Amazing experience!! Definitely becoming regulars. My new favorite place ❤️ Recommending this to all my family and friends!

Wow! What a experience still here right now. Professional and very clean. Definitely will be back. I understand why they have those huge gift cards now.

On off hours the place is fantastic. When busy, there are not enough bathrooms or got tub spots. The jets aren't always working and there is still a section of the ladies room unfinished, looking forward to the sauna being done! Also cold plunge or salt scrub would be lovely

The facility is just amazing nothing like i have seen in Toronto be4, the only thing I won't recommend are their massages as it wasn't what I expected but the rest of the services just top notch!

Mrs. Garcia

Clean and friendly spa staff and facilities. Great place to relax, lovely treatment rooms. Steam rooms and hot tubs were amazing. However my RMT was NOT good at all. They seemed so nervous, and felt like they didn't know what they were doing with the massage techniques. I get massages regularly and this one was the worst I've ever had. However, my partner had a great massage. I just won't book with him ever!

My first time being there and i left the place with relaxing and fresh feeling. Everything was perfect and clean and the environment made me detached from the daily routine. It really worth to try the place.

Amazing experience! Everything is super clean, staff is super nice and attentive. Not many "wet" options. The jacuzzi and sauna is separate between men and women. All the dry rooms are really nice. They are all more or less the same besides maybe the smell. But still overall, super relaxing. You feel like you're at a fancy resort. Highly recommend!

This place is insanely gorgeous. Luxurious. The flow of the place, the organization, the location of things, the quality. I had a tremendous experience. 5/5: The level of service and staff (this guy Vince greeted me at the top of the escalator and explained how everything works and patiently answered my questions all day. The constant supply of water, towels, you get your Pajamas- you even get a little plastic bag for sweaty clothes- a really good, soft toothbrush, fragrant rooms everywhere you go, surround music everywhere you go, and tranquil music. The jacuzzi, the wet stream, dry sauna, relaxation room, you're in for a full pampering. I can go on and on about the little attention to details but I'll just say, go and see for yourself.

Don’t miss this place if you’re looking for a relaxing “ME” time. I enjoyed every minute there; its different caves, hot tubs and environment, helped me to be a new me. ???????? Very clean, welcoming staff and great food.

Beautiful place. Nice service and easy to find on google maps. However, for a first timer, it was hard to get to them on the phone if you had any inquiries. So that was kind of a bummer, but overall NICE! So if you’re in Toronto. Please take your time and go get a relaxing moment at Go place ♥️

A unique experience with excellent facilities, however they do not enforce the mask mandate that they claim to have. Plenty of people walking around and in the small spa rooms with no mask in sight, and not once did I see anyone asking them to mask up. I know i would've liked to know this before visiting so I'm hoping this review helps someone else to make a decision.

The place is spotless. So serene. It's well organized and we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. We will be back.

Super clean facilities with pretty awesome service as well, which is so so important during COVID. The sauna rooms are all really neat with different stones with different supposed healing properties. The massage therapists were very good, however the massage room was SO cold. Also minus one star because my husband said the men’s side jacuzzi and pools were definitely better than the women’s side. Also no steam room? Overall worth a visit to check it out!

Best place in markham, great food and prices!

Amazing spa experience! There is an entry fee to use the facility and spa services are additional. You even have the option of staying over night for an additional charge of $15. This spa is open 24/7 and is quite impressive. The interior decor and amenities were given much thought. The spa was absolutely worth it. I had a deep tissue massage with Anton and he was just the best. He really hit all the right spots to release tightness/tension and made the massage comfortable and relaxing. I left my massage feeling great. I can’t wait to book again with Anton! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my wife here and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed! The spa was well maintained, clean and smelt like we were away on a tropical island. The drinks and food were phenomenal, and not too much but just right portions to satisfy your immediate cravings. Hopefully, the menu will be expanded in the near future, since the food was so fresh and tasty! The various sauna rooms were definitely invigorating and the cold room, personally not my favourite since I do not like the cold, was interesting. My life's motto, you need to try everything once! We also took part in a couples 90 min massage, and of course I feel asleep...... (sorry for snoring) ????! But nonetheless, it was rejuvenating! Overall, an amazing and ery relaxing experience in the heart of Markham! A definite must try and finally folks can come and experience some culture and see how others (cultures) in Toronto do it! (relax, enjoy & repeat)! Thank you Go Place staff and management, see you soon.

Betty

Thoroughly enjoyed this place with my friends! They provided l’occitane body and hair products so I didn’t have to bring my own. Dyson hair dryer was a plus! I got a hot stone massage in a private room and it was a wonderful experience.

I am really disappointment of Go Place management and reception. Someone said the difference between a 5 stars and 4 is the Service, I give this place zero stars. This place might be upscale for Markham but customer service is lacking in many respects. First I booked a massage for 2 and I have already stated the type of massages. The same girl who booked it did not put anything on her records as she was clueless of what type of massage I was booked for. When booking she only emphasized to show up an hour earlier, really?? She also failed to mention on purpose or lack or training that?? cover charges of $60 per person will be applied on top. Really?? I don't have any problems with that but why didn't reception tell us that up front?? when asked management, there was resounding " I don't care , not my problem, not responsible " It was my girlfriends BD gift and it made us feel not welcomed nor valued. It is not about the money but how you value your customers and clearly we didn't feel valued. This is unacceptable. We would not recommend this place to any of our friends or family.

We left a voicemail and someone did promptly call us next day. Perhaps we got lucky :) 1. The admission fee per person is $6x.xx. This gets you access to the facility, their state of the art rooms, lounges, Jacuzzis and other amenities 2. You are given a RFID bracelet which is gives you access to your lockers and any purchase you want to make 3. You are not provided a robe or slippers. You can ask the staff in the change rooms and they ask you to tag the RFID reader. No prices are mentioned. You don’t know of this until the final invoice is given 4. The restaurant is decent. Limited menu. You order through a tablet. The food is 7/10 and the drinks are 6/10. The drinks do not look the way they are presented on the menu. We sent our drinks back. 5. We did a massage for two. It was in a large room with 4 beds. It was bright and not very relaxing. The RMT’s weren’t that great. 6. They have a gym here. Kind of odd since most people are in a spa uniforms. 7. The gym also has a pool table 8. You can rent massage chairs 9. There is an office area with 8 computers 10. There lounge area which is beautiful and very relaxing. You can rent out board games. 11. We came in at 4pm and stayed until 8pm. My suggestion would be to come in earlier in the day as it was very busy towards the evening. 12. Several youngsters in their 20s were here having a good time. Staff were not very proactive in enforcing quiet rules for most areas. This is a one of a kind facility in Canada. We will be back. We wont book any massages. This time we will know what to expect in terms of payment. Our final bill was $490.00. I still consider this good value for a full day of fun.

Great place to come relax. Food, drink, jacuzzis, saunas, and massages. They’ve got it all.

Dhebi Hay

Beautiful spa, perfect to come with friends or alone (as I did this time!) It's so clean and smells amazing, great products in the shower to use, comfortable and relaxing everywhere.

Farah Qureshi

I am so glad I finally made it out to this place! They have a great variety of sauna rooms and copious lounging areas to relax in. I didn’t feel the need to book their spa services with the different sauna rooms but they do recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Staff were pleasant and attentive through my time there. I would definitely go back to spend a day there.

Incredible staycation in the winter. Food, atmosphere, facilities, service were all 5 stars! Coming back next week!

✌️these days the GoPlace employees are working hard to create memorable service. It impressed me when they are exclusively taking care of you. During this unusual times, the food here all moved online using electronic menus. You can simply tape your favorites on the iPad. It is such an intelligent way to avoid customer gathering and keep things in order.

Kulsoom Kabatas

Came here on a week day and loved it. Was too busy on the weekend to be relaxing, people came in large groups and were yelling to each other in the common area and took away from the relaxing spa experience.

Kellita Espinola (Ms Reddz)

Great concept. Super relaxing. The different rooms were perfect for deep breathing, meditation and releasing the toxins from our bodies. The environment is relaxing, quiet and a sweet escape for a moment or two. Additionally, the grounds are well kept and the food is okay. Will return regularly and try the different services offered.

Mei Chen

Excellent facility, but the music was too loud in the evening to relax. The repetitive music was especially loud in the nap room, which was counter intuitive — it got annoying very fast as it was impossible to sleep. We tried to ask nicely for it to be turned down, but they said they’d only shut it off at 2am.

Bukola D

Absolutely loved my day here. Best place to come if you need a break from the city. Loved how calming it was and the food was fantastic too.

Young Cho

Enjoyed it very much with my wife. 6 spa rooms with different temperature and lots of open space. Loved the food. Gym was excellent. They even provide the socks and shoes to you. I would give 5 starts if it was not that pricey.

Kavita Ambu

Amazing place to go to recharge, a true hidden gem with impeccable service! They also have high quality amenities, such as a dyson hair dryer, l’Octaine shower products and cream, a pool table, and so much more. A must visit.

Dominique

A great place for a reasonably priced "treat yourself" luxurious day. Staff were very attentive and friendly, the place is regularly cleaned throughout the entire place. Towels, lockers, and clothes are complimentary (even had sports shoes …

Nice spot to wind down. There’s probably a few tips and comments to mention as their website lacks those details. I personally didn’t book our visit but based on a few comments and reviews from family and friends, Go Place is hard to get a hold of someone by telephone. One friend tried many times and eventually used their contact us section on their website and got a callback within 20 minutes after submitting. I believe they only book up to 30 days in advance. You are given a wristband with a unique number for a locker and shoe slot. All purchases are scanned to this wristband and settled at the end of your stay when you checkout. It also works with mini lockers at all the therapy rooms. 12% gratuity added at the end. We were told that you can go barefoot to roam the spa or purchase a pair of slippers for $3. They don’t allow you to use your own slippers. We all ended up purchasing a pair. Most of the therapy rooms are round with exceptions of the amethyst, ice and volcanic rooms. These rounds rooms have triangular spots per person, but you may come across groups congregating in one of the spots. Don’t expect it to be fully quiet. I personally didn’t go for a massage but my friends said it’s one of the best massages they’ve ever had. Other than that, had a great time utilizing the amenities and looking forward to my next visit.

PL

Overall experience was good. Love the variety, you can literally stay for hours. Food was good. It's all the way out in Markham so it's not a place I can go regularly. I gave four stars because both times I went, the steam room wasn't working all that well.

On my day off I wanted to have a spa day to myself. Google spa near me and found this one very intriguing. For one week leading up to my day off, I asked several questions back n forth to the Go Place staff through email. They were very helpful ???? However, good luck calling reception. The phone will ring but no one will answer. When I was there I asked why no one answered the phone and they told me only one reception is working...they needed more and are working on it. The Place is so beautiful and attention to detail. I must have looked at every decor ???????????????? The ambiance is lovely, the lul of the music, the aroma of the place, and staff were very nice and responded quickly. They try to make you most comfortable as they can. I really love this place. It's my new go to place to relax n enjoy mommy-me time. THINGS U SHOULD KNOW ???????? Must be fully vaccinated and wear mask ???????? It cost basically $60 for admission fee. This gets you, use of the saunas, jacuzzi, common area lounge, all 5 healing rooms (salt, jade, volcanic rocks, amethyst, ice, and agate), use of gym and pool table. ???????? showers and washrooms are there for u with shower gel, shampoo n conditioner. You even get shower cap, toothbrush n use of toothpaste. Forgot your lotion, perfume, and your comb...no worries ????they give you a new comb and provide use of those items I mentioned and more. Water machines to quench your thirst ????????There's a wall of books you can choose to read from and you may ask for board games to play with. Most lounging chairs, have phone charges with diff ports ????????No food or drink is allowed in the spa. But no worries they have a restaurant area right there in the spa with scrumptious food at affordable prices. ????????The admission fee does not include any massage or facials etc. You must pay extra for whichever one you pick. ????????You get a bracelet that tracks all your expenses and when you leave you pay the total including 12% gratuity fee ????????If you stay there after 2 a.m. it is considered sleeping over and an additional $15 plus tax will be added to your bill. ????????The spa is 24 hours. So you can enjoy whole day then sleep all night. ????????Want to enjoy the spa but you got homework or an assignment due???? No worries either. They have a computer area and also you may bring your laptop and lounge wherever you wish and type away ???? ????????There's so much room in the spa, it is like a whole city and the ceiling is high. I love it, it creates an effect of more space like that. ????????You can ONLY enter the spa once. So there's no in and out. Much to tell, but it is better you go experience it yourself ????????????

Pedram Ashoori

Great place for relaxation and meditation ????????‍♂️ high quality food ???? really enjoy the place AAA service

Such a luxurious place for only $55! spent there the whole day, we didn't want to leave! The stone rooms are great, LADIES do not miss the scrub treatment for only $35. …

Great place to bring a group of friends or couples. Very different than most spas that I’ve been to local from where I live. It’s HUGE! Make sure to make reservations in advance to book for a massage. There’s different rooms available depending on what your mood is… like a nap room, reading room, workout room (that has a pool table) there is also a lot of sauna rooms and one cold room. Food is good surprisingly and same with service. Everyone gets their own bracelet and gets charged at the very end. I would highly recommend going in the am or early afternoon and getting your whole days worth. Does become pricey since everything adds up.. but it’s worth it if you make it a whole day trip.

Tony at the dining goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for you! He is so attentive and friendly even when it's so busy. The spas are absoutely beautiful and so relaxing. Everyone is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

We arrived at Go Place today and had a great time. It was our first visit and I knew very little about this place aside from what I briefly read online. The spa is very large and spacious. Staff is very friendly. The check-in process is straightforward. Your Health Card and Proof of Vaccination get checked and you’re given a wristband that acts as your locker key and method of payment while you’re in the spa. Once you enter the main area, men and women are ushered towards their respective change rooms. Shoes are placed in separate lockers just outside the change room. Inside of the change room is where you’re given a uniform (matching shirt and shorts) and then asked to take a shower. Slippers are sold here for $3. No outside slippers are allowed, but you can (and should) bring your swim wear. The change room connects to a large room with jacuzzis and a sauna. If you’re squeamish about seeing naked people, be warned. Lots of dudes strutting around and entering the jacuzzis completely naked. My wife said it was the same deal in the women’s section. There’s also a “No cellphone” rule in the jacuzzi area. A lot of people had their phones out anyway but I appreciated seeing the staff trying to tell them to put their phones away. Outside of the jacuzzi area is the “common area” which is huge. This is wear you’re required to wear your spa uniform and a mask. Staff were pretty good at enforcing this with people who tried to do otherwise. The common area has lots of chairs and tables where you can relax and play games or just stare at your phone. There are books available to read, various saunas, and a cold room set at 5°C. There’s a fitness area that also has a pool table and a dark quiet comfort room that looks like a movie theatre. My family and I ended up falling asleep in that room under blankets provided by the staff. There’s a restaurant area as well with a nice variety of bubble teas, fresh juices and foods like sushi, wings, etc. Staff are constantly cleaning everything and making sure things are kept sanitary. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended.

Definitely coming back! This place is so clean and beautiful. It’s a huge facility and plenty of space to find quiet and relaxation. Lots of massage options available at reasonable prices. Food is also not overpriced for a spa like this. Overnight stay is $15 between 2am - 7am. So for $55/day you can maximize your stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Go place was such a great experience. I went there for my birthday spa day. I spent 3 hrs there. The staff was very welcoming and the massage was the best experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know how I can go back to a regular spa experience. The ambience was out of this world. Make sure you bring your swim suit the hot tub experience is also so nice. It’s nice to go by yourself, but really nice to experience with friends. If you do go as a couple you wont be able to experience the hot tub experience together because they are in separate areas. Overall 10/10 experience. I will definitely go back as a girl experience.

I've been here a total of 2 times so far and both times has been wonderful. This place really takes the concept of luxury and relaxation to the next level. Staff is friendly, they emphasize quietness in all areas so you can really relax. They have a gym you can use (it has a pool table). Many different dry heat suana rooms like a volcano room, jade room, salt room, etc. They also have an ice room. There's a quiet room also with comfy chairs and soothing music. They keep the lights dim and the temperature perfect in that room. I've seen people sleeping in there, resting, or just chilling. They also have phone chargers for every type of phone. Just open the arm rest and bam, there they are. They also have 2 jacuzzi's in the woman's change room and men's. The jacuzzi's are separated by gender! There's a steam suana in the change room as well. The dry suanas and Jacuzzis are all included in the admission price. However they offer other services like facials, massages, and a restaurant. They give you a change of clothes to wear throughout your time there. However you need to bring your own swim suit to use the water pools. You can buy a pair of slippers and bring them back with you if you ever go again so you won't need to pay again for another pair every time you go. This spa is also open 24/7. You only need a reservation if you're booking a service. Aside from that you can walk in at any time and stay as long as you like. After 2 am they charge you 15 dollars extra and you can spend the whole night there. Parking is free also.

I was visiting from Halifax for the weekend and a friend suggested we both try this spa for the first time. When arriving from the outside you would have absolutely no clue this stunning spa lies inside. The entrance was grand and all staff were very professional. Many different rooms to relax in depending on your preference. There is also a very large lounge area. The pressure of the jets in the hot tubs were perfect. Also really enjoyed the area to touch up your makeup/hair after finishing at the spa. I felt like I transported to Asia when being here for the day, Go Place will definitely be on my list next time I’m in Toronto!

Maria John

Amazing amenities and spa! Overall a great place to relax. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the minute you enter the building. You can stay overnight but the music is a bit too loud in the nap room and the lights are bright. I highly recommend bringing some noise cancelling headphones and a sleep mask if you plan to stay overnight.

Amr Faham

Clean venue, great and helpful and very organized staff. We had such a wonderful experience. We'll recommend and come back again.

This place is amazing! Full 24 hour day spa with jacuzzis, massages, spa rooms, gym and restaurant. If you’re looking for a couples spa date or a place to relax, look no further and come here! The admission fee gives you access to everything aside from massages. The massage and body care services are all very reasonably priced and excellent service. The restaurant also had great sushi and drinks. My wife and I will certainly be coming back!

I spent 10 hours here and I did not want to leave. I wish I could live here. They never answer their phones but please put an email request and they are very fast with their replies. Spent new year's eve here which was therapeutic and healing. They offer a variety of massage services with registered massage therapists so you are able to claim for any insurance purposes. Let me provide you the key details to get you ready for your escape at the go place! I booked a massage for 3 pm and decided to arrive 1 hour early to check out the place. I went with my boyfriend so it was a perfect couples retreat. We check in and they provide us with rubber bracelets with a 3 digit barcode. That's your ID Number for the whole stay. They check you in pass the security guards and politely guided to the shoe locker room. Everything is matched with your bracelet number. You are then directed to change rooms to change into scrubs. It is mostly one size fits all. You are then asked to place all your belongings in the second locker that is secured with your bracelet. The lock has a magnetic sensor which only unlocks to your ID#. You then are guided to the main floor with the grand chandelier and several relaxing spa chairs. They have a variety of sauna rooms are easily accessible. We toured the layout of the go place first and visited the jade room and volcano room. This was great to ease our muscles for the massage. They ask you to check in 15 mins before your massage on the upper level. We received the classic Swedish massage and we were extremely relaxed and welcomed in the setting. All the staff members were very friendly. After our 60 min massage, we decided to dip our toes in the hot tub facilities. We then headed to the cafe area where you can order food from an iPad screen and they bill your bracelet ID#. I emphasize this with all my heart, the food is amazing!! We had the beef and salmon teriyaki with the seafood rice and it was fantastic! Their dragon roll sushi was very fresh and delicious. Their red bean milktea and mango bubble tea were excellent! We explored the layout of the go place by trying out the ice room, the amethyst room and our favorite, the agate room. It was refreshing to place our foreheads against the wall of the crystals to cleanse our third eye chakras. It's magnificent to see the crystals produce their magic when they are combined with heat. Each sauna room has a poster that states the speciality and purpose of each crystal room. There's an infrared light setting area which is always great for healing. There's also a quiet room that's perfect to sneak in a quick nap. They offer board game services, computer services and fitness/gym services. They even have a pool table for some quick fun, and a variety of books in their open concept library for a quick read. Their entry fee is a standard price ($65) that gets you into this paradise. The entry fee will allow you to experience the crystal sauna rooms and fitness rooms. All food and drinks are additionally priced. They charge extra for slippers. They charge additional for any massage services. Whatever it is, all payments are at the end of your visits when you check out. All staff are kind and helpful. I really look forward to revisit this retreat!

The least relaxing spa day I've ever had. This would have been a nice place to go during non-COVID times. The lack of mask enforcement was really disappointing and concerning. There was no social distancing in the crowded change room and half the people in the change room (including a staff member working at the clothing desk) were not wearing masks. No distancing or masking in the jacuzzis. In the common areas, there were groups of people walking around without masks. Staff members had no issues pointing out that outside clothing was not allowed (including your own socks) but somehow not wearing a mask was ok. This was not mentioned in other reviews and it would have been nice to know before we booked our spa day.

This is a fairly recent addition to the First Markham Place mall. I think a home store used to be here, but this is a great new place! It's quite fancy in terms of it's interior and services. Very spacious, and many different sauna rooms to …

Loved it, price is great, enjoyed thoroughly. Kept cycling through the sauna rooms, felt so relaxed and at peace! Keep in mind you do have to pay extra for things like slippers or robes, and can't bring any from home. Well worth it!

Went yesterday for the first time with 2 of my friends and had such a great experience. Everyone there was so pleasant and had such great customer service, I saw an earlier review about a pregnant women rating the customer service as terrible but in all honesty they were probably just concerned for her safety. It is a very busy place and yes water on the floor around the jacuzzi tubs, not the best place for a pregnant woman to be in my opinion. However customer service was beyond amazing in all of the areas. The restaurant was delicious and Tony the manager was beyond helpful making sure we were happy and went above and beyond for us. The massages we had were wonderful, Phoebe was my masseuse and was the best massage I had in a very long time. The common area and themed steam rooms and ice room were a great experience as well. And loved the jacuzzi tubs. Only one complaint I have is that it would be nice to have a co-ed jacuzzi pool if couples were to go to Go Place together and want to enjoy the jacuzzi together as there is currently only a men area and a seperate women area where the Jacuzzis, sauna's and showers are. Overall we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. 10/10

Haya

Seems like a really cool place but i dont wear shorts and outside clothes aren't allowed so itd be great if they could include pants as well.. Id love to try it.

nick

Very relaxing place to go, can stay here for more than a day for sure but can get expensive if you are here too long. I will want to come back. There is alot of fun things to do along side the jaccuzi and heated rooms

Cymmone Henry

First time here on my birthday and I recommend. It’s sad that not all rooms are open because of covid but they have lowered the entrance fee by $10 for this reason I think. One of the best massages I got. I wish there was more options on the food menu but I’ll definitely be back.

Canadian Days Inc.

Great relaxing place, taking care of all details except for one serious thing, which is toothpaste tubes. It is completely unhygienic and irresponsible to put regular size unsealed toothpaste tubes open to public use. Mini one- time use toothpaste tubes should be in place instead. Please address this matter seriously.

Helen Hr

Love this place! Very clean ????, amazing tasty food, great spot to relax either alone / with a friend. The only thing is the admin fee used to being vaived if ypu get massage, now they charge on top.

Shayesteh Z

Be ready to send over $100 per visit. Gratitude/tip is included & then charged for taxes which could be super expensive for groups. Extra charge between 2-7am. You'll be given shorts and tops, and have to pay extra for slippers and ropes but could bring them for future visits. You may use the private sauna and jacuzzi without swimwear. Well equipped gym with pool table. Massage chairs are not included in the admission. You can also rent board games or simply bring yours to enjoy some quality time with friends. You can go out for 10min smoke breaks but cannot leave the facility more than 2 hours if you wish to re-enter. Great place to unwind, relax and celebrate an special occasion in Peace.

Rawan

Such a beautiful experience. I brought my sister in law here as a birthday gift and we spent about 5-6 hours here. Didn’t do the massage just general admission. I would definitely come back again it was an extremely relaxing and organized experience. The only suggestion is that yes there’s a few small signs saying to keep voices low and not to use your cellphone in certain areas but I found a lot of people still had their phones on sound/high volume or would talk on the phone using their speaker. I would ask that staff walk around and encourage people to keep their voices down and phones on silent. It was really frustrating when trying to relax.

Marlene Ivazian

Clear, elaborate, relaxing and out of this world. You will be transcribed into a whole new world.

Diba Sanatgar

One of a kind place to relax and unwind. Staff are really professional and helpful. The ambiance is very soothing. The sauna rooms are the best. I really liked the meditation area too. The shower area was clean and organized. The food from the restaurant was a bit overprices but that’s usually the case in these places. Food was good but could’ve been better. The major issue for me was that the bath house area which included the jacuzzi baths and the steam room were separate for men and women. Imagine going to a spa for a romantic date with your partner and finding out that you have to be separated. I wasn’t a fan of the blue shirt and shorts that they give out which have to be worn by everyone in the lounge area. Maybe they could’ve given out something more flattering like a bathrobe or allowed people to bring their own bathrobes. Also everyone has to pay 3$ for slippers to wear in the lounge area. 3$ is nothing but they could’ve just included that in the admission price since you don’t have any other choice than to buy the slippers. Overall not bad. It definitely exceeded my expectations as I hadn’t seen a luxury spa like this in the area. But there are small issues that could be fixed.

Such a great concept for a 24h spa! Loved this place, will definitely return for a longer period of time. I also got a massage here that felt like I was in heaven. Many diff saunas with diff crystals/rocks in it and also a cold room!

I went to Go Place with my friends and family and didn’t have the best experience. If you’re planning on going know that the employees at the front desk will not care or attempt to understand you. It was our first time going and it was my sisters birthday and the lady on the phone mentioned that they would give her a 25 minute free massage. We went and they said they never said that, I was getting yelled at and was nearly about to leave. She wanted to see my call logs and said her manager would re listen to the call! What a waste of time!!! We’re here to relax and not stress about that stuff. Anyways the lady honoured it with a lot of back and fourth. They seemed very unorganized, I noticed a lot of other people having troubles and the staff not knowing how to take care of them. The spa was very clean but after awhile it can get boring, there’s not a lot to do and it’s not relaxing when you are stuffed into places with a lot of people. The food was the most exciting part! But it didn’t hit the mark!!! The food was overly expensive and the staff did not support or help us at all!! lol. I was so confused because I genuinely thought it would be a great experience with the food prices. I got teriyaki chicken and the meat was so raw and not the best. Although the sushi was very good and fresh. I feel like they would benefit from an all you can eat or buffet style restaurant. I feel like if they had more options of self care that they include in the general admission cost like face mask and cucumbers. Cute things that add to the experience would make me come again. They did have a lot of space but it was very repetitive. Going from the suna to the cold room was very cool!! The washroom was very clean and cute. They had cool toilets and it was overall nice. Recommendation: If you’re planing on going to this spa I would recommend it be your last option. You can do other things that may be more enjoyable. There are other spas that provide more in the cost and have better things to do. Although Go Place spa isn’t bad if you have $100 to spare and want to spend time with friends and family.

Spa is super clean with staff at every corner willing to assist. Amazing experience and now considering the 10 visit pass. Spent about 6 hours here with friends enjoying all the different rooms. The sushi at the cafeteria was amazing and very fresh! We also tried the bubble tea, which was also good. A 12% tip is automatically added upon checkout, however the service was superb and definitely deserve more. The entire experience start to finish was incredible.

Carmen Wong

Pros: nice place; comfy lounge chairs, clean. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Sushi and drinks were good. Cons: most sauna rooms are similar, more like a social spa not a quiet spa (everyone on their phones, laptop calls). Wish there was a quiet zone. Covid protocols not great. Steam room/jacuzzi was busy and no one enforces room capacity. Admission price was OK but a bit pricey. CHECK your bill. I was extra billed $80 for food I didn't order so had to dispute the charge. Make sure you check your bill before paying. 12% tip added automatically.

Kathryn McGill

Great first experience at Go Place. Very elegant decorating, huge open spaces to relax and lots of options. I had a a relaxation massage and it was excellent. Pricing can add up, but if you just pay the entrance fee and use the main amenities (jacuzzi, saunas, common areas) it would still be a great experience and more affordable. The food in the restaurant was good, not great, and a bit pricey.

Jeff Kang

Came in when it was cold/gloomy outside and this made the whole day better. This place was awesome for the price of 55 dollars. You can pay extra for food and massages if you wanted, their bracelet system makes it very easy to pay at the end. There are many heated tiles and the environment is relaxing. For the bathhouse it is optional to bring your own swimsuit!

Alvin Tang

They thought of everything to make the customer experience wonderful. There's places to lock phones before you enter special rooms, chargers at most of the recliners, health products free to use in the male's washroom, etc. The service itself was spectacular and I don't mind paying the automatic service charge that was added on top. The food was also fair for it's price and was delivered promptly after ordering. The only cons I can see is that they seem understaffed at the moment. That's why it's easy to spot people breaking the rules without consequences. For example, seeing people smoke e-cigs inside or people not wearing appropriate attire (e.g. bikinis) in the hot rooms. This can be settled quickly though if staff is notified.

Stacey Esg

My new fave place! Very beautiful and classy! The ambiance is relaxing and the whole place smells amazing. The Staff attends to you fairly quickly. The food is good and not over priced. Love it here! Just wish there's a bigger jacuzzi

Divine Honey

Awesome place, totally awesome. Super clean. Super professional. It is a tad expensive for 2 of us we had a couples massage for an hour. But it was worth it. We spent 6 hours relaxing.

Artur Tymchyshyn

One of the best places I've been in my entire life! ???????????? My friend told me about this place and we agreed to stay over night there on the weekend. For the first time in my life I actually felt that I had a weekend! You are completely forgetting about outside world. Chill and relaxing music everywhere, amazing and polite people around you, you are getting nice outfit to wear inside, you are being treated like you are a VIP guest. Tasty food for a reasonable price, you have everything that will help you relax: spa, meditation room, showers and pools, you can order food and drinks using a tablet without thinking about paying right away. Definitely will be coming back at least once a month! Thank you guys for such a great experience! ????????

lilian qiu

Got a massage with Jeson and he was amazing!!! The spa itself is huge and you can really spend all day there. Nice to go to for a special occasions, was just quite busy when we were there on a Sunday and the therapy rooms don’t fit a lot of people (less than 10 comfortably probably). The jacuzzis are also not massive - I’d recommend going when its not super busy, unless you don’t mind patiently waiting for some of the therapy rooms/jacuzzis to open up

Ahmed Hadia

Big facility, but not suitable for religious people ???? they allow you to be completely naked in the wet areas and no masks . Me and my wife visited The facility today she's wasn't allowed in the common area unless she take off her Hijab and must wear shorts . Almost $460 for 2 hours massages that's insane.

Daniel Hsieh

Good one time experience. Other than the jacuzzi, each room is the same (either hot or cold), so not much is available from the standard entrance fee ($60) if you do not get a specialty massage or treatment.

Michael L

Used their online reservation system to schedule a couple's RMT session. A representative contacted me via phone 3 days after I submitted the request. Ended up booking a massage for 12:30pm on a Wednesday. I kindly asked if we could confirm if we could be in the same room and both RMTs to be female - unfortunately the staff were not able to guarantee anything. We were asked to arrive one hour before our appointment. Located at First Markham, plenty of parking during a week day. Upon arrival there is a large lobby area on the ground floor. Staff will check you vaccine certificate and explain the protocol. You're given a wrist band with a built in hardware device that is programmed to your name. The hardware device allows you to access your assigned locker, purchase food, and any other extras. Most of the amenities are located on the 2nd floor. After checking in, you take a large escalator to the 2nd level. Staff here will ask you to remove your shoes and escort you to the change rooms. You're given a pair of shorts and a shirt to change into. From the locker area, the men and women have separate bath/spa areas. There is a door that leads to a communal lounge area where all the different temperature rooms are located. The rooms range in temperature, I think between 50-80C and one cold room that is below 5C. Each have unique "benefits" but honestly I have no experience or can't suggest that it's actually beneficial. The lounge area is massive. Plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Towel and water stations are scattered throughout. Apparently you can rent board games but we didn't request to see their catalog. The RMT area is located on the 3rd floor, accessed via the 2nd floor lounge area. Jennifer (Jianfeng) was strong and tenderized me - lol felt a bit sore and like a piece of Kobe beef after. 90 minutes was $165 + tax - a hard copy invoice is given on the spot but you don't make payment til you check out of the facility. Would definitely come back for a massage. We didn't use the dining area but there were many guests eating so I assume the food is decent. The fitness room is adequate - treadmills, free weights, and other equipment. On the men's side, there are 2 smaller hot tubs about 38-39C and one larger tub. There's a sauna as well. Communal showers and private (curtains) for gents that want to keep their eggroll concealed. At 3PM the bath area was not busy at all - only myself and a couple other dudes were using the space. There's shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion - basically everything you need to freshen up. $60 + tax + gratuity, just for entry. Is it worth? If you're spending many hours here - I think it's justified. I would probably visit once a year. I enjoyed my massage and it was pleasant to just lounge around. The spa did get more busy in the afternoon, around 4:30PM as we were leaving.. I think the perfect time to go is between 9AM-3PM on a week day.

Wendy Curnew Harris me

Great relaxing spot! I wish the pools were a little bigger and the caves had somewhere to sit and not just lay down. The staff were all wonderful! Special shout out to my RMT Michelle she was amazing!

Victoriia Kozhevnikova

A place to go that’s for sure! Visited them 5th time yesterday and satisfied as usual. Massage is very professional, service is great, food is perfect! Everything so clean, relaxing atmosphere, staff members are friendly and ready to help any minute. Due to pandemic there are not so many people there and saunas are closed, however it doesn’t affect the whole picture of this place. It’s my favorite spa in entire GTA! Highly recommended

K T

A really good place to unwind. Pretty costly if you do extra activities like massages and facial stuff. Wouldn't recommend the facial as it was overpriced for something you can do at home or not have any effect. Saunas are really good and the place was spacious and relaxing.

D. Hang

Nice, modern and very well maintained place. It's very clean as well. The food is good for reasonable price. I give them 3 stars because I ask for deep massage and I get shiatsu massage. Also, they charge 15% of service fee even for almost everything.

Tony Liao

First of a kind in Canada. This type of spa is very popular in China, glad they bring one over to here. It's $55 entrance fee to the spa for usage of the different sauna rooms and steam rooms and hot tubes. They offer different types of …

Jose Cordeiro

My first time coming visiting the Go Place Spa, very clean facility and lots of space to relax. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table area before trying out all the hot/cold rooms, they even have so many options for the sauna rooms which is appreciated. I will come here again, only thing is maybe more food options for the dining area. But overall highly recommend.

Athena Ali

Definitely recommend. Did an RMT massage with Zamee and she was one of the best RMT i ever had. This place is perfect if you're looking to relax by yourself, with a significant other or in a small intimate group of friends. Seems like most people spend around 4hrs here but it's much easier to spend more time. The food is also good and most items are reasonably priced.

Robin Kang

Huge place with lots of different types of spa rooms offered. Remember to bring your bathing suit for the baths. They will give you spa uniforms and slippers for the heated rooms and common area. Be aware! There is a overall 10% Service Charge at the end of your stay.

Farran Speak

I love this place!! I always come and get the facial and/or massage. My favourite girl is Mooeh, her facials are the best Ive had and I go to many places. Thank u Go Place!

Mukith Kalam

Cons: for some reason they overcharged on the HST (seems like it was 14-15% instead of 13%) which can be a lot when you're spending 400-600 on services, food, massages, etc. Id watch out for this. Pros: - high quality appliances/towels - great atmosphere, good vibe - good range of massage services - a lot of great amenities - good shower water pressure Overall this is a great day trip. Can be expensive. Add 25%-27% to the sticker price of EVERYTHING, including the admission.

Reema Aviles

This beautiful 24hr spa is located in Markham, with over 68,000 sq feet! When you arrive you check in and complete screening at the front desk. A bracelet is given for your stay and is scanned whenever you purchase a service or item, including food front the restaurant. Once you leave you are charged for your stay. It’s $45 for use of the facilities, and $90 if you book a massage, following you’ll have access to facilities. Inside this amazing space, there is an abundance of amazing saunas which are currently closed. Massage rooms, computer rooms, a gym and separate male/female jacuzzis! The service was awesome, we thoroughly enjoyed our massages, and our time spent here. The beef teriyaki and egg fried rice at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and our server was very friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is there were a few guests here who were very loud and obnoxious on their phones in the comfort areas and it made it very hard to relax and nap when they were there. Other than that, this spa is a great experience!

kazzzZ

For the first time, 4 star is for overall evaluation, massage and facilities, the staff is very attentive to us, there is also a star because of the restaurant, such as meal time, I waited for 50 minutes on the plate of rice, a lot of guests eat away at that time, more people can understand Sunday, but when I called the waiter, two all ignore me. Jin, the waiter at the restaurant, was very nice and helped me get this meal, but overall it was ok。

Khalid Owainat

Absolutely amazing if you want relax and mind and body. Just watch your bill for over charges. I caught them charging me $100.00 deposit for a game we took and returned. The cashier did not bother to ask us or check if the game was returned or not.

Sabrina Mohammed

I can’t really express how relaxing this place is. Getting just a day pass with be more than enough. You can go to different rooms like a sauna room, cold room, yoga room, salt room. They have a gym if you wanna workout, so many books, and a theatre room! They also have a dining area but if you want alcohol they don’t serve it there. They have some lovely bubble tea. You can get a massage at an extra charge if you are interested. The hot tub and jacuzzi are not unisex - the men have their own in their locker room and women have their own as well. Highly recommend!

Joanne Hong

It was overall a really relaxing experience! I think the best part was that there was plenty of space to lounge and chat outside the saunas, despite being somewhat crowded on a Sunday. The shower and locker rooms were fully equipped as well (slippers, gowns, masks, body wash, conditioner + shampoo, towels etc.). The only downside is that the food there was subpar. Next time I'd eat before coming and only order drinks and snacks there.

Scale Tech Fit

The most amazing place for relaxation you will ever go. The hot room for healing were the best. Loved it and would recommend like anything

Mohit Rajpal

Great place to spend the day and night. Very relaxing. Massages were not worth it. Volcano room burnt my feet, should have told us to keep our slippers on. Everyone in the room was annoyed.

Sanaz Hooman

This amazing Spa is a great little getaway just to rejuvenate your soul! They have great food, A great vibration and indeed highly recommended

Aj M

Enjoyed my experience here. The staff were nice and accommodating and everything was very clean and tidy.

Jinah Park

Go Place is the ultimate luxury in "full day use of facility" spas that is well known in Asian countries. You can stay all day to use the waters, sauna, health caves, fitness centre, or lounge on the most comfortable chairs. You can even play board games, bring your laptop to work and even eat. It's very spacious and calming. For an extra $15 you can sleep over. I'm definitely coming back here!

Jason Wu

Luxury Asian style bathhouse. Here are some tips ???? • You're given a bracelet which gives you access to your personal locker, keeps track of your spending (food and services). You pay for everything at the end • Bring swimsuits for the baths (costs extra to buy theirs). Going commando is also an option • Baths, showers, locker areas, steam rooms are sex-segregated • Saunas are public for everyone, scattered across the leisure (common) area • Small lockers (bracelet activated) available to store your belongings by the sauna entrances • Saunas have different rocks, theme and temperature (advertised health benefits may not be scientifically proven) • Bathrooms are well equipped. Japanese bidet, Dyson hair dryers, hair styling products, body & hand lotion, towels, plastic bag for your wet swimsuits. • Blue robes are free to use, and are required in the common areas • Most people go barefoot in the common area, you can get their slippers for $3, so it may be better to bring your own • Book the massages & facial ahead of time or as soon as you get there, they do fill up quickly • Bring a small pouch/bag for your small belongings, phone, books, small snacks, charger. It's convenient when you're hanging out in the common area • Entrance fee covers 1 day duration, however staying between 2-7am costs additional $15 • Sleeping overnight may be a torture if you're a light sleeper. There are constantly little noises that were distracting for me. I recommend at least bringing some ear plugs and sleep mask • 2 hours window for you to get out and get back in with no additional charge (this is useful if you want to dine/shop outside) • In-house food and drinks are relatively good in terms of taste and pricing • Fitness room available during certain time of day, they have closed-toe shoes at your convenience • Computer gaming room can be busy, first come first serve. You can bring your own laptops and tablets • Board games available to check out, very small collection (~10), requiring $200 deposit. You can also bring you own board/card games

Ze Us

I would like to commend Ivan in the Men’s Locker Room area. Today was our first day to visit the place and he showed exemplary service. All questions were answered and he went beyond expectations. He definitely made our day!

Rev N

I cannot express how amazing this place is. SO relaxing, state of the art facilities, jacuzzi’s are amazing, food is spectacular. The staff are friendly and the little touches and details like the rose tea and cookies when you’re leaving puts it over the top. Totally worth my money every time. Its pure luxury.

What What

Great place, friendly staffs. The only concern is at least half of the patrons don’t wear a mask. And according to their website, mask is required at all times. But no staff enforce it.

Saunia

This place was very clean, affordable, relaxing and staff were all helpful and friendly. The food could have been better but the drinks were great. I appreciated the security features a lot, i saw staff constantly cleaning and i sleep room was perfect. I will definitely be back

Yi Liu

Very clean, social distancing and masks inside. Great place to come to relax.

Jose Bandong

Good spa place worth the admission price. Everything is clean. Negatives first. Some staff were rude and others were nice and customers should not be navigating this, they must all treat cluents very well. Nobody ever answers the phone any time and any day, all they say is they're busy but when you are there it is evident that it is not always busy. Shower, then jacuzzi and steam room for about half hour and then lounge. They have an area for grooming yourself from brushing your teeth to hair dryer, body lotion, hand lotion. Then to the leisure room with so many couches, sofas, etc. Head to the restaurant for a nice meal or snack. The snow white maki, crispy shrimp balls and chicken teriyaki were really tasty, the seasoning and presentation were done with pride. Sara from the restaurant was very accommodating. Visited each of the dry sauna and end with the ice room. Gym includes many machines and a pool table too. Danny, one of the managers, was really helpful and made our stay really nice.

C.L Chan

I have been to Go Place for few times. During my last visit, I had the deep tissue massage and Michelle was the one giving it. I politely requested her for a bit more strength when she did my neck, because there was no kneading at all, she seemed to be holding and save some energy. When I asked her again when she did my lower leg, she started to use her full strength, forced her fingers back and forth on the same spot (back of my lower leg, just right above my heel) which she knew her force and repeat movement targeting on only this spot would create sharp pain for me. She kept forcing on the sane sensitive spot for so long that I sweat because I tried to tolerate the sharp pain. I knew she was upset and she did it on purpose for revenge. Please stay away from Michelle

June

Best spa experience! The spa is huge, with 7 sauna rooms and many lounge areas for you to relax in. The entire place is very luxurious and very clean, with staff diligently cleaning all areas frequently. Admission cost also includes access to the jacuzzi (separated by men/women), gym and computer room. The food court area also has a great selection of food at reasonable prices. You also have the option to rent board games, and they have a huge book shelf if you’d prefer to read. You can also book massages ahead of time to add to the experience. All transactions are recorded through a bracelet you receive to tap during your stay and payment is made at the very end, which is very convenient! Overall this was a wonderful relaxing getaway that I would recommend anyone to experience! :)

amir Aryaan

This was the worst place ever. Starting from the parking place, to reception, to security and sanitation. After booking our appointment weeks in advance, and having hard time finding the place, we arrived few minutes late. No welcoming faces, we were address with a hand shake as if we are next in line at a service Ontario. We went to check in, they couldn't even find our reservation, although we had text and email from them. After five minutes, she finally found us and we were told we are late! We had to arrive an hour before or message time. As we were trying to explain that we had a reservation and that we only are ten minutes late because we were trying to find parking and the place, I noticed the security guard slowly approaching us from the side. I've never seen anything like this, it felt like being as some foreign country's embassy about to be expedited. As I asked the security why he keeps coming closer to us, he said we sent you a notification to be here an hour earlier, which unless he works as a receptionist, could not be aware of who we are, or what's the story. Long story short, we will never go to this run down place ever gain, and neither should anyone who wants a clean, welcoming and relaxing experience.

Zaid Khatib

The spot is one of the best spas in Canada not just Toronto the staff are very professional and very attentive to all your needs despite itself has all the amenities that you could possibly need and is very well stocked on everything the price is also very reasonable for a full day of relaxation this is by far one of the best experiences you can get I recommend it for anyone

Naomi

Had a great time, massage was cut ten minutes earlier but didn’t bother asking why! Bubble tea was 7/10 compared to cocos or chattime and definitely going back to enjoy the different rooms.

Sara Mai

The cons: No one ever picks up the phone so it's next to impossible to book treatments. There's no such thing as a wait list as well. If you arrive from 7am to 930am, be prepared for a "shift change" and you might be waiting a while to be let in. The cleaning staff do an amazing job and are attentive but aren't fully trained. They couldn't answer a simple question of where to go to get board games. There is more knowledgeable floor staff at National Thrift... You also gotta walk around barefoot as they don't allow you to bring in your own slippers. You can rent tho. Perhaps the service was poor because we didn't come during peak times. Pros: you can spend all day there because it's very luxurious. I had the best sushi roll of my life in the restaurant. Attentive cleaners who work hard. The beds come with chargers and there's free wifi.its the perfect place to chill.

Navan Sidhu

One of the best and most relaxing experiences ever. I had no idea I could spend this long in a spa and feel this relaxed. If you like saunas I definitely recommend. Has a nice luxury feel, and you come out feeling rejuvenated and pampered

Harpreet Kaur

I can't even explain how Heavenly this place is. Anyone reading this don't think just go you will see what you were missing. Best Place and permanent place now on. Every thing was 5 star Staff , Food , Services, Variety they offer of Things just Amazing.

Abeera Mohyuddin

Went here this weekend and was blown away at the service and feel of the entire spa. It was clean, beautiful and had the perfect relaxing atmosphere. We just walked in for general use of the facilities but it was still worth the trip. I would definitely recommend for your next spa day.

Shenika DW

The spa was huge with many different rooms and services to use for a full spa day experience. The only downside is if it’s your first time they don’t show you around to tell you where everything is, they charge you an extra $3 to buy their slippers (can’t use your own slippers and they encourage you to walk around barefoot) and you also have to wear the spa uniform at all time unless in the women only section. It’s a luxury spa but the customer service does not match as it is incredibly hard to book an appointment and when you finally get to the spa they might give you a hassle about your ID and request a $500 deposit hold. Overall, if the customer service was to improve my rating would be higher.

Jen Balido-Cadavez

Finally got to try this place! With entrance fee, you can literally spend the whole day here until 2am! We did use the 2 hour window to leave and come back without penalty. They give you spa wear to wear while in the facility, but we brought swim wear to enjoy the jacuzzi and work our gear to use the gym. Morning was quite quiet which was nice, but later in the evening, it became more busy and people were more chatty. The staff were very attentive and were constantly cleaning. I will be back!

Go Place was a phenomenal experience. The staff was helpful, the location was easy to get to, the environment was tranquil. I went with 6 girlfriends and it is the perfect place to enjoy spending time together and reconnecting. The restaurant was comfortable and trendy. To top it off the food was beautifully presented and delicious. I cannot say enough. Grab your partner, friends or go by yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

L Morgan

I decided to spend my birthday at go place, first glance from the outside wasn't impressive but once you walk in, it's truly a beautiful place. I mentioned it's my birthday and received a 20 min massage chair card and that was amazing! I signed up for a facial/body wrap and went with friends...knowing that we're spending $500 each, a complimentary robe and slippers would be nice, other spa's I've been to includes this especially if you're spending money on other services. Ultimately I was annoyed at first but decided to make the best of it. Food was good and priced well. Another thing that would've been helpful if for first timers to be shown around a little, we wondered around for about an hour trying to figure out where things were. It would be nice to just offer this service. Small changes make a big impact.

It's really hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Let's keep a running count of how many times I've tried: …

I went in today and had some minimal service error, but Tony was the manager who had accommodated us. His service and help was beyond excellent. The customer service and safety concerns at Go Place are commendable. I definitely recommend Go Place to everyone seeking an escape. Tony was excellent, Thank You!!

Shaunak Bhika

Amazing spa experience from start to end. Admission fee very well provides access to all amenities (hot tub, sauna, jade room, volcanic rock room, ice room, agave room, library, lounge area, etc) minus massages and food. Food was delicious same with the teas. Massage was phenomenal. Highly recommend booking the deep tissue massage with the registered massage therapist. Ambience is very relaxing. Best part that this place is 24/7 to chill and lay back.

Anna Nguyen

Very clean & organized system they have. There was always someone cleaning and sanitizing whenever someone left one of the lounge chairs. Very big and spacious. Great spot to relax and rest with friends

Cheryl Ferrer

Loved it! My husband and I came for some relaxing time and it's exactly what we got! We love all the different sauna rooms, that was something different.

Cindy L

Overall pretty chill, price is kinda steep but you spend quite some time here especially if you go with a large group! There’s food (which isn’t super inflated), computer rooms (ppl bring their own computers too), books & games (that you can rent), the jacuzzi and sauna is gender only, the RMT massage is $110 vs the regular one is $90 (but should reserve either or, if you decide to do it), the rooms are cool too, there was a gym & pool table too!! Kinda annoying if it’s busy, cuz the rooms fill up quickly!! Also everything is so aesthetic too!!Overall pretty chill, would I go again? Probably not, it’s a good 1 time experience!

Yasmin

Loved my experience at Go Place, very clean facility and lots of space to relax. Enjoyed a workout at the gym before trying out all the hot/cold rooms, they even have a women's only little jacuzzi area + sauna which is appreciated.

Sergei Andriesh

Gorgeous place but some staff personnel are a little bit rude, hence the 4 star rating

Alex “Lozo” Lozowskij

A truly unique and luxurious place to go to relax. Yes it can be challenging to book any service beyond the general admission but even that was so incredible. There are some rules you should be aware of, such as you must wear the pyjamas provided or rent a robe so you can wear your swimsuit. The Jacuzzis are segregated by gender but the saunas are not. The food is really good, but there is no alcohol it is all structured around being healthy and enjoying the different sauna rooms. My girlfriend and I both fully enjoyed it, it is open 24/7 and if you need to stay past 2 am you can sleep over for $15. A really great place, I recommend it to everyone now and I will go again.

Anh Pham

I had the best time here. It is clean and it definitelyfelt like you're at a resort. However, the only downfall is trying to get a hold of someone from the receptionist or the booking desk. Is there a way we can contact someone? I need to cancel my appointment for this Sunday and request a different service. Thank you!

Shannon Lee

RMT Walmar was great.

Chidi Ibeson

Worth Every Single PENNY!!! Its like a Black Hole you have no clue where the time went. Relaxation and stress relief guaranteed!!!!

Nadia Quinlan

Had a relaxing night. Open 24hrs. Sauna and baths $60 entry. Food , massages and fascial extra.

James Lee

went during jan 3rd and noone was wearing masks in the spa and shower area. It was too crowded that i had to wait for jaccuzzi and saunas. Service was bad compared to previous experience. Overall service, quality, management all fell below after covid. Safety seemed lacking too. Not enough sanitizers and staffs cleaning common areas.

Niro Tham

Really relaxing vibe for a very decent price. You can stay here as long as you like and you have all the necessary accommodations to do so. Food, water, sleeping area, sauna room, jade room, salt room, volcanic rock room ( hottest room they offer) an ice room to cool off afterwards and a yoga room.

I had a horrible experience, I made a reservation almost a month ago, they never called me or emailed me to give me the instruction that I have to be there an hour early. A day before my appointment I called them 3 times and emailed twice, no response. 1 hour before my appointment I've received a text message saying" Your appt at Go Place Club 東方匯 is on Fri, 3/4 4:30pm. See you then! (Please no replies to this message)" They never mentioned to be there an hour early, not even when I was making the reservation. I arrived 8 minutes late and they already gave my appointment to somebody else. I told them I was not aware that I have to be here 1 hour early to get a massage, they didn't even apologize for the lack of communication. Their staff seemed careless. Poor customer service! Poor management. This is what happens when they get busy and make so much money, they forget about customer service, they don't care about their clients or customers anymore! I will never go to this place again. There are so many better options in downtown Toronto.

Great experience. Excellent service. Specially Danny ( floor Manager, must be), his hospitality and helping hand and guidance made our first visit an excellent memory. Wish I could rate above 5. Keep it up and good work. ????????????

I visited this place on a Saturday with my hubby and another couple. Now im rating this a 5 star even though the check for women was ridiculously busy even with an appointment made and just chaos to check in. But once we got all that over with it was completely worth it. This place is very clean, and staff are very friendly. If your looking to just relax and enjoy a couple of hrs it's $60 for entrance. You can always add on a massage or facial but that additional cost and they have many different packages and different cost for all budgets. Massages and facials should always be booked before coming in. Also it's hard to get a hold of them on the phone during the weekends so if your in the area I would just stop in to make one. Now there is food and drinks ,they are extra cost but worth it. Drinks are super fresh. Food was amazing and also very fresh. I recommend this place to everyone in need of just some quiet ,zen time.

One of the nicest places for a relaxing day at the spa. Make sure to download their app for an additional discount. Highly recommend this place!

The spa is large and spacious. The staff are all friendly and service is top notch. Soap and shampoo provided with excellent rain showers. Change rooms have a steam room, hot tubs, and lounge chairs. Lockers to store your belongings. 4 saunas ranging in temperature and contain varied crystals perfect for a day to relax and relieve stress. Go Place also has an in-house restaurant that serves hot food, snacks, and beverages. Perfect for a day trip to a morning routine.

This spa is an amazing alternative to anything downtown Toronto, and the cost is also very comfortable. I went alone for my birthday and I cannot recommend that enough. As a busy mom, I rarely get any quiet time and this is exactly what I needed. I also booked a one hour RMT massage and I was incredibly impressed with my masseuse, her name was Sally. If you are looking for a very good deep tissue massage, I HIGHLY recommend requesting her. Her pressure was amazing, she kept pretty quiet (I personally don't like talking through a massage) and she had some recommendations at the end of my treatment that I had no idea about! I'm giving the spa 5 stars mainly because of her service. Besides the massage, the atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. The therapy rooms were amazing and very clean. The food was okay, not much to it but nice to have the option there. The staff were helpful and most importantly, everything was very clean! I definitely recommend doing it alone but I will most definitely be going back with some girlfriends to share the enjoyment!

Really enjoyed my time here. I was here for 5 hours probably and It was very relaxed. Bring a book or tablet with you to read and relax. I tried all their saunas and they are pretty good. …

Love this place. Super clean and definitely got to destress. The staff are amazing and the RMTs are so professional. It does get busy especially if you want to use a specific room so it's worth going there for the whole day. Definitely going back again. Some food items are expensive though and had to pay for slippers unless you want to walk around barefoot.

High end spa ?!?! if this were a high end spa they wouldn’t be so limited on their services and also wouldn’t be stand offish to customers. There are plenty of spas in Toronto that are much better service wide and customer services wide I came across this place a few months ago and wanted the pandemic to die down before myself and my husband went. Today, I emailed them about massages in the building and they had stated they are fully booked and I’m welcome to use the spa facilities if I still want to, which I didn’t mind. I am aware they have relax rooms and such and was willing to spend money at other facilities they have such as the restaurant, etc at the spa while my husband enjoyed the other facilities. I am currently pregnant and I have never received such unwelcoming discrimination with services. When asked about what services I can enjoy as I am pregnant. They suggested I stay home because The floors in the change room are wet and they don’t want me to risk a fall and hurt myself and the baby. It was like they were avoiding a lawsuit.. pregnant folks and anyone prone to slipping please don’t waste your money here. It is not our fault if this “high end” spa cannot mop the floors and keep guests safe. Not to mention, accommodate pregnant women. If I could give them a lower rating I would. Garbage customer service. I called them and left a voicemail as no one picks up the desk phone which is why I opted to follow up with an email. Thanks for the congratulations but I’m completely fine without it. I’ll be making a trip to elm wood spa instead where they don’t treat their customers like broken people and can keep up with safety standards.

Really nice facilities. However, make sure you ask for an itemized receipt because a service charge (12%) is automatically included in the bill. The payment asks for additional tip at the end of payment. The cashier did not inform us of additional service fee. So if you do not review your invoice, you may be double tipping.

Go place is place you should go and relax , however that wasn't the case i had experienced Friday feb 25,22.... I am very much impressed by cleanliness, workers hospitality, organized . However spa should be little more quite , people was yelling, talking loudly, no respect to others spaces. I was really disappointed... unfortunately what my expectations from spa wasn't there . Being quite ,relaxing .. when i come out i felt more annoyed by the fact workers didn't say anything to people who is being loud.. too bad i will not go back again

It was unfortunate the speciality rooms were closed however everything available during lockdown restrictions were amazing. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. Most importantly, clean.

Great experience. Would definitely recommend. You gotta try it at least once. So upscale, so clean. Great first date spot… food… cool rooms….. try it!!!! I’m a pretty tough critic but honestly this place was absolutely extravagant. It ends up being about 80$ per person all in- for free-roam and a small sushi roll order. But it’s quite worth it. You can come here to read a book or surf on your laptop. Pretty great and it’s 24h. Considering taking my girlfriends here for Christmas!

Its a nice atmosphere. Good food. I just didn't like how the staff isn't very friendly at times. Seems like alot of money grabbing too. They say that the fee is $60/person but you end up paying near 90 if you include the gratuity tips they add and tax. I probably won't go back unless I have money to waste.

Where to start? If 6 stars would be possible, it would be! Did not know this place, everything is over perfect. The place is clean, welcoming, comfortable, the staff really cares, this is uge, the food is good, the price is amazing. Did not have any massage but next time for sure. Open 24h. We spent 7h there and I have nothing negative to say. This is a must. Thanks to the amazing staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful spa, and amazing customer service. The food and drink are delicious and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they don't enforce a relaxing atmosphere. When we arrived at 10am Saturday morning, it was so calm and peaceful, but after lunch the place really started to fill up. By 3pm there were just way too many people, and many of them were big noisey groups. I think certain spaces should be designated for quiet, like they have at the Scandinave or Nordic spas. They also need to cap the number of people allowed it at one time, there was a looong line up for the showers and bathroom by 5pm.

Fazl Molana

Great place to spend an entire day relaxing and enjoying the saunas. I would've preferred if the saunas were hotter but the massages, food and overall experience are well worth it.
