Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I found Kim's shop through an ad on Kijiji, I was hesitant at first but after reading her glowing reviews I decided to give her a try. I recently purchased a half-canvassed suit that needed much tailoring. Kim had finished in 7 days. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I know where I'll be getting my suits tailored from now on.

Kim did an incredible job of bringing my off the rack wedding dress back to life at an extremely reasonable price. My dress had different things wrong with it (including actual damage) due to being off the rack from a bridal store that was closing its doors and Kim made it like new again - along with the alterations I needed for fit. She is also kind, professional, and easy to work with. And lastly, she had my dress back to me in 2 weeks (!!), not months like many other places quoted for time. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had my wedding dress alterations done by Kim. It was not an easy one because it was previously altered for another person, a size too big for me, and full lace. Kim was very pleasant to deal with, always fast to reply, and her prices were reasonable. She did an impeccable job and within a short amount time, even though it was a lot of work. I have been getting my clothing altered at 20/20 alterations for the past 3 years. Kim does an exceptional job altering clothing and her services will exceed your expectations. She is especially amazing with formal wear. Every time I have a concern with a dress of mine, I take it to Kim who always has the solution. Kim is very professional and will complete alterations within a timely manner. She charges very reasonable prices even if there is a lot of work involved. If you need your item altered quickly, Kim will do her best to finish it for you with no extra charge. Kim is especially skilled with complicated evening gowns that require taking-in, even if several sequins need to be removed and sewed back on. No job is too complicated for Kim! She is able to transform an old dress and make it look like a brand new one. I have visited several alterations stores over the years but I never found a place that fixed my dresses properly. Ever since I found Kim at 20/20 alterations I have been satisfied every time. I will only get my clothing altered at 20/20 alterations by Kim!

Kim is so great at what she does! She altered my dress quickly and amazingly. Kim also went out of her way to fix the lace (it was a problem that came up after the initial consultation) and did everything she could to make the dress fit perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone!

This is the best and cheapest place you can ever find in calgary. The work is very professional. Believe me I called everywhere in calgary looking for a better price but none of them can compare to what charges Kim offered its half of the price everywhere else. I highly recommend this place. And Kim is such a wonderful person very friendly. And her work is professional. Yes from now on I can buy any pants or clothes I want knowing that I have a wonderful cheapest place to go for alterations I give it 10 out of 10.

Manners Matter

Nearly every piece of clothing I buy needs to be altered to fit so I need a seamstress who I really trust. Kim has been that person for the past couple years. She has not only helped me with all of my clothing alterations, but all of my clothing repairs as well.

Kim did the alterations for my daughter’s prom dress. She did a fantasic job! We needed to take in the bust and shorten it (with several layers of crinoline and an extra layer of dress fabric on the inside). The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was also great. Kim was very nice and easy to work with too. We will definately use her for alterations again!

Highly, highly recommend choosing Kim for any alterations you have. She is so sweet and accommodating. I brought in my bridesmaids dress and only had a week before I needed it. I ended up also needing more alterations than I thought. She did the work in the time I had requested and it was perfect. She had so many good suggestions for the fit of my dress as well. Kim is a lovely person to work with. She provides efficient, quality work at an affordable price. I had lost 40lbs in between ordering my bridesmaid dress and it arriving and it needed significant alterations. She was up for the challenge and was very clear about how much each alteration would cost me. Despite losing weight, I am still overweight and she never made me feel uncomfortable about my size. She worked on my dress over Christmas and was surprisingly fast but her speed does not compromise the quality she provides. I highly recommend Kim and will go back to her in the future. Best wishes!
