I had some alterations made to a couple of my sport jackets that needed taking in and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. I also had a repair done to one of my favorite hoodies and you can't even tell that it was ever damaged.

I have been using and will continue to use their wonderful services since I moved to Airdrie in 2015. I have had simple alterations and repairs, to custom pillow cases made from fabric I had purchased specifically for my room design, and the staff have always been terrific to work with. Everyone there certainly take pride in the workmanship as I have always been pleased with their expertise and end results! Twice I've had custom pillow covers made. Quality zippers used (not cheap or flimsy feeling) and nice finishing details.

I’ve had all 6 of my Santa suits altered here-( jacket pants and hat) and 3 of Mrs Claus’ dresses. Very Professional , friendly and the service was absolutely fantastic. This is the only place Santa trusts to do work on his Santa Suits.

Amazing Service! Such a wonderful man to work with! He took my wedding dress that was stinking and stained with river water scum and when I got it back, it was like it was brand new! Fast and friendly service with good prices and a friendly face! Absolutely recommend!

Horrible customer service. Rip off! I came in Saturday morning almost begging for help. I had a situation where there was an event happening next day in church for the little girls to "build their own ragged doll". I was in charge of sewing the doll patterns to have it ready for the girls to stuff, then unfortunately my sewing machine suddenly broke and I had no other way than to seek their help. The person over there was so rude and was totally making sure to take advantage of the situation. Although I emphasized it was for the church and I was BEGGING for help, yet he asked to seam each doll for $20!!! I had 30 dolls to seam that makes a total of $600!!!!!!!!!!! And he assumes that each one takes 45 minutes to work on!!!!!!! (length of the pattern is 20cm —it takes 6 minutes to finish each one) Never go to this location for alteration.

I took two Fjallraven jackets in to get cleaned, they shrank them both to the point they are not wearable. After two months of them trying to fix it they offered $120 in compensation, for $1300 worth of jackets. 4 times the cleaning cost is "the standard" they tried to tell me. Also they farm out their dry cleaning to Yankee Valley Fine Dry Cleaning so I would suggest avoiding both. Mistakes happen, they shrank some jackets, just do the right thing and replace them.
