I came to Luba with a wedding-dress emergency 2 weeks before my big day. The previous seamstress (Manal) had butchered my dress. Luba went above and beyond to fix the terrible mistakes, as well as improve the fit of the original dress. She is patient, kind, generous, and gracious, not to mention talented. I cannot say enough good things about her!!

Put in trousers to get fully lined which was done at a reasonable price, unfortunately in the process they managed to cut the fabric at the knee. Obviously they repaired it but they did not inform me of the damage caused and it is obviously noticeable. Not happy.

Luba is amazing!!!! I ordered an outfit to wear for Halloween online and it showed up fitting me so bad but I didn't have time to find another costume. She was able to rush and have this ready for me in time for my Halllween party and did an even better job than I could have imagined. She made it look so flattering and went above and beyond.

Have tried to bring clothes here 3 times. The guy is quite simply never open. His hours listed on his door are more of a guideline and by having to travel to come and drop off the items, it’s a significant amount of time each trip. Wish that was different, the reviews seemed positive.

This is by far the best service I have ever received from a tailor. I brought in multiple items for repair (blazers, a dress, jeans, duvet cover, dress shirt) and was in a rush to get a few done. Luba went out of her way to ensure I would have them in time. Not only is she is so kind and pleasant, but she took the time to really explain how she planned to repair the items. I have found my permanent tailor in Edmonton! Thank you for the great care and attention to detail in repairing my items!

Before your review,my opinion is that you should go to them and tell them your problem! I done that in the past and they’ve short me very kindly! I have had multiple jobs done at Master Tailors and have been very very satisfied with the work everytime. From creating a custom sized curtain for me to making my jeans the correct size or simply giving my favourite pair of shorts a new lease of life with new a new zip! Highly reccomended.
