Henry has tailored multiple shirts, trousers, sport coats, and suits for me. Whether tapering chinos, shortening sleeves, or trimming jackets, he has consistently impressed with his excellent workmanship, honesty, and enthusiasm. Although his shop is often jumbled, I believe this to be a reflection of his popularity. Indeed, because of his exacting standards, I will continue to seek Henry's sartorial skills for all of my tailoring needs.

Great quality work! I had a (very expensive) suit that was about five years old, and a bit dated in terms of style. Henry's Tailoring was able re-tailor the suit to update the style and fit - the result was better than I ever imagined, and price was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality tailor in Calgary.

Prepare to have your items require multiple adjustments and not ready on time. Also, I had a wool jacket that was washed and shrunk without being aware of it until after it was done. After all of this, I was still charged full price. I won't be using Henry's anytime soon.

Henry made me a fantastic suit for my wedding. The quality of its construction is far superior to the reasonable price he charged. It's a full canvased wool suit using suiting from a very reputable Italian mill. The fit and hand detailing puts it right on par with something I would expect to see from a Savile Row tailor at less than half the price. He's also done some excellent alterations for me on other garments and always has the work completed in a timely manner. I would need a pretty compelling reason to try out another tailor in Calgary.

Yes prices are good, but no better than any other GOOD tailor. Maybe better than Holt or Henry high end mens clothing stores, but by no means a good deal. I used Henry for years.....any finally decided to try another place after a couple disappointments. I will never use Henry again. My eyes have been opened.

Henry is the best - been getting suits made by him for 7+ years now and will never go anywhere else. Friendly demeanour, excellent quality (fully canvassed), great fabrics, reasonable prices, etc. I moved out of Calgary but still get all of my suits made by him between visits! I've also sent a number of friends here and they were all extremely happy with their suits.

Henry’s has got to be one of the best tailors in the city. A bold statement since I haven’t been to many other tailors, but after visiting Henry’s I know I won’t need to. Don’t let the humble location fool you — this man knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s been a master at his craft for decades and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Despite of my poor time management skills, he was able to tailor my suit on short notice for a wedding and delivered exceptional results for working with such limited time. He even kept his shop open for me after hours on a Friday evening to ensure my suit fit perfectly before I flew out the next day. I rarely write these types of reviews, but my experience with Henry’s was so exceptional it needed to be mentioned. If you need a suit tailored professionally and exactly to your prefence, regardless of style and age, don’t think twice about visiting Henry’s. 11/10.

I've gone here many times to get dress shirts and pants re-sized. Prices are fair (about $20 a shirt), especially in such a trendy area. Quality has been pretty consistent, though I have had to return a couple shirts because they were taken in a little too much, but they have never given me problems and always fix the problems free of charge. I'd say 9 out of 10 times I'm happy with the quality of work and the price. Staff are very friendly too! Henry's is my go to place for tailoring.

I had acquired some high end suits some years back and unfortunately I found the fit a little tight around the waist however required expansion on thr chest. I approached this lovely lady at this store and gave her 8 suits to refit, she took the measurements of each suit I wore, made changes to the size of the jacket, sleeves, and adjusted the waist on the pants. Each suit I then tried after a few weeks was perfect. I would recommend men's suits to be tailored here, the price is reasonable and turn around time was very good. Thanks so much for refitting my 8 suits.

Stuff I've had done; Suit Supply, Oliver Wick, Black Lapel Suit alterations, Indochino(never ever buy them), , Spier and Mackay, all have turned out well. I've had about 15-20 suits altered here and every single time I question do I really need to spend $200 in alterations when I get the suit back I remember why, it just looks so much better when the waist is taken in properly Fixed a Joh Smedley V Neck that I tore a hole in the arm, blends in nicely. (Thanks autocorrect for "WHOLE") The man can do a full bespoke suit, I don't think there are many other tailors in Calgary that can do that, so I'm a bit confused about one of the other reviews that says everywhere else in Calgary is just as good....Let me know where else can do a full canvas custom 3 piece for cheaper please!
