Had such a great experience. They finished my 3 different items in less time than the date they gave me. They also did such a great job with the material of the items I brought them. Very happy with what I got back, will go back with other items and would recommend :)

While they did a good job repairing a broken zipper on my bag, it took longer than stated. They told me it would be done by the afternoon the same day I dropped it off. It wasn't ready at 4PM that day. They told me it would be done the next morning. I returned at noon the next day, and it wasn't ready. Finally got it back the following day at 4PM.

Wonderful place, very efficient.. I like going here because if I need something done last minute 9 times outta 10 she will get it done you!!. Wonderful customer service highly recommended

These folks are great. I have used them numerous times to sew up holes in my suits as well as restore the inner linings of them. Most recently, they stitched up holes in the bottom of my jeans and in the pockets. I would totally recommend them.

Worst customer service ever. Don't go there with your dress! And always ask how much they will charge you before you do the measurement! Normally I never ever confront rude cashier but I was so furious at how disinterested/rude she was. I normally never even write a review. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Was doubtful i can get 2 of my 250$ each true religions hemmed but keep the original hem and also make them more narrow as they were to wide and baggy. But she done a good job very pro cant even tell.

I went to hem $200.00 dollar pair of jeans and I asked for a 29 1/2 inch inside seam. When I went home they looked short, so I measured them and they cut them to a 27 1/2 inch in seam. I am furious and will never return there again, never!. Worst mistake and service. I recommend a different location were they take pride in there work.

TOtal waist of time. going there . Zipper broke on my winter coat. For the people who are unaware at kingsway tailors it is cold here in edmonton without a winter coat. Dropped off on Monday said it would be ready next friday . Called to make sure they said Sunday. . Phoned sunday to confirm. they said yep will be ready @ 4.30 MY wife goes to get it she fixed the wrong coat.My wife said to her that morning to you need the tag #she said no she knew what she was doing. So she said if we wanted to wait another half hour she would try to have it done. We said no . the lady assured my wife it would be ready Monday. Yep still wasn,t Ready Excuse this time was dealing with customers. So the owner and staff at KIngsway Tailors Should perhaps good find a job were you have a clue. My final note free advertising goes both ways.

I would not recommend. I took a bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress to be altered. I asked when I should pick it up by and was told 2 days before the wedding. I went closer to closing time on the date I was told to pick it up and was told "oh sorry, it's not ready yet." I was not impressed as it was 2 days before the wedding and the date she told me it would be ready, nor did I have time to get back to the tailor the day before the wedding. I left my job early and went the day before the wedding to pick up the dresses. The Flower Girl dress had a lipstick stain on the back of it and the bridesmaid dress was completely wrinkled. I asked for her to steam it for me as the wedding was less then 12 hours away. She disappeared for a while and handed me back a wrinkled dress saying "that's the best I can do." $200 for a stained dress, a wrinkled dress that wasn't completed on time.

I had my wedding dress altered. Judy did an amazing job. She made the experience fun. I would recommend her to all my friends. She also tailored our best mans clothing. The prices are very reasonable also
