Poor service! If you have some problem with the service, the manager will say to you: “I don’t care and I won’t do the refund”. They aren’t professional and the quality of products are really bad. Dirty place. Be careful.

For acrylic nails: The people who work there are nice, but I wasn’t happy with the result at all. As you can see on the pictures (taken directly after) they nail polish got bubbles in it, it’s not made very nice and is dent at one place (I saw that they looked at it, but then just keep going without fixing it). (( they keep taking my pictures away.. ))

If someone is stressed, have trouble sleeping, looking for a ped realaxing, yoga ped will be a great choice for you. In particular, Yorkdale nails and spa are promoting "free yoga ped" for regular customers. Try and feel it

This is the worst manicure experience I have had!!! I initially went in to get a full set of acrylic with shellac and a pedicure. When I walked in it was very noticeably dirty. I was the only one there which for a Friday night is odd. She began to do my acrylics by placing the tip half way down my nail when I questioned this she said it is where it’s suppose to be... at that point I asked her to remove it and would settle for a manicure with shellac. The poor girl was very nervous and trembling and her hands were sweating. She softened my cuticles with body lotion... she pulled out dirty tools from her personal bag, they were not sanitized.the shellac was applied very sloppy and very thick. I did not go for the pedicure.I am very annoyed by this as i had to find somewhere else to do my pedicure today and contemplated redoing my nails but deciddd to just leave it. And now I am regretting that decision as 1 nail has just peeled off and I am leaving for holidays tomorrow morning!!! I will never go back. What a waste of time and money. Maybe the owner should spend some more time on fixing the place up and having his employees fix their techniques rather than lay out tshirts showing that he is vegan! No one cares!!! I should be contacting the health and safety board!! Be aware of this place!!!

I did my nails Saturday morning and on Saturday afternoon they all started to break, I got back there on Sunday morning and I showed them what happened and the boss treated me with total disrespect! I asked for refund because I did not want to do the service there again and she said she would not give me back my money and she told me “I don’t care”! Poor service, super neat owner, dirty place! terrible experience, would not recommend!

horrible experience nails done really bad. I had asked for coffin nails with shellac the shape and length were not how i wanted them and the shellac turned out clumpy. offered 5$ discount off of 50$ this is not worth the nails that i got. The worth of the nails i got is 5$ yet i still spent 50$ upon calling to complain and to get a refund or have them removed and re done they first did not answer and never returned my call and when I call they know not to answer. very upset SUGGEST YOU DONT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE trust me go to another place my nails look like some weird ass shape and they're ugly i'm so dissatisfied

Their Yoga Pedicures are the best. They really take the time and effort and and regular Pedicure your feet feel brand new afterwards. Definitely recommend for Yoga Pedicures and new way of doing acrylic without smell.

Often when booking an appointment they either screw up the day and time (might be a language barrier? I don't know?) or when you get there you still wait 1/2 hour to one hour. Very frustrating!

I had a VERY VERY BAD experience here! They are not helpful and use a very poor quality of nail polish! My manicure started chipping off in two days! BE AWARE of this place! This is worst nail salon in the area! Their staff is extremely rude and not helpful!

This nails spa is HORRIBLE! I went to get a shellac manicure done for a wedding and they ruined my nails!!! The shellac formed tiny bubbles on my nails and when I asked them to fix it they were not ready to help me out and said I would have to pay extra! Really really bad staff and very poor service! I am never going back here!!! Go somewhere with good service if you don’t want a bad experience!

I went to Yorkdale Nails and Spa because my bio gel nail broke and, since I was going to a party that evening, I needed to have them done ASAP. I called to book an appointment and they were able to take me straight away. When I arrived they seated me and gave me the nail colours to choose from. There were tons of options and they were patient while I chose my colour. The lady who was doing my nails, Vicky, helped suggest a few elegant colours. She shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them (almond), and she was so pleasant to talk to. She took her time and made sure that my nails were perfect, and the final price was good ($40 for biogel, shellac, and added one false nail). I was impressed with my experience, and I will definitely be back if I ever am in the area again!

new management, but way more people working there now. There are vast differences in the experience of the technicians so sometimes you get a horrible manicure but if you get the right person it's amazing. Now i know to ask for the girls I like. You just have to be vocal about what you want and exactly how you want it. They remember you, remember how you like your nails. Manicure is thorough and price is reasonable for going every 2 weeks.

I have going to this salon for the past 7years, and after a resent change management this nail salon has gone down hill. The new owner has the nail salon looking so dirty. There’s dust on floor stacks on papers plied on chairs. The staff are not actually nail techs on my last and final visit there. I had 5 staff all around my feet all watching how a pedicure is done. I also heard one of the staff ask the manager how to remove shellac off a client foot. The original nail tech were amazing Cindy, Vicky ,Tony and Ivy. Please save your and don’t go the mall salon the value and level is not worth the amount you pay.
