Got totally different messages from calling and chatting! Over the phone I was told that shortening and tapering would cost me over 100 dollars and I definitely felt I was being used and manipulated in a creepy way, but in the chat I was told it's gonna be around 60! Didn't feel trust worthy and I used Henry's instead!

Always had a good experience with this place he’s not the cheapest but he certainly does excellent work there used to be tons of parking in this lot until the Italian market opened up and out parking is a little more precious but still quite easy to find while you’re waiting for your pants to get tailored you can go to Tim Hortons or Dairy Queen both in the same mall or open a bank account at the Royal Bank you could even buy a trophy because there’s a trophy store there if you need some work done to your clothes your pants or your jacket or a super put back in this would be a great choice I recommend it

A quote from their website: "Custom Tailoring We design and create custom made and measured suits for men and women, which are made and tailored on site." When my fiance and I came into their store to inquire about pricing on two women's suits, I couldn't believe how poor the customer service would be. I rang the front bell at the register, as it appeared they didn't see us come in. We were eventually greeted in a somewhat friendly fashion. I asked the fellow who greeted us how we could go about getting pricing on a couple of women's suits for our upcoming wedding, and all I received was a dumbfounded stare. He looked at my face, looked at my fiance's face and said "you need men's suits", to which I replied "...no, women's suits." Bear in mind we both have short hair, and this clearly confused the guy. After again telling him we were looking for two WOMEN'S suits, he again looked at us, and then looked at both of our chests and said "No. We don't do those kinds of suits. I will have to change the website" We were then promptly asked to leave. Last time I checked, my money is as good as anyone else's, and this business will never see a penny of it. The man was rude, ignorant and disgraceful, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Easy place to get to with lots of parking. Which is very nice in Calgary anymore as parking is becoming a problem at a lot of places.

Took my wife's winter coat to Dave to replace the zipper and he did an awesome job. Even fixed a button on the hood that I forgot to ask him about and then dry-cleaned as well. I live in the North East of Calgary. It was Sunday and I wanted to fix my suit and to dry clean my winter coat because I had a business interview the next day. I did not have an appointment from Dave, I just walked in. So disappointed! I took some clothes here to be altered several months ago. I dealt with a gentleman who was very nice, and did a wonderful job on the clothes. I went in again yesterday afternoon, was greeted by a woman who was SCOWLING at me as soon as I walked through the door. I showed her what I was looking to get done, and she rudely informed me she couldn't do it. I took my clothes and left. I went to another tailoring shop close by, and they were able to get done what I needed very easily. Unfortunately, with such a negative experience the second time around, I won't be back.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this tailor. The alterations were done incorrectly, and they were unwilling to correct the problem. Not recommended.

Came here initially for a torn chest pocket. Small alterations to sleeves, waist and a dry cleaning later came to $130. Got home to find pocket is still torn dropped back off requested be fixed by next day. Came in to it not being ready, a quick stitch job and the pocket is coming undone through my shift. Anyway moral of the story buy a blazer at tiptop and request your coat be done there $50+usual drycleaner $16 the lady who fixed my pocket $5 = $71 almost half the cost.

I ordered a dress online and it ended up being a size too small. I couldn't do up the side zipper as my body was too big for the dress. Dave was a miracle worker and altered the dress to make the sides bigger, which saved me hundreds of dollars from buying a whole new dress. ???? Thank you for your meticulous work! ???? You beyond exceeded my expectations!

Not happy with the tailoring at all. First, it took a week longer than promised to get suits back. Then they suit linings hadn't been sewn back together in all the sleeves. The sleeve cuffs were cut unevenly. The lining at the top inside of the pants wasn't sewn together properly and the pant legs were too short. On top of that, it was all VERY expensive. I asked for a discount based on the horrible timeframe and results, and they refused. I wouldn't recommend this place Also, it tells a lot about the character of a business when they only respond to positive reviews and never reply to negative reviews to try and remedy the situation or at least apologize. Be cautious.
