Wow! What a beautiful spa experience! I was so happy when a friend told me about York Laser Med Spa! While I haven't tried their Medi Spa Services, I did have a wonderful girl's day with my best friend. The spa is upstairs and is absolutely gorgeous! The staff were super friendly and professional and the services were great! We each had a massage, facial and mani ped. So relaxing! Would highly recommend and I'm going to look into their MediSpa services too.

Dr. Kritzinger is a very trustworthy doctor. He was friendly and caring and has an amazing bedside manner. He took his time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have a good experience with a different doctor who did a similar procedure on me. Dr. Kritzinger was aware of this and took extra time and such careful care with me. He is patient and performed my procedure in a professional way. So glad I chose him. Thank you to Bonnie as well who was so friendly and helpful.

Pompous, pompous doctor. Ask questions and he will need to leave the room and go calm down. I guess he doesn't like his abilities being questioned. Long story short, he refused to do my procedure and asked me to leave. His receptionist Bonnie is a lovely person who knows how to interact with people. I'm not sure how she works for such a man. Edited after owners reply: Whatever Dr. Kritzinger! Anyone who is interested, Dr. Boulos in Newmarket is extremely professional and competent and does not need to ask' 'to be excused' when asking their questions about the treatment they are about to have. Try her out, you won't be disappointed!

I have had nothing but positive feedback about York Laser and Med Spa. I was very happy they were able to survive all of the Davis Drive construction when they were located there. The new building is beautiful and welcoming. Jamie and Nicky are very professional and very friendly. Dr Kritzinger is always available to answer questions and give advice. It's clear he likes his job and his patients/clients and is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of his clinic. Bonnie is lovely and keeps the office organized. It's always a treat to chat with her.

I had a chemical peel done 1 1/2 weeks ago. Although the girl that did my treatment was lovely, I had an extremely bad reaction causing my face and lips to swell and red burning to appear on my face which is extremely painful. I called the office for help and direction as to what to do & was told they would consult with the doctor & phone me back. I have had no phone call, no help, no response. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response.

I have been to the York Vein and Laser Clinic for facials/and peels and loved the results. The staff are amazing as well. I have never done any botox of fillers before and just before Christmas I decided that the dark circles and bags under my eyes were really bugging me. Day of I was a bit nervous but the ladies in the office calmed my nerves. And I must say I wish I never waited so long to try this. The Doctor did an amazing job, no pain, no bruising. The results are more than I ever expected. Thank you so much!

I first came to the York laser vein and skin clinic about 3 years ago. I originally came to get some nasty spider and varicose veins removed. The lady that did my veins is amazing. I feel awful for not remembering her name. All that I can say is my legs look phenomenal! In addition to how great I think my legs look,I really wanted to improve the condition of my skin. My face has always been dry and the quality of my skin was just not great. I'm getting married in April and really needed help. I met the most awesome lady named Heather.. Ohh my god she is just amazing! She has made my skin look just beautiful! I am constantly gettting compliments on my skin and how beautiful it looks. My self esteem has gotten so much better and I now love my skin and I look so much better. I will see Heather forever she is absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, explains everything to me and explains every product and exactly how it works. Everything she has told me to do I've done and the results are beautiful. Highly recommend both the facility, professional staff and more importantly, Dr. Kritzinger. My experience is somewhat unique in that I was seeking help in combating Rhinophyma. A condition that effects elderly men in the nose and face regions. (Dr.) Philip over a few visits, did an amazing job at treating the unsightly skin with laser treatment while at the same time, sculpting the surface region, resulting in a drastic improvement in appearance. Should have had it done years ago!
