Took a chance leaving my go-to salon because I stopped being as pleased with the services- not only did Dazzle provide me with the most incredible service I have ever received, they're also in a way more convenient location. I walked into a clean and positive environment, was welcomed and seated in an timely manner, received a complimentary water bottle, and overall received great results. 10/10 I would recommend and will be going back myself when due for another mani-pedi.

Yesterday I tried Dazzle Nails for the first time to switch up my regular routine. Ellie was so sweet and super attentive to my nail shape. Ann was also very chatty and kind and was able to fit me in last minute. The girls here take their time with their craft and i am so happy with the results. Place was clean and decorated like a high scale place.There are 2 TVs which is nice for people who are getting different services. Thank you, girls!!

The second I walked into this spa, I knew I would come back for more. The staff are extremely welcoming and I felt comfortable right away! I received UV gel nails from Ann, the amazing and extremely talented owner of the spa. She actually talked to me while doing my nails, and answered any questions I had in detail. I would recommend this nail salon a thousand times over. This place is truly a hidden gem!!

This place is amazing. The customer service is exceptional. Right when you go in, they welcome you with a smile. Ann, Ellie, Kimmy and Kim helped me a lot today. I came here for my 16 birthday to get my nails done. They did a really good job. The salon was super clean and pretty looking. Its a little pricey but the service was nice. They are good at designs such as marble and flowers. So this salon is worth it for special occasions more instead of everyday nails.

It had been YEARS since I had gotten a manicure and I'm so happy that I did my research and found Dazzle | nailspa. I've been going here since the summer and every visit has been amazing! Ann, Ellie, and Kimmy are the best and have done an exceptional job making me feel welcomed and comfortable. I've done bio gel manicures (Ann, Ellie, and Kimmy), a pedicure (Ellie) and lash extensions (Ann) and all services have exceeded my expectations. There is a genuine care that is demonstrated for each client that comes through the doors and all of the girls are meticulous is in what it is that they do (photo of current manicure to come).

I've been going to Dazzle for about 3 months, after trying nearly every single nail spa in the area for years. I've had bio gel nails for 5 years and have had every quality of service which makes me very particular about what I like when it comes to shape and style. Ann and her team pride themselves on customer service, and rightly so - they are invested in making you happy as a customer and getting to know exactly what you like, and are quick to make honest suggestions for style to ensure that you leave happy. All of the staff are incredibly talented and capable and I look forward to seeing Ellie for a fill as she is so lovely and always has ideas for what look to do next! It's easy to make appointments online and I have never had to wait - Ann has even fit me in an emergency when they were completely booked! In terms of spa cleanliness, Dazzle is pristine - I have never personally encountered anything less than that. Overall, I have and will continue to recommend Dazzle to my friends and family when they're looking for a great service (and they're not an easy bunch to please!) and reasonable prices. I always look forward to my next appointment!!

Wow! What a breathe of fresh air. This place is magical. I was running late and they were very accommodating. Their text message reminders are also fantastic! I liked booking online cause it secures your appointment and that time is yours. There is no waiting around for someone to become available! I got there and had the pleasure of meeting Ann. They took the time and care for my nails. Did exactly as I wanted and recommended a couple of things as well which I had no problems doing! I got Bio Gel on my nails and will grow it out that way. The Bio Gel was 30 seconds to dry. So fast!! They serve tea or water and they even bring it to you. It was an amazing first experience and I cannot wait to continue to get my nails done there as well as other services! Thank you ladies ❤️

Have been there today first time after pandemic.As usual salon and staff impressed me with their way of handling the pandemic, the way they approached their customers and quality service as usual! i wanted to say thank you to owner and staff here handling the preventive measures so effectively. Disinfecting clients hands prior entering to salon ,making everyone wash their hands with soap,measuring temperature on entrance for everyone.It made me feel confident and i am sure not only me but many more customers. The worst place I have ever been to. They did the nail polish on top of my previous one without paying attention it was not completely removed. The polish came off 3 hours after… look at the skin aound the nail! Do you call it manicure ?!!!

This place is so classy The staff are very friendly and I was very comfortable the whole session. As a guy who gets manis and pedis most places will have people laughing and judging but this place was not like that. They have a swimming pool, hot tub and bar in the facility and have many great daily deals that you need to book an appoinment for and I believe that also gives you half off on the pool fee. Over all this was an amazing experience and a great place.

I've been going to Dazzle for a while now, I specifically ask for Kimmy because she is so sweet and does an amazing job on my nails every time. She is on leave currently so I had Kyle yesterday for the first time and he was just as great! I will definitely be asking for him while Kimmy is away :)

Worst experience in a nail salon ever yet. I usually don't take time out my schedule to write a review but others must be aware of this salon. Owner is not respectful of customers time or well being. She is very unprofessional on the phone and in person. Cleanliness was not exactly what I would call good or acceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere. Owner considers an honest opinion with no profanity to be verbal abuse. But really it was just poor customer service on her part*** I've taken more time to reiterate how rude the owner of this business was. There was no attitude, she did not schedule my appointment correctly. I hope her attitude has changed towards honest criticism without taking it as verbal abuse. ~ in fact it's a joke she reverted to that as an excuse for her behavior. Very unprofessional.

i went to this salon for the first time today because one of my good friends recommended it to me. thank god she did, because my nails have never looked so good. the last salon i went to, did a very poor job and i was very unhappy. i explained to dazzle that i wanted a whole different shape and colour and they gave me exactly what i wanted. all the girls were so nice and the quality of my full set was amazing. i would recommend this salon to anyone. 10/10 i will be coming back and making this my regular nail spot.

I’ve gone twice to do UV gel refills. This is by far the most professional nail salon I’ve been to. The first thing they do when you enter is offer tea or water, and make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend this place, you’ll never be disappointed.

The moment I walked into this salon I was immersed in a peaceful, respectful calming realm. I was greeted with smiles and they took my phone and cleaned it, sanitized my hands and directed me to wash my hands and seated. They assessed the work done previously and suggested things that I may like to do. Everyone who works there has a passion for their art and is respectful to all their customers. Overall My experience was amazing and I have definitely made this my new Nail salon, no matter where I am in the city. Thanks guys !!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon! So many services and great customer service. Ann is great! She’s always so accommodating and is always able to squeeze me in when I need a nail fixed or have an event coming or need eyelash extension refills. Speaking of eyelash extensions!! Best ones I’ve had, Ann took her time and was very gentle. My lashes look so natural, I’ve received so many compliments and they’ve lasted me such a long time without refills yet. Usually when I get my eyelashes done they start to fall off but Ann has like the magic touch, I’ve washed my face and rubbed my eyes accidentally and my eyelashes still look full. Would 110% recommend this place!!

This is my favourite place to get my nails done. The ladies are all very professional, friendly, the place is super clean, and they do GREAT nails that I find last longer and look better than other nail salons in the area. I feel very comfortable getting my nails done here because of all the Covid measures and precautions they take (checking temperature, plexiglass, sanitization). My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner!

First place in my 20 years of getting a new set of nails done, that I was 100% happy with them without having to give direction to my nail tech (Jessica). Plus the staff are so warm and friendly. They greet you by name and make you feel welcome. I can hardly wait for them to reopen so my hands and feet can be beautiful again! I recommend this place for new sets and I go somewhere else for refills.

I booked an appointment for my nails for my wedding and let me just say they exceeded my expectations. They pampered me to the max, and the nail technicians were so nice and accommodating. They made me feel very special and the work they did was amazing! I did my nails the day before my wedding during covid, and I was insanely stressed, but I’m so glad I went to dazzle nail spa because I left relaxed, excited, and very happy with their service. I came here for a pedicure and manicure. The staff are very sociable and friendly, but I was not too happy with the quality of my manicure. It was done too far from the cuticle, so it looked like my manicure was already 1-2 weeks old. Also, there were air bubbles on almost all my nails (My pedicure nail polish turned out smooth, so must have just been their technique on the hands). It also took EXTREMELY long.. I think almost 3 hours just for a manicure and pedicure. As I said, the staff are very nice, but I am just being truthful about the services I received.

The BEST NAIL SALON IN TORONTO. I have been going ti Dazzle nail salon for over a year and they have the bedt staff ever. Namcy, Jessica, Trinh…. All the girls are so organized and friendly. The salon is always very clean and COMFORTABLE. The SIGNATURE PEDICURE is the best. I go there almost every 3 weeks. Do visit if you want good service and products ????

I love Dazzle nail spa. It is my go to place to get my nails done. I love getting my nails done but am crazy picky when it comes to the place. Dazzle is clean and looks amazing. It's my get away paradise. The energy is always good and Ann and the staff are amazing. She is so attentive to detail and takes her time to get to know you and tailors her nail advice specifically to your needs. I love this place so much and would recommend it to everyone. Its the perfect place for a group spa day or if your just looking to pamper yourself Ann will ensure you are taken care of. N Ellie and Ann are amazing -I have had both give me perfect manicures and I will always go back. This was my first time and was so excited to go! The customer service from the owner was very unprofessional and I would not waste your time going to the salon. This place is not detailed when it comes to the services they offer. I got a gel refill and it ended up costing close to getting a full set which was shocking. They charge for nail shaping (which is odd) and I also found them not to take criticism well, which ended with the owner giving me attitude in an email. Also, Jessica is very talented and an amazing nail tech/artist and she did my nails beautifully. If you do visit, go to her!!

My first time and dazzle nail spa and definitely not my last. They were very accommodating in helping set up the perfect bridal party experience for my sister. They gave us a private booking, and decorated with balloons, roses and snacks. Although we were a larger group, they were able to make sure that we were all taken care of in a timely manner. Ellie did my manicure. She did an incredible job, and made sure I was completely satisfied. However, I can say of the behalf of the rest of the group that along with Ellie, Kimmy and Ann were also amazing in the services they provided. They were great in communicating and made us all feel very welcome. One week later, and my mani/pedi still looks as if it was just done! I only have great things to say about this place, and I cannot wait for my next visit.

I had a great experience yesterday! I was greeted by a friendly staff and the entire ambience of the shop was calm and relaxing. It was my first time there and I had my session with Trinh for my pedicure. She is absolutely fantastic! She is patient, precise, attentive and thorough. I was smiling at my feet and wiggling my toes at the end of my session. Definitely will be returning!
