They chopped my cuticle, it bleed a lot, later on my nail got inflammation. I was charged the full amount (45 dollars) for this horrible experience. I won’t ever come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Usually pretty happy with my nails, depending who does them. If I had an issue I've gone back and they fixed the issue no problem. On my hands I either get dipping powder or regular polish. I'm also happy with my pedicures, they do a great job. Pics are of my natural nails with dipping powder - thanks Tran, I'm very happy!

Do you self a favour and keep looking this is not the place you want to go to get your nails done. Nails fall off after one or two days because they use the cheapest products possible. Very dirty place. Can’t believe they’re still in business

I went this place with a friend's recommendation. NEVER AGAIN! I talked to the lady the day before and booked an appointment. I went there few minutes early. Everybody's eyes was on me from head to toe. Then I asked the lady, she wasn't busy at all and she showed me a chair to sit and pick the colour. Then she got a client and started doing her nails. I asked how about my appointment, she said wait she will be done quick. I waited 15 minutes she was still with that client. I left. No explanation nothing! I felt super comfortable by the eyes from head to toe from all employees. Super unprofessional! I don't recommend that place.

I absolutely love this place!!! ???????? They always do such a great job on my nails!!! They are the best in the gta! Very clean and professional! Tina and Tracey are the best , I always go to them. Both of them always take the time to listen to what I want. Also, if I am undecided about a color , they go above and beyond to put the color on a fake nail first just so I can see what the color looks like before I get it on my actual nails! ???? I recommend this place to every woman - you will definitely get pampered here! ????????????

I have been going here for about 7 years. Lee does my nails (gel and shellac) and I am always happy and I am complimented regulary. If I have ever had a chip or problem with a nail he fixes it immediately for me. I have never seen staff anything but kind and courteous. I have and do recommend this salon.

I had an accident with a table saw that left one of my fingers with a soft nail. They are very good about being careful with the nerve damage and they take special care to apply the nail hardener precisely. The price is great and the service is friendly.

Honestly one of the best place to get your nails done. If you get the dipping powder manicure it last around 1 month. They have super good prices and the girls always listen what you’re looking for! I lived in the area before and I always got my nails done here. I moved to other area and miss them so much!! I couldn’t find something as good as Sassi Nailz!! I been doing my nails around a year in this place!! Good luck ladies

I've been coming to Sassi Nailz since 2008.. I keep coming back because the service is amazing and my nails look INCREDIBLE every single time, no matter who the esthetician is. I tried dip in October of 2018, and have not had a regular/shellac manicure since! It lasts approximately 4-6 weeks with no chips or peeling! All organic, and it has Vitamin E and Calcium in it promoting healthy nail growth. Highly recommend dip!!! You will not regret it. I used to live down the street, but I currently live an hour and a half commute away.. every second of the commute is worth it because of how blown away I am every time I leave. Thanks for making my hands look beautiful every time!

Waste of money. Went for just pedicure, but ended up doing manicure with shellac and pedicure(my fault, very good sale’s woman). Lady did my shellac nails first and for toenails, she said the same color is not available(should have told me before). Shellac started to peal of on the 6th day. 7th day without any effort or remover shellac was off my nails. Paid $62 + $10 tip.

Sassi Nailz is by far the best nail salon in Toronto. All of their artists are very skilled and do amazing work. I recommend trying the DIP manicure it’s life changing. You can’t go wrong with sassi nailz.

Don’t ever do the nails with the skinny guy that sits by the door. He did a dipping powder that normally has last 3 to 4 weeks when his wife or any of the other girls have done it. I went on Thursday and on Sunday while I was at an event started chipping. I was furious. When I went back to get it fixed he was upset. His wife fixed and two days later is was coming off again. I have no respect for people who don’t stand behind the quality of their service. He also did not massage or oil my cuticles. He is very rude.

My finger was sliced from a nail filer. Because im kind hearted i still paid full price, made no noise.No discount was considered even with the condiction of how deeply my finger was cut. Do they even care for their customers? Other than that, they're alright .

I went today to do my manicure with shellac. The owner ( a man) did my nails and he took maybe 2hours just to do my nails and I already told them that I'm in a rush. He took the time just to apply the shellac very thinly. I have to tell them that my nails in uneven. Terrible service and when I told him, he just look at me and then talk in their language to the other lady. Very rude. I don't recommend this place.

Been going to Sasso Nails for eight years. Always a great job. Sterile environment, friendly knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices. I use the Dip because UV lights are bad for me and they have a huge range of colors. My manicures last four weeks and three kids.

I have been getting my nails done here for over 5 years. Very friendly service with quality results! One stop shop for mani/pedi and waxing :) I recommend the organic dipping powder as it seems good for my nails...my natural nails grow strong and fast under the dipping product. Also never chips!

Most staff are friendly but not a good place for waxing. My left arm got bruised and it really hurts. I mentioned several times to be careful. I let the manager know and they apologized but the lady that did the waxing was rude after trying to blame it on me. I can’t stretch my arms properly. Disappointed.

I visited this salon today before lockdown at the advice of a friend, I was getting frustrated a lot if not most of the salons in the Lawrence/Dufferin corridor are pulling a new scheme where they charge you 7.00 extra to keep the length of your nails with a fill!! This is NOT ok and I am not sure why people are putting up with it. This is an old school salon, they even do nail art and air brushing! They did a fantastic job and I will be a repeat customer, the prices are so fair as well. Good job guys! a gentleman named Lee did my nails and he was fantastic

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They completely ruined my nails and they were not understanding at all. He was rude when I told him that he was hurting me and when I had noticed that he broke my nails to a point of no return. It was also dirty and COVID-19 protocols were not in place as there were way too many people in there and not spaced out properly. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
