The alterations she did on my suit saved the garment. There is a certain feeling to having an already nice suit tailored the way you want it. Other tailors refused to make certain changes, sighting "ruining the integrity of the garment" as their reasoning, but not here. We had 2 different fittings to make sure everything was up to standard, and at the end of the day I was thoroughly impressed. If you are looking for someone with the skills and the confidence to do a good job on a garment. this is the place.

I have been going to Kims for many years. She is very nice lady what I like on her is her customer service. If you have good manners what do you expect to get back. I saw a bad review below my review which I do not believe is Kim who did that I known her for years and she hardly gets upset and knows how to handle this situation. she never takes fur because is a risk to dry clean. Talking about my Canada Goose.

Lovely people and decent quality. Maybe take high-end merchandise to another location for alterations but they are reliable for dry cleaning and minor alterations like hemming jeans.

We dropped a parka off for cleaning, when we went to pick it up was told it could not be cleaned, no reason was given. After getting home we saw the fur around the collar was severely damaged and will cost $500 to fix. When brought to their attention she did not apologize give any explanation, just screamed, yelled and got super defensive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOOD CLOTHING TO KIMS!
