I have been going there for a couple of years. I found them always helpful. This weekend I went there to buy some special fittings thinking I damaged them after I glued them together, and to my surprise they separated my fitting and saved the day. I will be definitely be going back.
I purchased my hot tub with the pervious owner and had excellent service and supports for years. Since the change in ownership, the quality of service and supports have diminished greatly! Poor communication. Excuses. Lack of accountability. After 16 years, I just withdrew my business. Forewarned is forearmed.

Brian was amazing in helping us choose a hot tub and giving us lots of information on swim spa's. We live in Newmarket and there are closer places to us , but the service and personal attention, plus the deals were far better at tgis store. Thanks for making this a great experience.

It seems like my review is too long, according to Google’s guidelines I have exceeded the amount of text for a review so I will break it up into two parts, this is part 1. I never really take the time to write reviews, because I’m always very busy with work and family, the only time that I will write a review and share my experience is when it’s in the best interest of the public, good and bad, and I believe they should know. That being said, the experience that I had with Brian, From york region hot tubs and pools was one that I believe everyone should know about. Here is my story. about six months ago I was going up to Niagara Falls for the weekend to get away with my wife and a few couples, we left the kids at home with the in-laws and our nanny. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for a couple days. The night we arrive at Niagara, I got a call from my nanny that the outdoor hot tub had stopped working, I quickly take a look at the weather in my iphone, and see that it’s going to be below zero in the next 36 hours, so I start panicking and I know that if it does freeze the tub that I bought will have to have a lot of money sunk into it to be saved when it defrosts. Anyways, Saturday morning I get up, I called the business where i bought the tub to explain the issue to the girl who answers, she tells me that somebody will be calling me back shortly. I get a call back within about 30 minutes by a guy who I thought was a sales guy, Brian, he asked me my name, when we purchased the tub, and asks exactly what the issue is. As I’m giving him all the details he explains that he is the new owner and acquired the business from the previous owner not too long ago and he does not have all the records so he doesn’t know what exactly he can do, but the way he explained he believes that based on when I purchased the tub it’s out of warranty, and the issue that I explained needs a new replacement Digital keypad as it seems to have blown. Right away I start seeing dollar signs in my head, probably about $1000 to get the new keypad, and then a few hundred dollars in labor to install. He says give me a little time, let me talk to the manufacturer and see what I could do, (Its Saturday)I have a good relationship with them. It’s now early Saturday afternoon and the weather has dropped to zero and is calling for heavy rain and hail tonight and into tomorrow morning, with the weather dropping to-6 by afternoon the next day.
I cannot tell you how good and reassuring it was to encounter York Region Hot Tubs and their experienced and excellent technicians. The visit from them today could not have gone better. The problems with my swim spa were quickly diagnosed and addressed. They will return tomorrow for minor repairs and adjustments. My wife and I could not be happier. We would definitely recommend York Region Hot Tubs to anyone needing maintenance or service on their unit!

Very good customer experience with this company. We used their services for closing our tub prior to moving and storing it temporarily for a future move. Brian was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond my expectations at the very last minute when another hot tub company that i had hired backed out at the worst possible time. Brian was very willing to do whatever he needed to do - and in bad weather. He was quick and efficient and got the job done well. Can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend this company based on excellent customer service.
Did not show (or call) for a scheduled service call to replace a Spa Pack. When I called to inquire they said they would call the technician and call me back to let me know where he was at. They didn't call back! They instead waited to after closing to and TEXTed me to let me know that the tech was held up somewhere else and would not be attending and that they had rescheduled for the next day. Very unprofessional resolution! Didn't even ask if the next day would work . Did not show (or call) the next day either. No consideration for our time wasted. Most unprofessional service I,ve seen in a long time. Lost a longtime customer

Bryan and his team are extremely knowledgeable and their service and customer service are second to none . I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to because it is so deserved. We bought our first hot tub from York Region Hot Tub and Pools and it is very clear to see that we’ve made the right decision. Great selection, great service, and most importantly amazing CONTINUOUS SERVICE. We are new to hot tubs and they’ve made us feel very comfortable with asking all the our questions with quick and knowledgeable responses in return. I purchased Hot Tub from this place. Delivery was really late from the date promised, steps and cover holder came a month after delivery of the Hot tub and multiple requests. Communication was terrible. Seems like we had to pull everything out of them (delivery date, steps and training). They are not answering phone calls, not returning multiple messages we left, even text messages we had a hard time getting any answers from them, end up going to the store two time to talk in person and get answers. Seems, even they don't really know what is going on . Training on site was terrible with recommendation to get everything off the Youtube. Starter package was not sufficient to operate Hot Tub.
Bryan was amazing to deal with. This was our first hot tub and he walked us through all of the options and set us up with the perfect one for our family. The process was so pleasant and fast! I would highly recommend this place!

I had a lot of questions while looking for our first tub, Brian and Carlos helped me out and answered all my questions, and steered me in the right direction for my family. Prices were below msrp and deals on floor models. Highly recommend.

Brian calls me a few hours later and tells me he’s pretty confident that he can get me a new display, and also have it covered by warranty, but I would have to pay the labor, and he said he would have to see how much work it is as my hot tub is sunkin into the ground and he would have to dig out an area around it to get to where he needs access to complete the job so he cannot quote me over the phone. I’m out to dinner at the keg at about 8:30 PM on Saturday night, he calls me and tells me that he got the part, it’s covered by warranty ends there is no cost and a technician will be there that Sunday morning prior to the temperature dipping into the negative single digits and all will be resolved. I am now going to have a great night out and sleep easy. I got a call the next morning on Sunday from my nanny asking me where the fuse boxes in the house as we have to turn it off to make sure that nobody gets hurt. I could not direct her as I’m not really that handy, i’m not really familiar where these panels are in our house. Several hours later I get a text from Brian, “it’s done please eat transfer $130 to such and such email address”. I call my nanny and ask her to go into the backyard and see the Tub is fine, she tells me that she cannot go out there because it’s hailing so badly, she text me about an hour later as the hail dies down a little and tells me yes Tub is running, heater is escalating and keypad is working perfectly! I called Brian to thank him so much for getting this resolved, he tells me no problem I sent over the technician and he wasn’t comfortable doing the work, so Brian ended up actually going there, with -3° zero, in the middle of a rain/hail storm, did all the work on his own and only charge me $130. If we only all had this type of caring people with all the businesses that we work with, and all the people that we hire to have the commitment to do whatever is required to ensure that the job gets done, and gets done perfectly as if you were to do it for yourself. This was my experience with this business and, if I could give him more than five stars I definitely would as this is a true professional who cares about his customers.

I recently purchased a hot tub from York Region Hot Tub and Pools. I am so pleased with my Hydropool hot tub. The staff at YR Hot Tub and Pools has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They deliver on every promise and go over and above to make their customers happy. If anyone is in the market for a hot tub this is the place to go. There is no other choice. Also the Hydropool hot tubs and swim spas are top of the line when it comes to quality. 5 stars any day of the week.
