Had a pair of very ripped up vintage jeans which I thought were past saving. An amazing job at patching these up was done here, super happy! Also a zipper replacement on my fav skinnies. Reasonably priced too. Will be coming back with my other damaged jeans ????

Our family has been taking clothes here for alterations since the stone age. Always friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. A nice asset for the neighbourhood. (The place could stand a coat of paint though.)

Such kind people here. I have had alterations and dry cleaning done here before, and she did a great job. A year later I come back with a rip in my toddlers jacket, and they fixed it in 30 seconds, no charge! I will be going back!

I took my wife's $250 dress in to be cleaned. It had been worn once. When I picked it up they had destroyed the dress and insisted it had been brought in that way. They would take no responsibility whatsoever. Do not take your clothing to this store.

I’ve been coming to Shelly’s store for my alterations and dry cleaning for many years. My last dry cleaning actually had come back damaged (gold foil lettering turned black) and when I brought it to their attention they explained to me that they sometimes outsource their dry cleaning services with another company. So instead of waiting to get compensation from this third party dry cleaning company, Shelly and her son fully reimbursed me for my losses. This local family run business has always been on point with their quality of tailoring and their level of commitment to good service is next to none. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family and I would extend this even further by recommending them to all my flower shop’s wedding clients for their wedding dress alterations (once restrictions are lifted). Come to Laula’s for top notch service ????????????????
