I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned. When I tried to pick it up it was badly damaged and it looks like heat or chemical burns on the pants and vest. I spoke to the owner, she denied any fault and said she sends them out to be dry cleaned. Then continued to argue that they have never done this in 2 years, and she thinks my suit was old when it came in, and other red herring arguements. The bottom line I told her is she offered me a service to clean my suit and while it was in her custody it was ruined. I asked her what she would do about it she said she will talk to the cleaner she sends it to. I gave her 2 weeks, no reply. I came back and she had done nothing. She called the cleaner and then told me I needed to give her the receipt for the suit. I don't have the original reciept and I don't see why she would need that. I told her where I purchased the suit and she has the suit as I did not collect it. I told her that if I did not here back from her by the 23rd of December, I would be filing a complaint. I have heard nothing.

I came here to get my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned and received excellent service. The lady who owns and operates the business is super sweet and is reasonably priced. They did a good job and I would recommend to anyone who needs dry cleaning done.

Terrible place do not go here!! The owner ruined my clothes and refuses to do anything about it. Says not her problem. But it is. I left my property with her and my clothes were ruined while with her and her business. She sends the clothes to be cleaned but it's still her responsibility to take owner ship when something happens. Mistakes happen I understand that we are all human but as a business owner you have to make things right for your customer. I have put in a complaint with the better business bureau and can see from the other reviews this isn't the first time this had happened! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OWNER AND HER BUSINESS!

I have taken a number of items (pants, dresses) here that needed quite a bit of alteration (not just a simple hem). All the work done here has been excellent and just what I have asked for/needed. I have also taken items for dry cleaning and had a great experience as well. I have even brought a lot of items very last minute (rude, I know!) and I've been able to get back within the week. Highly recommend the work done here.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I can’t say much about the pricing as I haven’t been to other dry cleaners much, but it seems fair to me. The lady who works there is one of the nicest people I’ve met. She’s always incredibly friendly and helpful. She’s great with remembering returning customers and makes you feel like more than just a client. I’ve never had any problems with their service. Everything comes back in a timely manner, neat and clean.

Whoa! Brought in hubby’s knit sweater for an armpit patch - not sure if much could actually be done. As I picked it up to inspect, I honestly couldn’t tell where the repair was- it was THAT good. Definitely will be making this my go-to tailor!
