(Translated) Expensive for what it offers, there is no heating and at night it is very cold, there is also no microwave or minibar, the bathtub leaked Everything is heard, when the neighbors pass or even when they walk in the room above Instead it is old and neglected It is far from the main street, for that price better another place (Original) Caro para lo que ofrece, no hay calefacción y en las noches hace mucho frío, tampoco hay microondas ni frigobar, la bañera se goteaba Todo se escucha, cuando los vecinos pasan o inclusive cuando caminan en la habitación de arriba En lugar es viejo y está descuidado Esta lejos de la calle principal, por ese precio mejor otro lugar

They told us to book online and it was in US funds, this is a hotel in the Yukon. Also the highway was closed in the north to make our trip down to Whitehorse so we tried to get a refund or change the dates and navigating through this to a Automated online voice is a joke. No refunds No changing dates Lost $600 to them Call the hotel front deck and they said sorry we can’t do anything about it. You booked online. Well why do you tell us to book online when you can take our bookings on the phone? You should be helping northerners not stealing there money. I hope you take booking on the phone right at the hotel so there is an understanding of travellers coming from the north.

Run down hotel, front desk staff ran card without mentioning a $200 damage deposit (refundable). The room was extremely shabby, the ceiling was moulding and had signs of water damage, you could see drywall mud and tape, random screws in the walls and a terrible paint job. Room smelled dank and musty. If i didn't stay only one night, i'd switch hotels. Highly recommend you avoid

The amenities in the rooms lacking. Under new management. One of our rooms had no fridge, microwave or ac. The other had full amenities. The price exceeds value. At $220 + a night I expected more.

I'm not sure how to truly rate this place. We were given a room that had pets. So as soon as you walk in the room you were hit with a strong smell of animal urine. It reeked. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. I found long strands of Human hair all over the bathroom. I went to the front desk and let the guy know what was going on. He was really nice and radio'd house keeping to clean the bathroom and to try to get rid of the smell. When we returned to our room the bathroom was cleaned and the room smelled kinda better. But the issue hands down is the carpet. It's unbearable. The best thing going for this hotel is Rickey's Bar and Grill. It's amazing food and service.

No tv, no wifi. I cancelled my room moved to the Raven Inn. Nice new hotel

Dennis Mc Kiernan

Old. Needs renovating. Rooms could be cleaner

Guylaine Robillard

They rooms are nothing special. They have thick curtains to keep the ever high summer sun out at night. And they have decent beds. No complaints but nothing special either.

Dirty, Expensive, poor unfriendly staff at check-in. Stayed anyway.

Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed with our stay. Our room was not cleaned properly (e.g. the toilet bowl was stained brown, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, parts of the kitchen cabinetry was cracked, and the coffee dispenser had a layer of an oil-like substance when filled with water). Upon checking in, the computer system was apparently "frozen" - it took the concierge 15 mins just to give us our room cards. I also called earlier in the morning to see if we could do early check-in, and the lady said we could check in at 2:30pm. When we arrived early, the lady said we could only check in at 3pm. So frustrating. Additionally, the elevator buttons were not sanitized and the landline phone in the room would not connect to the front desk after several tries! We only had one bar of soap provided in-room, for three nights and shared by 3 people. We couldn't call room service for more because, of course, the phone wasn't working. Staff were also not wearing masks when behind the desks. Really poor experience overall.

Was a great option however the heaters would do this steady buzzing all night. Had to put earplugs in to sleep

Location is good. That’s about the only good thing ........ Room had a lovely musty smell since I guess all rooms are pet friendly not just a selected few. The bath room looks nice and out date with a nice huge shady patch job in the ceiling. Definitely best $200 plus wasted a night that I will never get back if there is a Wyndham rep in that area please pop in there and have a look and maybe you will debadge it and rename it to Days In. Motel because $60-80 a night is all that it is worth. If anyone from Days In has any questions please feel free to contact me.

Don't expect the usual Days Inn chain standard. The building is old and has a mild smell. Our shower was somewhat clogged and would pool up while showering. Hair was floating out of the drain... Gross. Air conditioning in the room works well but is very loud.

Kevin Archer

Clean, well priced, close to everything

Nathan LaPoint

Minus one star because no airport shuttle.

Allison Fletcher

Very comfortable and expensive..staff needs to be more friendly..housekeeping needs to be more awake in their cleaning..if you stay there for more than one day you have to go to front desk to request a cleanup! There is no fridge or microwave in the room but there is a safe

Jason Phan

Bed was super soft and shower was good. Housekeeping not that great while staying, but they do seem to clean good between guest (room was good when i got there.) One thing was when I checked in, the heat was off and room was freezing, took a day to warm up. Only a few rooms have fridges, so if you want one, you should request it. The front desk people are super nice and they have very good laundry machines (but they are 3$ a load).

Germain Duliere

Clean room and comfy bed. The front desk friendly and knowledgeable.

Chris Garven

Just okay, was good for a last minute night stay. Has a fitness center with some cardio machines, staff was friendly, room was clean.

Andrea H

First week in October. My room had no hand soap, shampoo, conditioner. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave. A/C broken, bathroom fan broken. Called front desk and was told to open window. Windows have no screens. Was there 3 days. Girl at front desk took 45 minutes to print out a receipt.

Wow, Every hallway smells terrible. I think they use it as low income/ housing shelter. Garbage left by the doors outside for days. No vacuuming of hallways

Matthew Bates

Days INN on the outside. Ramada on the inside. Room was ok. No thermostat control in our room so it was a little hot.

Satvir Dhaliwal

Lobby looks presentable but walking to the room wasn't rooms looked very old then what I payed for,the hallway looked a bit creepy,I wouldn't want to stay here again, needs more complimenting layout for the price you pay.

Dennis Blankenship

Hotel adhering to COVID protocols Parking was limited.

Michael Wagemakers

If I could give a zero star I would but since that isn’t an option, 1 star will have to do. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service was embarrassing. I paid/booked my room weeks out and show up at 2am from a 12 hour drive day to have the front counter tell me that there are no rooms available and they aren’t taking in guests. I tried calling 6 times through out the day to confirm my booking and I got no answer every time. It took me to ask in an upset tone why nobody had called or emailed me to let me know there was apparently no availability and they had quickly made up a room in 15 minutes. While I was waiting I tried calling the hotel to see if they’d pick up and their phones didn’t even ring. What a joke and terribly ran hotel. On top of that, the room was very inconvenient. The toilet seat wasn’t even put on correctly, the beds were hard, there were only 2 pillows on the bed (that part is picky but most hotels put 4 on the bed, and I just so happen have to have 4 pillows to sleep comfortably). There wasn’t even a comforter on the bed, you can call them sheets. The window sill had duck tape across it, the bathroom caulking was peeling and rundown. The wifi was slow and constantly kicked me off. There was no parking, I wouldn’t even call it a parking lot with how small it was. The hotel itself was just a joke and I had never felt so dirty at any hotel before. If the hotel had the decency to turn guests away, and not even let them know, why would you be in business? I don’t even want to hear about Covid as an excuse, because if you’re that paranoid, then close you’re doors permanently. A hotel that turns guests away, and doesn’t care about the upkeep is an automatic shut down for me.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! I wish I could give them -50 stars. I think that people should all get together and boycott this hotel till it goes out of business. Terrible rooms, Terrible customer support and very uncontrollable pillows! My family booked this hotel 2 weeks before we had to drive through Canada and get back to the motherland. After we arrived at this hotel they said they had no vacancy (after we arrived and had called them 7 times throughout the day to confirm our reservation from 2 weeks ago) God bless the USA.

Bonnie Roland

This hotel is really outdated and the rooms need some work. The first room they gave us, the thermostat was broken, it was in the off position but the heat was pumping out full blast. We were moved to another room that had a different heating system, which worked, but I still had to open the window in -20 to cool the room down! The beds were comfortable and bed-bug free. One morning the water took forever to heat up in the shower, I only had the hot on and basically showered in luke warm water. The next day, while enjoying a nice warm shower I was suddenly sprayed with boiling hot water! Not nice! Staff were very nice however and for that reason I’ll give a 3.

Morgan Koskinen

WIFI didn't work, Cable was out of service, bathroom fan broken, A/C didn't work, no screens on windows, no coffe maker, microve or fridge. No hand soap, shampoo, conditioners. Towels where thin and torn. Do I need to go on??

Eddie Skookum

Not totally clean. :(
