Both times I have been under pressure (2 weeks to get my bridesmaid dress done and 1 month to get my wedding dress done) and he has made it beautifully within the time frames! Definitely recommend!

They did an awesome job on hubby's pants. He needed belt loops put in. They just happened to have and exact match for fabric in store. He was friendly and understanding when I was late to pick up. Will 100% use again. Great prices.

Friendly and very professional, the gentleman who runs this shop definitely has an eye for detail. Took in a three piece suit to have the waist taken in, pants hemmed and sleeves on the jacket shortened and all work was done very nicely. A little on the expensive side but I'd rather pay for quality than not get good work.

Kanwal (AKA KEN as we know him best) has done our tailoring for more years than I can count. He is a most professional tailor. He has a great sense of humour always joking with either of us to send something funny home to the other. He still remembers what I drove for a vehicle the first time I came to him. I am a collector of sports jerseys. I purchased a knock-off Boston Bruins Winter Classic Bobby Orr jersey on eBay. These usually go for $400-700 (and some are still not genuine ones), so the price of $150 was a steal. The previous owner identified the faults, which there were five of. His tailor in Boston said to correct it and make it at least look genuine (except for one aspect), it would have cost $150 USD over 6 hours to do this. The previous owner said any tailor with skill and dedication could do this for a similar price. I went to KS thinking that might be the case, but the worker had no interest at even looking at my jersey. He was rude, condescending, and treated me like a third class person. He said, "Things aren't perfect, so take your sweater somewhere else", but in any endeavor, you should strive for the closest thing. When I cordially said he was disrespecting and that he could have named his price to fix the jersey, he finally had interest when I pulled out a billfold. I put the billfold away when he realized the opportunity he missed. At this juncture, I had no interest to give him my business, He seemed money hungry and downright rude. If you would like to be treated with disrespect and have someone subtly hide that they are afraid or think they are above of a little hard work, go to KS. Otherwise, go to any other tailor in the Edmonton area. Worst business I have interacted with in 27 years.

I gave this gentleman 2 pairs of jeans to hem. He wouldn't listen to my preferences. The work he did do was very poor. One let is touching the ground and the other is half up the back of my foot. He even used the wrong coloured thread. He's fast but the quality is very poor and doesn't listen to his customers.

Absolute worst experience. Told me he could trim the bottom of a dress and got the dress back in a complete zig zag. After I asked for a straight line he interrupted me several times asking what a straight line is and than told me it was straight. I held the dress up almost in tears, infront of my four year old son, and he told me to get out and that he "should have known". I came home and it took me three hours to straighten it. I was accosted infront of my preschooler, made to feel like I was asking too much for a straight cut and made my son ask me why that man was yelling at me. On top of that he was going to charge me $50 to do so!!!! Do not go there. I am convinced their reviews are fake and paid for.

I've been going to Ken for two year now. Its quick, cheap, and my cloths are always done perfectly. I mainly get my dress shirts and pants tailored. I honestly have paid 3-4 times more at premium tailoring shops in west Edmonton mall, and they don't even compare to ken's work. The shop itself looks very nice and professional. Only tip I would recommend is to bring cash, which you should anyways with prices so low!

Excellent service and quality of work. Had my military dress uniform in on several occasions, and he had it done right when he said it would be. Only complaint would be that it's a cash-only operation, but that's a minor inconvenience for the peace of mind I get knowing it will be done right.

Terrible. I have used this tailor a few times in the past for simple hemming and it was fine and resonably priced ($15-20). However, my last experience was terrible. He was short tempered and made a rude comment about the dress, which I ignored. He then charged me $35. For hemming a lining of a dress. When I brought it home I noticed he used bright blue thread on a little black dress AND the hem was shorter in the back than the front. Terrible job and WAY over priced. Will never go there again.
