EXTREMELY over priced, My fiancé dropped a dress off a month prior to when I needed it, when I went to pick it up it was not never touched. She said she forgot to phone to let me know she was late doing it. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

I brought my wedding dress here 2.5 months before my wedding. 3 weeks from my wedding she had not touched my dress, even though the necessary alterations will require multiple steps and appointments. I phoned her once a week for the past 4 weeks, every time she told me she would call me that week to come try on my dress, and she never did. I removed my dress from her shop this weekend and took it to a different tailor. When I went to pick it up she told me I couldn't take MY dress since she was in the middle of working on it. She refused to show it to me multiple times, and when she eventually did (after arguing with her) I saw she had not done anything. I can't speak to the quality of her work, since she didn't do any, but I would not trust her with any important items like a wedding dress.

I had to change a zipper on my jacket and decided to give Kabul tailors a try. The quality of work was very good and and the customer service was excellent. Very nice people who repaired my jacket like new and done in the time promised. I highly recommend Kabul Tailors.

The woman who helped me was extremely professional and friendly. She listened to my requests and produced exceptional quality tailoring for an excellent price. So far I have had two pairs of pants hemmed, the waist of a skirt taken in, and a bridesmaid dress hemmed. When I dropped the bridesmaid dress off, she specifically asked me when I needed the dress done by, and then she had it done three weeks before that. I will definitely be back!

Brought a deck chair cushion with a broken zipper and a Tent Trailer mattress cover that had a large hole in it. All I can say is WOW! The zipper was repairs which is fine with me as it was the same colour as the pillow however the hole is almost not visible. She match the material and did a fantastic job. So happy with the work. She is a magician!! Thank you so much. And the prices are very reasonable. Worth visiting!

Extremely satisfied with the work done. My family has been using Kabul for years. We’ve done jeans, shirts and all sorts of clothing. I recently brought in a shift boot for a car and asked it to be sewn the same way as factory. No problems and it fit perfectly. Remember to bring cash!

Extremely poor service. I dropped off a pair of work pants on Saturday and I was told to pick them up on Monday. I provided the fabric and the buttons. I came back on Monday and all she had done was put on a button. I told her not to bother with the repair as I would take my business elsewhere.

I recently went in to Kabul tailoring to get my blue dress pants hemmed and shortened. The lady was super nice, took my measurements and told me it was going to get done the next week. It turned out exactly how I wanted! Highly recommend.

I came to this place because I saw good reviews, but she told me my dresses would be ready in July 16th. I called on July 28th to see if my dresses were ready and she said she would call me back . I eventually got a call back the next day. She rushed my dresses and when I got home I realized she left a whole panel uncut with chalk and pin still left in the dress. I called and she said she would fix it and I told he I live out of the city so I will be back tomorrow, she said no problem come after 12 and I will have it done. I showed up at 3pm and my dress was still unfinished. She was really friendly when I was getting my measurements but all and all that was a very poor experience

I had brought some special order material here to be made into curtains. ( I had originally planned to do this myself but upon having a baby a found my self with little time able to do so ) So I came to kabul tailoring. It was close to my house .she had quoted me $60-$80 dollars to finnish what I had asked for and about 3 weeks to do so. It ended up being over 2 months and several phone calls later. She called me every week simple not understanding what I had wanted even tho I gave dimensions and drew a sketch of what they would look like.. she would ask me to come in and see them every week. Which I simply didn't have time to do. After two months passed she STILL was not finished I called and said enough was enough finnish them this week. End of story. I went to pick them up the following monday and they were half done..and she had gone about on her own and gone against what I had said ruining my special order fabric you can't even get in stores. Needless to say I was completely blown away and not in a good way. Not to mention she tried to charge me $180 dollars which I then refused to pay that full amount . If I was going to take a loss of my product which she had then ruined. She was going to take a loss as well. I would STRONGLY suggest NOT going to this establishment. They DO NOT care about your things and will TAKE forever to even touch it . After they had completely ruined both my custom ordered material they then began to say it was MY FAULT and to go somewhere else. The nurve these people had is unreal. I've often gone to the tailors in st.albert mall. THEY do a FAR better job then this lady. I only chose her cuz she was close to my home as I have a newborn. But this was a HUGE mistake. They are a JOKE and COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT ... NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

I took 3 skirts to get taken-in at the waist and she did an amazing job. She had them ready for me to pick up within a week as I requested. I love wearing my skirts now, they fit very tailored to my body.
