were quite a good size. Had slacks hemmed. Ready in a week as told them there was no hurry. Kept in touch via text/e-mail regarding the progress, receipt and the like. Reasonably priced also. Will definitely use services.here again!

Absolutely recommend sew Good Tailor Shop! I had a skirt that was accidentally purchased about 2 sizes too small. After taking to many places who said they could not fix, Sew Good Tailor shop had the skirt ready for me in less than a week. It was so perfectly done, you can't even tell it was altered. I am SO happy.

I took a bridesmaid dress in on a fairly tight timeline and they were able to accommodate me with no issues. They did a wonderful tailor job on the dress, it fit me the way that it was supposed to after they were done with the alterations. The inside of the shop is beautifully decorated with a clean and modern style.

Brought my curtain here to be hemmed. $30 a panel was a little expensive, but it’s lined, so that’s fine. I asked if I should mark the curtain should be hemmed, when it’s hanging, was told to measure instead. So I hung them, measured, and had my husband bring them back in. When we got them back, we hung them, and they were too long. Hanging they measure and additional inch or so, because of the give in the fabric. Brought them back, and I would be charged an additional $15 a panel, since it’s not technically their fault. But they suggested I wash them, since that would probably shrink the material enough. They are in the washer now, but I wish I would have done what I originally asked, cause now I’m out $120 without being able to hang my curtains. Save your money, and take your business somewhere else. I’m going to drive across the city back to my old tailor, cause I’ve never had this issue before.

I had my coats dry cleaned and there are some spots left dirty which might be hard to clean but the down coat lost their shape and they didn't irone it. I could off washed it in my washing machine and would have same results.

What a great experience! Both my husband and I went in on different occasions and commented how nice the staff are! Very friendly and helpful. The place is very modern and pleasing. Lady said no right from the beginning, said the clothing needed to be washed when it was so I should come back but she probably wouldn't do it anyways and I asked if she could do dry cleaning cause I've washed the item but it's been around smoke and she said just buy a new one, I told her the pants are expensive it's cheaper to fix them, she then said I need Togo buy material because they don't carry material.

The only thing I have a stronger recommendation against is mixing Mountain Dew and milk, and you really shouldn't have to be told that one. For reference I am a 36 year old man that 5'0, needless to say I have had to get every pair of pants I have bought for about the last 20 years altered in some way or another and this place is by far the worst experience and end product that I have received. I brought 3x pairs of pants in on July 9 to be hemmed and tapered, $10 and $12 respectively on their website as I learned later, and was charged $60 per pair. I realized once I got home the huge price jump and figured I would address it and fix the error on pick up. Well pick up was delayed and they called to inform me of that initially, but then never called back to confirm when the pants were actually ready and left it to me to call them and check in. When I got there I asked about the price and was told that the website was 4 years old, strange since it had updated covid hours and is at the top of their receipt. I was also give a "break down" of the pricing by a woman that couldn't seem to keep her math straight and told me that the price goes up when they have to both hem and taper it and then just pointed at different parts of the pants saying random numbers, by her math I owed an addition $10 a pair by the end. As for the end product, it was honestly like they had forgotten that they were there and just took a pair of scissors to them, cut off a bit and then sewed a huge cuff back up. I would honestly recommend taking any future alterations to a high school home ec class or just donating them and the money you planned on spending on the alterations to goodwill.

First time getting something altered, I don't know how it works. Asked for my sleeves in my coat to be loosened/stretched/add material..whatever needed to be done. Got the coat, she only let a little tiny bit out, I went back she said nothing more can be done. They don't feel any different and I paid 72 bucks :'( I am so dissapointed right now.

Disappointing. I gave this place two tries the first I gave a weeks notice on an event dress i had to have ready by the following Saturday - Saturday rolls around and I show up at 4 (the pick up time on my receipt) to pick up and it isn’t done. I have to hang around the area while they rush the job. Second time I bring in some coats and a couple of items to hem. I’m not in a rush, I receive an email saying it is ready so I go pick it up. When I get home one of my faux fur jackets is literally falling apart i have to cut pieces off of it just for it to look sort of normal. I honestly probably won’t wear this piece ever again. And all of the items don’t even smell like fresh laundry. I wish I would have just risked washing the pieces in my washer/dryer at home. Not worth the high price just to have your favourite pieces ruined.

Amazing customer service, friendly and professional. I forgot my sunglasses in one of the dressing rooms but when I came to pick up my wedding dress a month later, my sunglasses were attached to my dress bag! That was just a little icing on the cake for me ????. I'll definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Great customer service! Brought in a shirt (Thursday) that I needed to be dry cleaned and available for (Saturday) I even offered to pay extra for the rush but I was assured it would be ok and that they would personally drop the shirt off at the cleaners so that It would be available for me the next day. I picked up the shirt (Friday) and again offered to pay extra for the hassle but the gentlemen refused and just requested I return which I will, Thanks!

They wasted about 2 weeks of my time for dry cleaning. Gave the shirts and a coat 2 weeks before a funeral to receive the coat not dry cleaned. After returning for a redo the $3000 cashmere coat is now torn along the inner lining. If you want your clothes to get ruined, come here. Update: Even after the second dry cleaning the inside of the hood was still not cleaned.
