My aesthetician arrived on time, was polite, professional and efficient! I felt like I was at the salon except I was sitting on my couch and I didn’t have to go anywhere after. Plus she did a fabulous job!

I made a booking with them for a family member’s special bachelorette day. It was all via messaging. They don’t provide any kind of confirmation, so as a precaution I emailed them a week prior reiterating all my details to which they replied and confirmed. The day of I get a call 20 minutes before the scheduled appointments (for an entire group of women) that they had to cancel. They also only scheduled us for one person! People flew in for a spa bachelorette, that was the core of our day together. They showed up 2 hours late, at which point most of the party had to go to dinner to hold our reservation. We squeezed and rushed in the bride only. In my opinion this business must be a scam from how they dealt with me, don’t trust them at all. I couldn’t have been more clear with what I booked and it was a complete disaster dealing with them. It’d be one thing if this was a standard appointment, but this was a really significant event.

I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance which they agreed for the time. My appointment was at 2:30 and had 4 people waiting at my house they did not show up until 6:40 and when they came they had no colours to choose from. I got my nails done and it started getting dark the nail tech didn't do a good job as she said she couldn't see. My nails look horrible and I have a photo shoot coming up.Will never do business with them again not professional and I even texted the boss as I would like them to be done I paid a lot she did not reply. Very sad

Never respond to messages. Make fake appointments for you. Make you wait , not knowing if they are coming. Then they cancel on you last minute!!! Worst customer service. Rude no manners. Waste of your time.

We tried to book this spa for a special event. They tried to cancel 20 minutes before with different excuses that didn't add up. In the end someone showed up late and was only able to give a manicure to one of the girls. Very disappointing.

What a wonderful afternoon! We used Dream Spa Mobile for a small outside 50th birthday celebration. They were lovely, professional, and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Really great service and good price! I was able to get my biogel manicure at home. They are very professional and meticulous with how my nails looked. excellent!!
