my favourite place for a facial in the city, and my go-to skincare products! I've been a loyal PA customer for years - since they operated out of a space in Kensington market - and continue to visit regularly for facials (Cassandra is my go-to!). I've also visited for facial rejuvenation acupuncture (from naturopath Nastasia), and holistic nutrition advice (from Fran). I feel like I've walked into a calm oasis in the city when I step into the clinic, and always leave feeling refreshed and reset.

Province Apocathery products are the best product i ever bought for my skin. Ive try so many products and always had a reaction on my skin. Du to my hormonal imbalance i never quite found the right product, i always end up flaring up with heavy redness, heavy dryness and so on. I found the product in a organic beauty salon in Ottawa, so i decided to try it and see and it was not that expensive. So when i came back home, i immediately wash my face with the oil cleanser, i never use one and OH MY to my suprise my skin was amazing reduce the redness and felt my skin came back to normal. YAY !!!!! I was completely happy ☺ because i felt a lost cause with the products have been using from the retails to high end beauty salon product or exausted how my skin was. I just love love them and will order some more. Will love to have a serum for the eyes, a hydrating mask ( texture more like a cream) if its possible on the making ? Would love a hollistic salon in Downtown Ottawa. Thanks you again Julie the Founder of Province Apocathery for invented this line of products.

I've always been a bit hesitant to try natural skincare. From products I'd tried in the past, they just didn't seem to have the same working power. I bounced around between trying all kinds of acids, chemicals, etc. I booked a facial with Vanessa at Province, thinking it would be more of a relaxing spa treatment than a game-changer for my skin. I am eating my words. Since my treatment 5 weeks ago (the custom facial, which comes with a take-home custom blended face serum with instructions to massage it in) and purchasing the facial dry brush she recommended, my skin has been close to perfect. I've marvelled at how soft it is, how gunk and clog free it seems, and by how little concealer I'll leave the house in. Will be a regular customer now. Thanks Province!

It’s not easy to find a place that you can trust to take care of your skin. After 7 year of search & hunt for a facial place in the city, I finally found the one! I’ve been coming for a year, just absolutely love this place. I come here once a month for their customized facial and my skin always feel so amazing afterwards! Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had countless amazing experiences with Vanessa and Danielle. And I got really lucky to have Julie to do my facial once. My favourite part of the facial is the honey exfoliation, facial messages and shoulder & neck message! The products they used are high quality, organic and makes your skin glow (like GLOW) after the treatment. Last thing I want to mention is their raseberry makeup remover! Love love love it! ♥️

Love this company and their products! Their cleanser, toner and rejuvenating serum leave your skin glowing! I use the daily glow facial dry brush every morning and their lip balm is the only one I’ve tried that gets me through the winter months. Definitely would recommend!

First facial post pandemic was extremely enjoyable and in a space that made me feel relaxed and safe. My consultant was masked and wore a face shield. The honey tapping was my personal favourite part of the process and the icing on the cake was the free custom serum that is gifted when you book your first facial!

I just had my custom first time facial with Cassandra today and it was amazing. The ambiance was perfect -- the room was comfortable, clean and calming and Cassandra was very kind and answered all my questions. The skin massage was very gentle and you can feel the quality of all the products. The best surprise for me was the extraction process -- I've had extractions done before where it felt like my nose was going to be broken off but here there was good pressure but nothing unnecessary and my nose looks much cleaner. It's also nice to get a goody bag at the end with your custom serum and samples. I will definitely come again.

I had a facial with Vanessa and it was the best facial I have ever had! Vanessa was so knowledgeable and pleasant, and my face was absolutely glowing after. The room was also very cozy and relaxing. I have had many facials before but I never left feeling this great after, skin- and mind-wise. I’ve become a fan of Province Apothecary products since last year and have slowly been switching up my skin care routine to incorporate more of their products. They are just simple and very effective. The skincare industry is so saturated but with their products you realize that less is more... Now that I tried the facial I’m excited to try the custom serum. Vanessa also got me thinking about getting into dry brushing. And I will definitely be back for more facials. Fran has really changed the way I view skincare and I have taken her nutritional advice to heart - It really has changed my skin for the better!
