For a clean fade and professional service I’d highly recommend asking for John when you walk in. He’s been my go to barber since I’ve started going to the shop and his cuts leave me feeling like a badmon when I walk out. If you wanna feel better about yourself, get a cut from John and you won’t regret it.

He always makes you feel comfortable and tries everything in his power to try and make your haircut exactly what you envision it to be. Would highly recommend. Got a hair cut from a guy wearing raptors hat and he kept my hair on the right side the whole time then when I washed my hair it was uneven and I told him only trim the top a little then he goes all out cutting it extremely short and the left side is uneven gotta go bald because of this and had to pay 20$ for a messed up cut

I wanted a short, quasi military haircut, passing by this place I saw some customers having something similar. I have mostly gone to hair saloons but this one was a barber shop and for some reason I find them intimidating. I came in and sat at JAYROOLL's chair, he asked me what do I wanted and he proceeded as such. I noticed all his tools, cans, brushes and accessories were neatly organized and aligned in his shelf which tells me he's an organized person. I observed another barber across Jayrooll, short African-Canadian, whom did two customers while I was getting my cut: they looked fine to me but I REALLY APPRECIATED Jayrooll taking his time doing his stuff, I was in no hurry at all and I actually totally enjoyed the scalp massage with his clipper. I noticed his haircut was methodical and progressive, I was looking for a flaw, a line or a cut out of place but he did a superb job. I was more than satisfied. This barber place specializes in Hispanic style haircuts, you know, like those of hip hop/reggaeton singers that have featured cuts to shape the hairline, really short almost bald cuts and I guess if you want to go fancy and want to have a maze or a logo done in your head, these guys can easily please you. If you are into barbers shops or want to try one for a change, I totally recommend you to come here, located on the northwest corner of EGLINTON WEST and DUFFERIN, just beside the shoppers drug mart. They close at 8pm. Ask for Jayrooll if you want a professional and satisfying haircut

Went in for a shape up last minute before a trip and Barber Moses (I think he also goes by Mosa) made sure to fit me into his busy schedule. Even though it was only a shape up/trim it had me feeling like it was a fresh new haircut. Never felt a sense of being "rushed" even though it was a last minute appointment. Took great care and attention to detail while also keeping a very entertaining conversation. Phenomenal job. Thanks again Barber Mosa.

If you are looking for a cut in the city I suggest going to Barber Moses. He always gives amazing haircuts, always thoughtful, takes his time to detail his work so you can always look fresh when you head out the door. Every time when I get a cut from Moses I feel comfortable having him as my barber compare to other barbers I have been to. Overall he provides 10 out 10 service, cuts, and details.

Please read the reviews and you'll know who to avoid. It was my first time getting a haircut there. Knowing this was the place where most youths would get theirs, i decided to take the risk - which i soon regret. I had the worst experience from the barber with a large G-clef symbol (musical note) tattoo on his shoulder in my entire life. Please avoid him at all cost - literally, he doesn't deserve a dollar. I hope they retrain or suspend him for not knowing how to fade, blend, layer, trim and has no clue what a proper barber's cut is. I tried to explain the cut i wanted in simple terms - barber's cut with clean medium fade sides comb over. But still, he was clueless until I showed him a picture which he gazed and simply nodded. He ruined my hair by roughly grazing the clippers against my head until I've noticed there was blood on my hairline, uneven cuts, no symmetry, no attention to detail or preferences. It was only when i told him to cut it all off to save my hair. The end product was completely far off from what we agreed to upon. Only to be told that it was my hair that was the problem. It was frustrating and i am truly disappointed. I ended up with something i have to endure. I am certain that some of them are amazing barbers with great attention to detail unlike the one who cut my hair. I should've decided to wait for the other barbers who had 2 or 3 customers in line which my barber looked like he was sitting all day on his phone. I'll only come back to this barbershop and wait in line rather than being serviced by that unprofessional. There was no "elegance" during my experience

Great location, shop is clean and well laid out compare to other shops on Eglinton. kid friendly, PlayStation to keep them entertained. Free wifi . The Barber's here are attentive to every detail to ensure your haircut is just right. I usually go to Franky for the perfect cut.

First of all first time there everybody there was waiting for someone named Franky. I didn't get Franky I got the guy nobody wanted to go to who was free. Must have been the short black guy the other person was talking about in their review. He didn't do what I asked for at all. Leaving the place I wanted to cry. The cut was horrible and later had to fix it by cutting it again somewhere else. Plus got charged $20 for a cut I didn't want or asked for he did it his way. Now to be fair my son got someone else he did a fine job. Did exactly what I asked for. For him I'd give a 4 star. He was fast and friendly. But for the wrong cut and how long it's going to take to grow back and the price for something I could have done at home for free yeah 1 star.

As a male with thinning hair I only trust a few barbers in the city to cut my hair and beard. Cruz is definitely one of those barbers. My beard is one of the most important features I care about and his attention to detail in ensuring it is done right is impeccable. So i needed a haircut but didnt know where to go my two sons recomend this place so i went. I just needed to fade the sides a little bit then make it longer as you go to the top. He did fade the sides but the rest was a desaster. I came home and had to put a wig on and it looks like its going to be a while before i can wear my natural hair again. I will go back to the barber shop but that guy could never touch my hair again. Thats the guy with the tattoo on his arm. Please ladys stay away from him.

So I liked the way the guy cut my hair, but after he was done I felt a little sting around my forhead near my hairline, so thought "It must be because of the blade since I have sensitive skin" so I went home, took a shower and I felt the burning sensation was getting worst!!, way much then before!!
