This is the worst my nails have ever looked. My nails are different lengths, the bio gel is lumpy and uneven, the nails are way too thick, my polish is messy. The customer service is terrible and the ‘nail technician’ cut TWO of my fingers which were then bleeding. If negative stars were a thing. That would be my rating.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, the customer service is horrible. I went in this morning with my two kids because my sitter called in sick and I needed to get a manicure and pedicure for an event later this afternoon. The man there was very rude and repeatedly demanded that I get shellac because if I didn’t he wouldn’t fix the nail polish if I ruined it there with my kids. I said it was okay I wanted the regular nail polish and that I would wait for it to dry before leaving. He replied no, with kids you need shellac. I don’t like shellac because I find that it peels off sooner than regular polish so I ended up leaving disappointed with just my pedicure.

My sister and I came in asking for UV gel full set and they gave us acrylics instead AND charged us for UV gel nails. When the lady pulled out the powder, my sister asked her if it was acrylics or gel and the lady insisted it was UV gel. At no point during the appointment did my hand go under the UV light (should've been a sign). We didn't know the difference between gel vs acrylics so BE AWARE! We also understood when they spoke in their language-- they discussed with each other how much tip they wanted and made up the prices on the spot. We had called ahead, so we knew what to expect. Make sure you know the prices before they try to change up on you.

I’ve been coming to nail lounge and spa for at least a year now and they’ve got a loyal client for life. They are efficient and meticulous and very good at what they do! The staff may speak in their language to chat with each other a lot but they are always super friendly! My sister and mom also come here and we all love it! Highly recommend!

Great place! Never had any problems ive been coming here for about 3 years and they've always done my nails very nicely. Staff members are friendly and service is fast. They do a wonderful job at shaping,they have a wide range of colors and my nails usually last me 5-7 weeks.

The worst customer service EVER! I’m no nail technician, but what I do know (seeing as I am a woman who loves to get my pedicures done, and lovessss shellac nail polish, there’s 2 options when it comes to removing shellac nail polish. 1. Filing them off (with the manual/ electric nail filer) which if not done correctly WILL damage your nail beds, or 2. (Wrapping) this is where the nail polish remover solution is applied to the shellac nail polish and then wrapped in foil, and left to soak, the shellac nail polish then literally falls right off. Ideally this is better than risking someone damaging your nail beds, and cutting into your skin with option # 1. This incompetent old bat who happened to be removing my shellac nail polish on my feet today, decided that she’s going to use the electric nail filer to remove the shellac nail polish, despite me asking her not to. I asked 4 times for her NOT to use the electric filer and she still went against my wishes and did as she pleased. My friend who I brought along with me had to interject and tell her yet again NOT to use the electric filer. This lady was not only rough with me but the electric filer cut into my cuticle. At this point I demanded for someone else to complete my pedicure. Thankfully the other nail tech I got was capable of finishing the removal and completing my pedicure. I must say after this experience I don’t plan on returning EVER! If I’m paying for a service I expect to get what I want. Ladies if you’re paying for a service especially when it comes to getting your nails done, please, please, please ensure you’re getting what you’ve asked/ paid for not what the nail tech thinks is convenient, as this may result in injury and or picking up an infection.

If you like creative, well done nails for a reasonable price this is the place to go. Be advised that all nail techs do not do nails to the same standards so make sure you ask for Chrissy or Mimi or even the man that sits next to Mimi (his name escapes me at the time of writing). Customer service is ok not great so I took off a star. Spas are known to be quiet places and this is not so if you don't mind chatter this place is for you!

This is my nail salon I go to all the tkme I leave from my home in Mississauga to come all the way to Toronto to get my nails done . 2 days before New Years I came in to do everything my feet my nails my eyebrows my eyelash done and my feet were alright the lady that did my nails RUSHED AND THEY LOOKED AWFUL I’m tellin her I want this shape I showed her on my phone my nails didn’t even come out looking like the pic then the paint job was so ugly and I got such a shirt length and she charged my length 40 bucks I think I’m honestly done with this place .

Worst Nail Salon ever. Too much talking in vietnamese as they cowardly talk about you. If you make an appointment it is never kept by the technician when you arrive you still have to wait like really why make an appointment. If you complain about the results this is held against you for your next visit. If you are unhappy with the final results the expectation is that you pay, tip, leave and say nothing about what you are disappointed with, because the next time you come in you are talked about in vietnamese and they don't want to perform the service. Then they label you as being a problem customer because you are not suppose to complain about anything. The staff is very confrontational but they do it speaking in vietnamese and also with their body language such as rolling eyes and looking at you like you are nothing. They are also judgemental based on appearance as well as skin colour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....its all about the money not the customer. They expect big tips for very poor service for which they often talk about and label you as a non tipper or a small tipper very nervy. These types of behaviours will soon get your doors closed PERMANENTLY. Keep on this path and it won't be long. Word travels this is a very competitive business learn how to be professional and understand the needs of clients. If that can't be done then perhaps it's best to close your doors. Very very disappointed with Nail Lounge and it's staff. Lastly where do these people get their training and or suppose certificates from?

I've been going to Nail Lounge for 3 years now and I've never had a problem. The staff is fantastic. We laugh and talk the day away. I'd recommend this place to my friends, family and customers. Chrissy and Mimi are fantastic and very helpful.

Worst place I’ve been to for nails! This place will never get my money again. The staff have so much attitude and are very unprofessional. Do not want to do regular polish at night because it takes too long to dry , they make it a must to get shellac polish. I paid full price and the lady calls to harass me saying she will call the police if I don’t come back to pay, she even came to my car to bang on it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else !
