My husband and I had our wedding attire alterations done here. Sakhi did an amazing job! I came to this place feeling very stressed that my dress was not fitting the way I wanted. When I picked it up and tried it on I was almost in tears. Sakhi fixed it exactly how I wanted. I left the place feeling very confident, beautiful and happy. Sakhi is very gifted! if you need to get alterations done on your wedding dress this is the place to go! He fixed my sleeves and took some material out from the sides to make it closer fitting.

I started taking my dry cleaning to Sakhi and was very impressed with the service. I had a sweater rip that I had along the seam. All the threads were starting to unravel and I was unsure it would be salvageable. Sakhi fixed it in 1 minute. Best Fit Tailoring and Dry Cleaning is a hidden gem!

I can not say enough good things about this place. The customer service is amazing!!! I had a suit cleaned for a wedding we were attending on the weekend. I got sidetracked and completely forgot to pick up the suit. I remembered 10 minutes before closing on the Friday night. I called in a panic and the lady was so sweet, she told me not to worry, she took my address and delivered the dry cleaning right to the front door! It is hard to find great service like that now a days!! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Fantastic service and the sweetest owner! He did a beautiful job transforming my dress from an asymmetrical style to a strapless/symmetrical dress which was certainly not an easy task. Quick pick-up too. Only three days. Highly recommend this place!!

The application of common sense or esthetics should be required in this profession. Picked up a pair of work pants that have a high viz stripe down each side, they were there to be hemmed. The tailer sowed in one consistent loop right over the stripe instead of stopping on either side. Looks ridiculous, showed no pride in workmanship. Will not be back.

I have been to 5 tailors in the Edmonton area now in the past 2 years. A friend of mine suggested Best Fit Tailors in Windermere and they are by far the best. I had several pairs of pants tapered and otherwise altered and I have never had a pair fit as well as these do now. The prices were also extremely reasonable!

great service but DON'T show up before 845 am to pick anything up as they are NEVER there before then even though say they open at 8 am. Should just change their hours from opening at 8 to 9 as would save people a lot of hassle trying to pick anything up.

Very impressed! They did a phenomenal job on our dry cleaning. They got out stains that I thought were impossible to remove. The quality of work is truly amazing and it's reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend.

I went to this establishment to get my duvets and pillow covers cleaned, asked them what it would cost and the gentleman said that he would not know, the items would have to be shipped to the warehouse to get back a final quote. I said okay, and gave him the items . In that same visit he informed me that it would take 7 days for the dry cleaning to be done due to covid He kept his word and called me to notify me the total which I was okay with. A week later I went in to collect my items. Later that night I went home and one of my duvet covers still has the 5 milk stains by baby made. I called to let them know this and also said that I could send him visuals if he wanted. He said no need to, let me see what I could do and I will call you back. I still have not received a call from them and my duvet covers are still dirty. Will be looking for another company with better ethics to deal with. Poor service.

This store offered the worst possible service I have ever experienced. About 5 weeks ago I took a Canada Goose coat to them for dry cleaning , I received the coat at first time, the jacket was not completed clean, some area were still very dirty, the owner offered to clean again,.After 4 weeks later, when I received the coat at second time, it was same dirty as before. To be honest, spending $50 and 5 weeks for not cleaned coat is a JOKE! *DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!
