I truly love coming here. I have yet to find the level of service and therapy that is found at Tsingtao. Their techniques are amazing and they are so accommodating. I would highly recommend!

I called to book an appointment and as per the prices mentioned on site i was satisfied but be aware. They charge 15% gratuity and service charge which is not mentioned on site. Ontario’s standard prices for 1 hr massage is 100$ in average. Not sure where is the other charges are coming from. No one should be forced to pay tips or service charges. Very sad and disappointing.

This place is great! Love the aesthetic of the spa. My massage (Kieko Yang) was one of the best I’ve ever had (eg, communicated and adjusted well, great technique, balanced) and the room was peachy (diffuser, heated table, music). Definitely go back!

Zero stars if I could.... First of all they should not be distinguishing deep tissue massage under one category and Swedish massage as another. I am an RMT and deep or light/ relaxing or therapeutic should all be under one umbrella of Swedish Massage Therapy if you are an RMT. I called to book a massage and was told they had a 5pm appt and then was told the massage is $109 plus tax plus a 15% gratuity and I can "ask" for a receipt after the massage. There are so many red flags here....#1) you don't ask for a receipt...its given #2) tips are not supposed to be forced or expected under the College of Massage Therapists. #3) The reception put me on hold and came back to tell me that all of a sudden the 5pm time slot (she had just offered ) was booked and I was on a wait list. At the clinic I work at, we would never offer someone a massage and then give it to someone else while the potential client is on the phone asking some questions. Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager because the entire conversation did not sit well ..and of course there is no manager to talk to. Thanks but no thanks...I'll take my business elsewhere.

High consistency of quality massage for years, even though this is a new location, but I know these therapists for years from their Markham location! Now they move to a closer place to me, such a good news! Glad to see these RMTs expanding their business in such a special time! Good Job!

Great as always! Been going to Tsingtao Spa for about 3 years now and have had many swedish massages performed by different RMTs. They are always consistent and professional. Both Vaughan and Markham locations are fantastic and clean. They're a bit on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion. Can't go wrong if you're looking for professional RMT services.

Absolutely incredible experience! The spa is a very clean and relaxing environment and the staff are very friendly. I received the Zen Revival package provided to me by Jessi, and it was absolutely heaven. She is a registered massage therapist and was very thorough and was able to relax all of my problem areas. Overall I was very happy and will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful spa with a wonderful layout and interior. The RMT did an excellent job. She was very friendly and polite and my massage felt wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because my reflexology treatment was mediocre at best. Overall, a relaxing relaxing experience

Decor is on point- very modern and relaxing! Place is very clean and they do take covid very seriously. The massage itself was good! Although I felt the massage therapist could be friendlier- they got the job done. Reflexology I felt was not their strength... I feel you could you get the same (or frankly better) reflexology treatment at the nail salon. Would still recommend for the general massage.

I was promptly taken care of. The massage itself was amazing, Jesse was the best. She communicated pressure throughout and only spoke when needed. At the end, I was provided instructions on what to do and not to do that evening. I was also provided a peppermint tea to go, which was lovely.

Went for a 60 min Swedish Massage last night and it was by far the BEST massage I've ever had! And I've been to many RMT's in the GTA. Sheng Zheng is an amazing RMT and I will definitely be going back to see her!

Dont judge a book by its cover! You’d be wow-ed as soon as you enter, the inside looks sooo nice and more importantly clean. I had a very good first experience with the treatment, I went with the signature massage. My wife had a really good experience too, we will definitely be back.

Tsingtao Wellness Spa is the little gem I wish I discovered earlier. Excellent quality on the massage. I would especially recommend you to try the Sports Massage if you need a good muscular regeneration after intensive training.

You can't be let down by Tsingtao Wellness Spa. I have been to both Markham and Vaughan locations and they are both phenomenal. Both times I've had the Zen Revival Package and it doesn't matter which location you go to. You feel rejuvenated, revived and relieved. You have hot towels to give you relief, oiled massage either full body or targeted areas and knuckles/elbows to release the stiff areas. 60 min massage, 15 min head & scalp (which will put you right to sleep) and a 30 min reflexology for your legs and feet. They are considerate of pressure and room temperature, they ask you if both are okay. The facilities are clean, music is relaxing, staff are professional. I am a loyal customer now!

Great experience. They have very good RMTs. The ambience and the hygene is great. They have a host of offerings in the massage and wellness section. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good RMT.
