I love this spa! I used to put down Toronto spas, until I experienced The Four Season’s Spa today. So relaxing, clean, and such friendly staff. Being friendly and accommodating, goes a long way! My aromatherapy massage was everything! The complementary snacks tasted so good. I will definitely go to The Four Seasons spa again! I would also be willing to recommend this spa to anyone that I know!
Wouldn't recommend for couples. Would prefer if there were not people and babies screaming. That is fine and lovely at a public pool but this is supposed to be a relaxing spa, not day care, or spring break in cancun... Wouldn't go back.
Incredible atmosphere and great customer service. It is not spacious but it gives it a cozy feeling. For those who want a risk free New You by losing 3-5 inches in 30 days off your hips and waist for your wedding or special occasion.....message me privately.
Very nice staff. Pamper yourself here
Service is amazing. Always come at least an hour ahead to spend ome extra time at the pool and enjoy the facilities ahead of your services.
Simply not worth the high price tag. If you’re looking for an adequate massage in a lovely space and Four Season bragging rights, this is your spot. Very friendly service but was disappointed in what I was expecting to be a deep RMT massage was quite light and left my body feeling no different after. Amenities including sauna room and pool still don’t justify price. Probably won’t be back.
Ultimate luxury, such a nice way to treat yourself!
Best customer service and facilities in the city
Always outstanding service,
I felt very relaxed and had an amazing experience. Thank you to all of the staff!
One of the Best massage that I had in the city
Salon area : Christine is absolutely amazing at colour . But the woman at the spa reception (Saturday 25 feb. evening ) is terrible disgusting , she acuse me to be 5 minutes late and she was very rud asking me to pay and to be seat and wait . ATENTION
I was treated very well and informed of all the amenities offered at the facility. Everything was very spacious and visually pleasing. Had the 90 min massage and was well worth the money.
Beautiful space & excellent, talented therapists.
The service going into the Four Seasons was fantastic! The doormen where incredibly attentive and helpful and even rushed to keep up with me because I was late and frantic. The service from the spa staff was also great and both are the main reasons for the 4 stars. The spa lounge itself was pretty quaint and had some lovely teas and couple of snacks. There was also free access to the private steam room and the general hotel pool. Even though I went at 9am, there where some kids in the pool which killed the mood a bit but wasn’t too bad. The massage was excellent as well. Overall I have no complaints and will definitely want to come back.
Great service and facilities. The water pressure was a bit low on the shower. A health/smoothy bar would be nice.
This is an amazing Spa. I am so sorry that I haven’t been to this spa before. Very clean, beautiful, and with very polite and professional associates. Definitely come back again. Thank you for making a memorable day for me and my wife.
We had a great time.
Great staff and environment. Will be back
Great service and fair price.
The best spa experience in Toronto. Friendly staff & excellent amenities!
Very nice, but overpriced! I was also not pleased to have been charged for parking after what I spent there.
This is my favourite spa to go to in all of Toronto. Yes, it’s quite expensive but it is worth every penny! Their standards across the board is literally 5 stars. They make sure everyone is having the best experience and are all so professional and courteous. Every technician I’ve had from facials to massages to getting a manicure and pedicure are top notch. They sell most of the products in the spa as well. Do yourself a favour and indulge in this perfect oasis in Yorkville!
Very nice customer service
This facility is literally Perfect. No complaints. At. All. It's great to see that "Customer Service" clearly means a lot here! The RMTs do everything they can to make sure the experience is PERFECT for you and you're absolutely 100% comfortable! The couples massage myself and my Fiancee received was absolutely AMAZING! Mary Jane and Nancy worked out all of our muscles and helped give great stretches during our deep tissue massage. The experience was well-worth the money spent! Myself and my Fiancee will go back every chance we get.
Had a facial here the other week and it was decent. The technician did a great job explaining the overall procedure before beginning, which I wish every spa would do before their treatments begin. It's a bit busy in the change rooms though and there were not many lounges/chairs to sit while waiting for my technician.
Black diamond facial was great, enjoyed my time... Thank you.
I am a frequent visitor to the Four Seasons spa, and I just love the amenities and treatments especially the manicures and pedicures. Th spa is super clean, the staff is friendly, and you feel relaxed when you leave. I do prefer the weekdays as Fridays and Saturdays get quite busy.
Amazing treatment rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend them.
Even though the waters and sauna were closed due to covid, it was a beautiful experience. Very relaxing
Best place to experience Most relaxing moments.
My boyfriend treated me to a facial service at the spa and it was the most relaxing experience I have had in a long time. The overall atmosphere of the spa is prestige and tranquil. We did go near the end of the night so there was practically no one in there which we liked. The steam room and the eucalyptus spray in the shower were standouts. I had the 3-in-1 facial and the experience was the best throughout it all. It is definitely the best facial I've had because you also have a hand massage scrub and shoulder and scalp massage with it. The aesthetician, Jumi, was professional, super-friendly, and knowledgable about each product she was using. She even noticed I had a sun burn so she applied some aloe vera mask and gave me a bit to take away to keep.
it was beautiful and the service was fantastic!
Very good experience.
I love this place. This is my second visit, and I will definitely be coming here again. The most friendly and professional staff. Shoutout to Jumi!:)
Great service awesome facilities.
Couple’s Massage & the Mysterious Cancellations I want to start off and say I am not the type of person to write a negative review. However, my experience tonight at the Four Season's Spa has compelled me to document the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability that one should expect from an "award-winning hospitality" provider. My partner booked an appointment for herself on Monday, November 12th, 2018 @ 7:15 pm and a couples' massage on Saturday, November 24th @ 7:15 pm. Both appointments did not take place so we cannot comment on the actual service itself. From what we hear it's great – but we will never know. What happened: My partner went to her appointment on November 12th but was told it was cancelled – the massage therapist was sick. The spa reception claims they called and emailed my partner of the cancellation but she never received a phone call. The funny thing – the spa reception did not even have her number on file so they blatantly lied to her about calling. The spa reception offered the use of the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, etc.) and a complimentary massage for her next visit. Albeit a little sad, she was completely understanding of the cancellation and accepted the offer. Please note that at this time my partner confirmed our next appointment scheduled for November 24th, 2018. Fast forward one week: I received an email from Shane McMackin from the spa reception on November 17th, 2018 to move our couples' massage just 15 minutes later to 7:30 pm. The email (attached) clearly stated that they would move both mine and my partner's appointment to the new proposed time of 7:30 pm. We didn't think this was an issue and said to go ahead. Fast forward one more week: We started our day both excited for our couple's massage. We made sure to keep our phones on us and checked our emails regularly (inbox, junk, etc.) to make sure that there was no cancellation. Upon arrival at the Four Seasons Spa, we met with Shane McMackin and another receptionist. I stated my name and was informed that my male attendant was ready (we had booked a female but at this point, I didn't care). However low and behold, my partner's appointment was cancelled. Shane explained to us that her reservation was cancelled "two days ago" but we NEVER contacted them to cancel any appointment. Both receptionists did not take any accountability for the mysterious cancellation explaining it was authorized by someone in the reservations department. At this point, both my partner and I were visibly upset. You would think that after her first failed encounter the spa would take extra care for the second visit. We signed up for a couple's massage but instead, she was offered a complimentary facial which she declined because that's simply not what we made an appointment for. I decided at this point to cancel my appointment because I did not want to have a massage alone. In addition, we were then offered a complimentary dinner but we were under-dressed (think Lululemon's and running shoes) because we only intended to go to the spa. Lastly, Shane McMackin gave us his card and once again offered complimentary visits for our next booking. They can keep offering complimentary services but I have absolutely no faith in the Four Seasons Spa that it will happen. Time is not cheap and we simply cannot afford to show up again only to be disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read this rant/review.
The best spa experience in the city.
The massage was great. The atmosphere was meh. There were children running around the pool area since it is shared with hotel guests. I never got to use any of the amenities so I can't speak on that. The snacks/bevs inside the change rooms were yummy! Overall, it's not worth your $$ unless a) your insurance pays for it or b)they have a promotion.
5 stars 5 Diamonds
I had a full body massage which was expertly delivered, my wife had a facial which she's very pleased with, and my neice had a pedicure and said the experience was worth the time.
The best facial I've ever had! Such a relaxing and wonderful experience! Treat yourself!
Went to the spa at the four seasons and got a pedicure, it was very relaxing and amazing. Service was very accommodating and professional. Definitely would go again.
My favourite spa in the city.
One of the best massages I have had! Wonderful extras that make for an amazing afternoon spa experience!
great spa, loud pool area and very pricey
Nice but better SPA's elsewhere in Toronto
Amazing. I'm still here and don't want to leave!
Love the spa
Best spa I have ever been.
I had a pedicure with Yvonne and it was beyond perfect.
Relaxing atmosphere. Very clean. New protocol in place because of COVID. Need to ask staff for hair dryer, straightener, body lotion, water, comb, etc.
Highly recommended! Relaxing beautiful place and great service.
I treated myself to a mani and pedi at this spa. The staff were very attentive and professional. They did a great job.
Not the least expensive massage in town but probably the greatest. Get the deep tissue with aromatherapy. Beautiful facilities & excellent staff. What a treat.
Great spa, friendly staff and great facilities.
I've been to this spa several times over the past 3 years and it never disappoints. The RMT's are excellent and consistent, I've never experienced a sub-par massage. The facilities are kept impeccably clean and the staff is polite and attentive. It remains my favorite spa in Toronto. A 1-hr RMT massage will cost you approx. $200 - however the quality of the massage and excellent facilities are well worth it in my opinion.
This is the most beautiful spa I have been too and I’ve seen a lot of spas. I came in here with a friend to get our nails done. The service and attention is second to none. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a 5 star reviews is the prices. If I had unlimited resources I would be here everyday. However, the prices are extremely high. Too rich for my blood as they say.
just amazing.
Great amenities!
Amazing!
I absolutely love this spa. It was incredibly relaxing . I went for a deep tissue massage and it was the best deep tissue I’ve ever had so far . Such a great place .. can’t wait to try the facials !
Always have a great time at this spa. The service is great and the lounge is very spacious. Offers tea and biscuit for refreshments. Free use of the pool and jacuzzi if you buy a service with them!!
Located in Yorkville in the four seasons hotel on the 9th floor. The spa is lovely. After checking in at the reception area, hubby and I were guided to our respective change rooms. Nice and clean with lockers, sofa area, tea, water and snack area (with vegan treats...yay!), washrooms, showers, make up counters, steam room, and a lounge area with reclined “beds” to wait for your treatment. My RMT came and got me and took me to the couple’s massage room where hubby also arrived. We had a little info from the RMTs then received a 90 minute couple’s bamboo massage. It was quite nice and ended with a nice ginger drink, maple candy and mini cupcakes (that hubby ate as they were not gf). We stayed to use the hot tub, pool and loungers. It was a pretty big area but noisy as several families with children were enjoying to pool too (guests of the hotel). We then showered and changed in the change rooms. All toiletries, towels, combs, brushes and hair dryers were available. My only suggestion is there should be an “occupied” sign at the showers when in use. It was fairly easy to tell the glass door showers were in use, but not so for the curtained shower. Beautiful spa but ridiculously expensive. $325 each for a 90 minute massage PLUS tax and tip????
Best spa in toronto by far from ambience to the massage it was fantastic...
My husband and I had an excellent experience at the spa. We enjoyed the pool, steam room, change room, and relaxation area. The decor is modern, open, and well lit. Staff is very calm and nice. Excellent customer service. They have quartz water in the male and female change rooms, along with light vegan and non-vegan snacks, which were extremely delicious. It's a nice place to spend the day in to relax. We both received a RMT massage, and finished off in their spacious showers. They provide complimentary eucalyptus mist in the shower, to complete your aromatic relaxation experience. Staff is around to provide fresh towels. Great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers. I do not have a single complaint. It's better to splurge here than the Shangri-La Toronto (we did both hotels in the same week).
Phenomenal. The experience is always on point, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. My favourite spa in the city!
I have to say that I am very surprised by the layout of the spa after the extensive renovation they had done. To access the pool area and the manicure/pedicure areas, you have to come out of the spa changing areas into the common area where most of the people are in regular clothing. Any World Class Spa I've been to has a front desk area, however the minute you proceed to the change rooms, you never see that front desk area again, or if you do see some sort of general space, it's beyond the main entrance, where everyone else are in spa attire. Secondly, during my pedicure, all you could see was some sort of oil or lotion splattered all over the permanent privacy screening they have up, which doens't really instill a sense of cleanliness. Lastly, the only thing they have to offer you to drink during your treatment is coffee, tea, water or some sort of prosecco they keep under the check-in counter in a mini-fridge. The only reason why I feel this spa desevers two stars, not one, is because of the amazing staff, other than that, I wouldn't recommend.
Clean well kept facilities with all the highest end amenities one would expect. The massage was great. The showers have eucalyptus oil spray and outside of the sauna they have face towels on ice. The only thing i could see them improving on, is offering cocktails to have by the pool instead of just prosecco
You get what you pay for! Well worth the cost for the great experience.
The massage experience was absolutely heaven. The therapist is attentive to your needs. The massage beds are comfortable with silk/satin sheets and warm blanket. The large facility also has warm & cozy bathrobes, the best compared to other luxury spas in the City. There is a waiting area with healthy snacks & herbal tea. The eucalyptus shower experience is refreshing. And they have a great selection of moisturizing products for hair, face & body. The steam room & hot tub are relaxing & large. The service is great in all areas of the spa.
I am extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated with my experiences at the Four Seasons Spa Toronto. I had two separate massage appointments booked roughly two weeks apart. My first appointment was cancelled due to my massage therapist calling in sick. Supposedly, there was a note on my file indicating they had called me to notify me of the cancelation. I never received this call. When I arrived at the spa, the receptionist was apologetic and offered to cover the cost of my next massage. I was allowed to use the spa facilities, but truthfully I was quite upset so I did not choose to stay longer than a half hour. Prior to leaving the spa, I confirmed the details of my second appointment and a note was made on my file that the cost would be covered. I have just returned from my second massage appointment, which was meant to be a couples’ massage for myself and my partner. Upon our arrival, we were told that my half of the appointment was cancelled. Receptionists weren't able to explain any details of the cancellation request, but I was told that “someone called in two days prior and the appointment was cancelled”. After explaining that I did not cancel my appointment, I was again offered to have my next massage appointment covered by the Spa. Understandably, I did not request a new appointment because I have lost faith that my reservation will be kept. After the first mishap, extra care and consideration should have gone into ensuring the best experience for their guests. Instead, both my partner and I left tremendously upset and at a loss for words. This was certainly not the Saturday night date we had planned. Unfortunately, this is my first impression of the Four Seasons Spa. I would most definitely not recommend this spa to anyone. In fact, I have several family members, friends, and coworkers who frequent this Spa, all of which I will be sharing my experiences with. If I could provide less than a 1-star rating, I would.
Friendly service. very clean
The best spa in Toronto. This is the place to go if you want a relaxing afternoon. Clean, quiet, excellent service, amazing amenities, massage therapists know what they are doing. Spend at least 4 hours here and take advantage of quiet atmosphere to really unplug.
My ultimate favourite spend the day at the spa choice - Four Seasons is absolutely wonderful with beautiful facilities, indoor pool, patio with chairs that overlook the city and wonderful lounge area. We had a couple's massage and it was perfectly executed with wonderful service and right pressure. Amazing and we try to go at least twice a year!
I had a pleasant experience, massage was professional, definitely will try it again once lock down is over.
love this spa very nice and relaxing. Totally recommend. Even though prices are a bit high, it was worth it.
Absolutely fantastic. Very impressed with the quality of service.
love going for a Sunday treatment! excellent decor and service.
Prices are high compared to other establishments with similar services but otherwise the four seasons spa has unparalleled service. I had an excellent massage from Emily, very relaxing and helped relieve my tension!
I have been to the spa twice and have really enjoyed both treatments. My sister and I went for massages. Highly recommend Nick and Fiona(massage therapists) We did have one issue and manager Corine was very helpful. Also had a facial from Raquel. Very good. The eucalyptus steam room is amazing!! There is tea and fresh flavored water available as well as little cookies which I didn't try, they looked like shortbread There is a hot tub and pool in a co-ed area. It is the pool area for the hotel... It has a nice open and serene atmosphere.
I just love this place, every time I'm there it feels like a mini vacation. The staff is very professional, and they do their best to make sure you are having the best experience possible. I had a great massage there, very relaxing and it worked like magic for my shoulder and neck tension.
The bamboo massage was excellent. Clean, upscale environment with lots of marble. However, I did not like the set up much, I.e. if you come as a couple, there is only pool and whirlpool in the common areas. Steam baths are separated by gender. I also found them a little too pushy with extra services, compared to other spas.
Exceptional customer service. Wonderful massage, very relaxing. Felt like new. Incredibly clean facility. I cannot say enough wonderful things. Looking forward to my next experience! Highly recommend!
One of the most relaxing places - so many amazing amenities
Me and my my boyfriend enjoyed our massage today. All the staffs are friendly. Everything’s very clean. The massage bed is very comfortable.
Its definitely pricey but such a great experience..Facial was next level! and massage was great too! Amazing customer service!
I had my hair done for a wedding I was going to and Steven was amazing. My hair not only looked great that night but even up to days after. Salon space is small but efficient. I would go back in a heartbeat.
I just finished having my hair colored, cut and styled by Steven and it was fantastic, like always. I would never go anywhere else as long as Steven is at the Four Seasons. The color, cut and blow dry is always perfect and Steven can't do enough for his clients to make sure they are happy. I feel very fortunate to have found such a talented, caring, professional hair stylist.
Make sure you have enough time to enjoy their swimming pool and a drink/salad on patio! Sauna was unfortunately closed....
Really great massage. Jeff is my usual go to and he is amazing. The facilities are great and the front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Too good
The treatment rooms are spacious and have a relaxing atmosphere. The treatment that I got was wonderful as was my attendant. The steam room is small, but clean and sealed. There are a few things that are concerning: 1. If you are going as a couple(male and female) the only common area is the pool and hot tub area. Unfortunately during most hours, there are children there, screaming, splashing, running around. This can be unpleasant for many. The Ritz has a common lounge for couples. 2. The lounge areas in the female changeroom are all opposite to vanities, so at any point a hair dryer will start blaring. In addition, the couches are not very comfy and if it is busy, there are not enough to accommodate everyone. The only comfortable spot for relaxing is the area in which you go to be called for your treatment. 3. The snacks they carry are very minimal and unlike other spas you cannot order food from downstairs. 4. There are only 3 showers, so you may have to wait. The spa is luxurious but it isn't the best place to plan a full day of relaxation after treatments are completed.
Very luxurious spa in Toronto! Loved the ambiance, treatments and space! Service was not 100% and limited menu chooses for food.
Stunning with good service. Would have given it 5 stars but I was disappointed that they were not able to give us the couples massage we had requested when booking.
Hot tub a slimy mouldy mess. NOT a good spa experience.
Great spa, however it is overpriced.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a unique experience for your massage appointment! Very professional staff, definitely will go again!
There is a reason that this spa is rated so high in Google (and I agree!) - I will try my best to share the details that other reviewers didn't touch upon. 1) You can breathe in steam room (thx to Eucalyptus)! If you are like me, you probably don't enjoy steam room/sauna because it is foggy, sweaty and hard-to-breathe. Well not here! The minty smell of Eucalyptus in this sauna helped me fully breathe. 2) Quality products located everywhere for your use Each shower room has eucalyptus mist, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even shaving cream bottles. And you can tell that these are spa quality products, not just from big box stores. Hundreds of towels are within your reach, so as other amenities like disposable razor, cotton pads, etc. OH - I definitely wanted to mention that I LOVE THEIR ROBES. 3) Pool is huge, and looks good. If you are like me, it is important that the pool is not only huge BUT ALSO looks good. You can feel that you are in a hotel spa, when you lay down in one of many sunbeds around the pool. Oh and pool does not have the chemical smell at all. 4) and everything else worth mentioning Friendly staff, swimsuit dryer, big lounge, good add-on packages, safety procedures. Let me tell you this - this is one of the spas on the 'expensive' tier, If you are looking for some good cheap packages, probably not for you. But I can tell you that out of many hotel spas I have been to, this is probably one of the top ones, at least from my experience. I spent a solid 2.5 hour in this spa but I wanted to stay longer if I didn't have my dinner schedule. Anyways - shout out to Diana and all the other staff members (I didn't catch everyone's names oops).
Excellent spa with nice view and customer service. Clean and comfortable for relax after work.
Ioooove that Spa! Yes the treatments are definitely pricey but they are worth it. The customer service is off the charts the amenities are extremely well maintained and the massage I got was fantastic. Not something I can do as often as I would like but I will definitely be back.
Nice sanctuary in a hustling and bustling Toronto. The front desk staff could use some work with customer service (especially at this price point), but the masseuse and the massage room was great. Wonderful and comfortable tables. Also a plus that the pool and steam rooms are included in the price.
Dropped in for a massage and mani, pedi, after a working breakfast that turned into lunch last week. Had a corporate voucher to use so prices weren't that bad. Service and quality of products used was very good. Not sure if I'd return as my go to spa closer to my home is less expensive and has much easier parking. Ha!
The spa is clean and spacious. The massage therapists are great.
Loved every bit of the experience. From the steam and pool area, to the massage and facial. Everything was top notch! I will definitely return.
Eccentric ????
Terrific experience at the Four Seasons Toronto Spa. So relaxing and welcoming. I will 100% be returning here again.
Went to spa for my 60th. Amazing massage. Then went to steam room. Went to lounge for tea and squares So relaxing and attentive service
I went to the Four Seasons Spa for a girls day with my sisters, mom and aunt. It was a Christmas gift for both my mom and aunt, as well as a birthday celebration for one of my sisters. The entire booking process was seamless and the customer service from the spa reception team was awesome. We were able to book all of our treatments around the same time block and discretely pre-pay with gratuities our services for my family. I booked the Aromatherapy massage, which was the second time receiving this service at this spa. It did not disappoint - both times I have had wonderful RMT's, unfortunately I cannot remember of the name of the gentleman from the first appointment. Yesterday my RMT was Josef, who provided amazing service. I mentioned at the beginning of the treatment that I was getting over bronchitis and he was kind enough to get me a glass of water in case it was needed during the service. Before you start the treatment you get to choose between four different essential oils related to the four seasons for your massage. I chose autumn which was a mix of mint, rosemary and vanilla essential oils (smells amazing). The massage was amazing and I felt a million times better afterwards. You can really tell that their staff care about providing 5 star service in all aspects. The facilities itself are also beautiful, warm and welcoming. We used the steam room post-massage and it is a proper steam room. I have been to other spas where the doors never were quite sealed right or the correct temperature. The relaxation room is comfortable and stocked with teas and some small bites. The lockers were also super tidy and the staff maintaining them were super helpful, friendly. I have only had a massage here, but would like to return for some of their other services. My sister and aunt had the elements facial, which they both loved - their skin looked amazing too. I will definitely be returning to this spa again!
Great customer service. Went twice. Had pedicure and manicure and also reflexology. Polished service and excellent work. Nice atmosphere. Very relaxing. Pricier than others, but worth every penny.
This is my favourite spa so far! Although it is a little on the higher end in terms of pricing, I feel it is worth the experience once in awhile. I had the full body hot stone massage and felt very much at ease. I went pre-COVID, so there were plenty of snacks and drinks before and after my massage. The little energy squares they had were soo good! I will definitely be returning.
Went to the spa - Hot tub had dirt and grime and hair buildup on the sides and the steam room smelled terrible. Massage was good but the state of the amenities was enough to make me never want to go back. Not what you should expect from a Four Seasons experience.
I had the most amazing aromatherapy massage here with my partner. Totally worth the cost, I was relaxed and the woman did my massage was absolutely incredible. We also spent some time in the sauna and the pool. Such a wonderful, clean, and classy facility.
High end spa just like the hotel. Excellent time.
Christine by far is the Best Hair Expert. Not to mention, the most easy going person I have ever met in the hair industry .She is truly the definition of FIVE STAR. I love the way she does my hair , I never have to worry about how she will style it as she always manages to make it look healthy & fresh . I highly recommend her. by the way , if she is booked up , there is another super star Four Seasons just hired , you cant go wrong with her - she knows her hair .She is also very professional with clients . Thank you Ladies for making my hair appointments so easy and for making my hair look amazing !!!
The Ultimate Relaxing experience. I've been to this spa twice in 6 months for mama to be massages, both times were amazing. The staff is super friendly, the pre-treatment lounge is spacious and nice with complimentary teas and biscotti. Locker room is clean. The massage itself was heaven with heated massage tables and a luxurious feel. I will definitely be going back!
Enjoyed a couples massage with the wife. It was outright glorious. Can't wait to go back.
Expensive but the service and facilities make up for it. Allows access to the pool area so we were able to try the pool and the jacuzzi. Tea selection was also nice so very soothing experience before the actual massage. The staff were very professional as well!
My girlfriends and I have been coming here for years. We like to do our spa days every other month or so. I always get a facial and it is to die for. The best service and amenities. We do the Ritz spa every now and again if we cant get all out appointments together but the FS is our first choice. Dbar for drinks and nibbles after. The only problem is, depending on the time getting you car from the valet takes forever. Otherwise the whole experience is first class.
Amazing experience and friendly staff
