Being someone who is never able to find off the rack clothing that fits me perfectly, alteration is a must for me. Luckily, I discovered Kim’s tailor shop a few years back and have since taken all of my jeans there for hemming. She even managed to shorten my jeans while keeping the original hem – don’t ask me how but it’s just fabulous! She has a keen sense of fashion and has even given me a few tips along the way. She will present you with options – in some cases where alteration is the last option. I truly appreciate her honestly. Keep up the good work, you have truly earned my business!

Always on time (usually early), helpful and honest! Quality work no matter how simple or complicated the job, Kim is amazing! I have given all my work to her for over 10 years now - dating back to when she had a storefront operation in the nearby Superstore. I personally find this current location better as I don't have to deal with the crazy Superstore parking lot! Whether it is delicate lace, finicky Lycra, a grad dress, suit jacket or pair of jeans, you will not be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I dropped off my daughter’s dress for a wedding that needed to be hemmed. We dropped it off on Tuesday, and it needed to be picked up on Thursday as we were leaving very early Friday morning to attend this wedding. The plan was for me to grab it before close on Thursday, however I was so busy that day that I completely forgot to pick it up. We realized an hour after Kim had closed, and needless to say were in a complete panic. I emailed and sent a Facebook message, praying that she would read them and we could find a way to get the dress. Well, Kim emailed me back not long after, and was so incredibly kind. She took time out of her evening to meet me to open the store to grab the dress. She truly went above and beyond, and blew me away with how willing she was to help me out, when it was absolutely all my fault and she certainly didn’t need to do that. It’s rare to find a business owner that is so selfless and willing to help, and I am so grateful to her. The workmanship was impeccable as expected based on reviews, but her kind nature makes her even more of a treasure. We will come to her for anything in the future, and I will tell everyone I know how amazing she is. 10/5 stars.
