Very rude and disrespectful to my daughter who was getting a bridesmaids dress altered. She told her she needed to loose weight and told her friend she was fat. That is not her place to speak like that to a customer. And my daughter is not fat either. She is not a size 6. She is a healthy, normal weight .

This woman is amazing!! There isn't an alteration that she can't do. I came to her needing my suit jacket shoulders adjusted (which is a very difficult change to make), but she did it beautifully. She cares about her customers and is not at all in it for just the money. If you need a seamstress, definitely choose Custom Alterations!

I love this women. Here is my thing. I have an awkward body size I’m very tall in the upper body. However , I got short arms. For me to get a shirt that fits me properly it will cost anywhere between $180-$300. Instead what I do is I look for sales on beautiful shirts that I like the fit ok but are normally these kind of shirts are usually too long on the sleeves or to wide around the stomach area. However, with this wonderful lady, I can bring in my stuff explain to her what needs to be done and she never says it can’t be done. So I got a beautiful shirt normally cost $250, I purchased it for less than $45, a pair of pants the cost $210, but I was able to buy it for $20. The reasons I was able to purchase these clothes so inexpensively it’s because they didn’t fit right, pants are a little bit tight, A little bit too long and my beautiful shirt sleeves way too long and also Because of my shoulder width I had to buy a shirt that was bigger than normal. The biggest problem with the shirt, long sleeves and to wide around the belly. $29 I got everything fixed they fit perfect. This is the reason why this woman is a godsend. She can do almost fix anything and more important she will tell you if you’re out to lunch or something that you can’t I’ll do or should not be done. I do appreciate her honesty.

I took a purse insert there to add extra card slots. It’s alteration to an existing piece and I even had the fabric for her. She very rudely says she doesn’t do that. Then I asked if she knew of anyone in town who might that she would recommend. She said to look it up myself, Then I asked if she knew of any shoe repair people in town. She rolled her eyes, gave a long suffering sigh, and again told me to look it up myself

The customer service was not recommended. Her recommendations consisted of why would you do that and I don't do that! Not very appreciated and very surprising seeing how high the reviews were. Needless to say I was very disappointed!

A deft hand at a very reasonable price. Not to mention work that is swiftly done. I have only had small jobs (sewing holes, fixing ripped seams, replacing zippers) done here, but each was done with care and skill. Would highly recommend.

Been going here since I moved to back to Lethbridge. Excellent customer service, and high quality work!!! There is nothing the owner/operator can't do ... from alterations, hemming, re-enforcing, etc. Give her time to work and you will be impressed. Owner prefers cash if possible as a heads up to other customers.
