Edited June 2019: Recently did the Hydrofacial, it was awesome. They're able to tailor the treatment to your skin concerns (mine was wrinkles/brightness/acne) & the results are immediate, although you can't wear makeup for a few hours afterward. I thought I was taking a risk booking mine the day before an interview but turned out fantastic and gave me a huge confidence boost. Highly recommend for smoooth, glowing skin.

I love this place. It’s a one stop shop for all my needs. Originally purchased an unlimited lower body lazer package. The treatments have literally ‘shaved’ my shower time in half. Glad to see all the good reviews, unfortunately it wasn't a great experience for me. I had laser hair removal treatment here a few years ago. I signed up for 18 months but only completed about 12 due to being burned badly. The service was great until my 12th treatment, they increased the power of the laser and i was burned so bad all over the front of my chest and stomach I nearly needed to go to the hospital I was in so much pain. I received an email the next day with an apology for burning me which was great, but months and years later no follow up after that to see if I had healed. The doctor never reached out at all. I was just forgotten about. I'm sure I'm just the unlucky one as i see there are lots of great reviews for this place on google but thought I should let people know my experience. Edit: Response to below - I was not slightly tanned -The laser was increased not decreased -A thorough explanation was not given to me for treatment. -I had no follow up visits after being burned by the laser -I was not contacted several times about my recovery. I felt valued up until the multiple burns, thank you for your time. I appreciate your response.

I really like coming here every time even though laser hair removal hurts so much. The staff are so, so friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. In the beginning, they'll tell you laser doesn't hurt so you buy the product, which is a silly sales pitch. It will indeed hurt, but it also does work. And they can give you different creams and ointments to help with the pain. Well worth it, in my experience.

The response to Anna/iSweet complaint does not address her concerns. The statement mainly reflected how she paid promo and $13 down payment, systematically discriminating her even further. No mention of the word 'wow' by Sylvia and her lack of explanation during procedure, so as to make the patient and family feel even more comfortable. It is obvious there's a cultural issue here which is the reason why the customer would have been treated accordingly; so as to close the cultural gap. Defending the clinic or staffs does not seem like the best practice in this age and time. Acknowledging concerns and promise to do better would have been more professional. Managment practice always reflect on staffs, obviously. Well, I'm just here to read reviews and to make my decision on where to go for service. I hope other people sees your statement and read between the lines.

The procedure for removing your fat from the back does not work. Be aware that when you come in for the first appointment you will not learn anything about procedure and a contract they will make you sign to release them from any liability for wrong doing. The actual procedure does not remove fat. They will tell you to return in 4 months so that you are not able to claim amount from credit card company. When they take photos they make you lift your hands and so no fat shows from the start. It is a deceitful practice Avoid this place at all costs

I made a appointment for 3 at CML Toronto location, as soon as we step in, i felt right away that we are not welcome to this clinic, I’m thinking to walkout but I put in $40 deposit.After we filled up the consent form, the person name Sylvia called my mom first, when she saw my mom she was surprised and said “WOW” everyone heard what she said, she thinks we don’t understand english, i look at my mom, “this is discrimination”, my mom is 71 yrs old, she’s been through medical issues we just want to give her a treat to have an aquapure facial so Sylvia assess her skin and give her an attitude, I told Sylvia what my mom’s medical condition and I understand that she can’t do the Aquapure facial because of the machine has electro something so I said it’s okay. Communication issues, she doesn’t even explain to us what she was doing. If I don’t ask she not going to say anything. The receptionists, Sylvia and the dark skin woman are very sarcastic the way they talk to us and at the end of the treatment they’re is offering this $89 per month. CML toronto location should send there employee for a training how to treat a customer in a multicultural environment. And how to respect and treat elderly people. don’t judge people. Overall we are not satisfied and disappointed with the customer service we experienced in this clinic. We felt discriminated. I need an answer from the head office of Canada Medlaser.

I started my 2 year laser hair removal treatment for my face in late 2017 & I’ve seen wonderful results. I suffer from PCOS, so had very heavy facial hair growth. Even when I shaved in the morning, I would get five-o’clock shadow by evening. Since day one Mabel has been very helpful & straight forward. She told me that it would take me extra time & I might have to keep doing laser because of my PCOS. It took me about 8 months to see noticeable difference. I can now go without shaving for about 10 - 12 days, whereas before I was shaving daily or sometimes twice if I had to go somewhere at night. My dark spots caused by the hair has also decreased & my skin feels a lot softer as well. The very few hairs that come out now are very fine & light in color. This is the first time in 11 years that I don’t have to worry about removing hair out of my face every single morning & believe me it was very stressful & hectic. I couldn’t have been more happier with the results. All thanks to Mabel & Canada MedLaser Clinic! I rarely write reviews, but this time decided to share my experience as it was truly an extraordinary one. Firstly, the aestheticians (Margarita and Alla) are highly professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant (unlike other places which I was pressured to purchase more treatments that I actually did not need, the girls were honest about treatments that were not suitable for me). The place itself is VERY aesthetically pleasing and clean (they even offer disposable booties to put on my Uggs to keep the place extra clean in the winter) . I have been to many spas, salons, etc. and I can honestly say that I highly enjoyed my visits and the treatment I received- a true relaxation experience. Lastly, which is probably a priority in choosing a medical spa, is that they deliver results. I purchased laser hair removal in the past from other places and completed many treatments (more than what initially was recommended) and the results were below my expectations. This time around, I completed much LESS treatments and the results are AMAZING. Prices in Canada MedLaser are very reasonable. I referred many of my friends and so far I received a very positive feedback.

I got Brazilian laser hair removal done with Mabel, and she has been excellent. My laser hair removal started pre-covid and had to pause due to the pandemic, but the team has been wonderful with honouring my year-long unlimited laser hair package. In case anyone is considering laser hair removal (especially Brazilian), I 100% recommend it. I have tan/darker skin and the laser works absolutely great. The treatment will not only thin out your hair, but it will greatly reduce the volume of it, get rid of ingrowns, and slow down any hair growth (if you have any). Mabel is excellent at making you feel comfortable during the procedure. It does hurt, but it takes less than a minute to complete so it’s worth the temporary pain.

I have been going to Canada med laser for photo rejuvenation and chemical peels for over a year and have seen an improvement to my skin pigmentation. I've been to many med spas in yorkville for almost 10 years, but this place is very clean, organized (love them for using the mind body app and email reminders), with a very professional staff and well priced. They don't try to wring money out of you and are focused on results. I love that they have a results guarantee, and they took photos to track progress. The Director Margarita is very knowledgable and professional. Edit May 2018: my acne has cleared up (I wasn’t being treated for acne), my skin tone is so even and smooth. I get compliments constantly. I am very happy with them! They are moving soon further away and will check out their new venue to decide to continue with them or not.

I went to this clinic to get coolsculpting for my outer thighs and was very disappointed with the results and service. The clinic recommends two treatments. When I went for the first evaluation, I was told that only one was necessary based on the state on my outer thighs. The results were unsatisfactory, so the clinic agreed to provide a second one with a 35% discount and that after 2.5 months, if there were no result, I would get a 3rd treatment free of charge. These are the before/after pictures the clinic provided after 2.5 month (please note that I even lost weight during this period). I told them that I was unsatisfied with the results and wanted the 3rd treatment free of charge. The clinic answered that they considered these results as an improvement and they could not possibly send a request for a third treatment to head office at this point. Please see the pictures below and judge by yourself if the price of coolsculpting is worth these results.

I opted for the 12 month package(laser for face) that was on offer in January 2021. The initial consultation was conducted via video call. It was comfortable, informative and all my queries were answered. Due to COVID restrictions at the time, I started the laser sessions only in September. For my first appointment, I reached ten minutes in advance to fill out all the necessary forms. As a naturally anxious person in general, it’s safe to say that I was getting more nervous with each passing second. Mabel walked up to me, introduced herself and showed me into a procedure room. And the first thing she asked me was “How are you feeling?” and I just blurted out, “I’m really anxious.” In a calm and extremely friendly manner, she said “I understand but you don’t have to be.” Then she explained about the procedure, what it would feel like and subsequent steps. I finally started to relax and the procedure was over within 30 seconds. She kept asking me if I was feeling okay through it all. After, she let me know the dos and dont’s, booked in my next appointment and pleasantly bid me a good day. I left with a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Now, five sessions in, hair growth has significantly reduced and Mabel is just as calming, efficient and friendly. As it is, undergoing any medical procedure(cosmetic or not) is nerve-wracking. In these surreal times, even more so. But this is easily one of my smartest investments of 2021.

Kayla has been simply phenomenal! I was rather skeptical at first having had a very bad laser experience prior to Canada MedLaser. I came to Kayla with what seemed like an impossible task. I had wanted to remove hair from my underarms, linea and bikini line, but those areas were pretty badly burnt from my first laser experience. At this point, I not only had unwanted hair remaining but pigment from patches of skin being burnt in those areas. Thankfully Kayla was able to help me get rid of that unwanted hair as well as remove the pigment over time. I'm doing a lot better now and have also been getting laser hair removal from my lower legs. Canada MedLaser and all their technicians really know what they're doing and have been fantastic overall!

I absolutely love this place. Clinic is extremely clean and they do a very good job at ensuring covid safety protocols are met. Aside from how clean and pretty this clinic is, the results are absolutely outstanding. I’ve done 3 sessions so far, and after just ONE session I’m not even joking I saw 50% of my hair reduced. They have a policy where if you’re not happy with results after the year package is over you can keep going.. but I can’t see that as even being necessary. Having the guarantee is very comforting though. My skin is light and my hair is black so I am the ideal candidate for laser and maybe that is why my results have been so good. They also use an incredible machine. The prices are definitely pricey but I actually found them to be competitive with other clinics that offer this same machine. Lastly, what makes my experience really the best is Kayla. She is hands down amazing. I had so many anxieties coming in and she is just such an angel. She talks with you through everything that is going on and if she senses that your nervous she makes small talk to get your mind off of everything! I find her extremely through in the actual application of the machine (I never have patches of hair that were missed). She also will make sure that you’re okay in terms of discomfort. She’s honestly great. If I had to pick between the convenient location, cleanliness of spa, AMAZING machine, and Kayla.. Kayla would be the reason I’m going to be here permanently and add more and more services. The rest are a close second though!

I am not a review person, but is would like to write review for Canada MedLaser as I know how difficult it is to find a clinic which really understands your need and helps you with it. There is nothing guaranteed in beauty treatment but if you have right consultant they will tell you realistic goals and not sugar coated stuffs. I love the team here ( I usually go to downtown location and Mabel, Kayla and Toula are my go- to girls). They are very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. They always cared to ask about my feedback and the progress of my treatment. I strongly recommend meeting Mabel for all laser consultation and Kayla for all skincare consultations or Toula if you are looking for honest and genuine consultants.

I bought 2 sessions of their coolsculpting for lower abdomen which costed over $3000 at 50% off! Before I signed the contract they promised to give me a third session if no results were seen after 2 sessions of the same area. After the 2 treatments I saw and felt ZERO difference....they even took pictures which showed ZERO difference...but somehow head office insists there is a slight difference therefore they refuse to give me a third treatment. It also took over >2 months for them to even get back to me...at first they told me to wait for head office to get back to them...I waited a month and didn't hear back at all. I emailed them and they kept on delaying...If I didn't reach out, they would have never replied to me regarding the 3rd treatment. It has gotten to a point that I had to say "does it take over 2 months to review over 4 pictures??", then they finally got back to me, saying there was a difference therefore I don't qualify for the 3rd, but they would give me a 3rd treatment at a discounted rate....why would I even pay more money to do a third treatment if it didn't work at all, and especially that I was promised a third treatment if no difference? It's really just their words of the result so you can't argue with them. I would NOT recommend this place...at least not for coolsculpting for sure! It's a complete waste of money...

Great staff and service! I recently started going to the Mississauga location for laser hair removal. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional they are. I've been seeing Sarah and she's made the whole experience very comfortable. She took the time to explain how everything works and answered all of my concerns. Sarah even followed up with me to make sure that I was doing well after our first appointment. The laser itself is not really painful because of the technology they are using. It really has been a very pleasant experience and I'm glad I decided to go through with it. Can't wait to not have to worry about shaving/waxing and discarding plastic rasors.

Woke up and decided I wanted a self love day but no idea what ... I gave cad med spa a call and Toula assisted me with finding the perfect option -my first aquapure session ! And wow ! Kayla was unreal and walked me through the whole process .. started off with photos analyzing your skin with 3 different kinds of lights ... in doing so I was able to see my awful pores fine lines .. and finally UV light with all damage that will eventually surface .. GULP nerd I say more ?... the session had 10 Different parts targeting all problem .. hydration .. pores .. skin tone .. ect ... best part is she educated on every step and I left feeling like I knew what I should be doing or have to do..go to Kayla now for a skin analysis !!!! I ended up leaving with a chemical package and some product.. can’t forget Mabel and Sylvia who took the time to explain other services offered and be the most pleasant .. not alwYs easy to find good service these days .. thanks ladies and see you soon !

I would advise people strongly against going to this clinic!!.Went for laser hair removal and was left with intense laser burns all over my face at my second session which has now left permanent scaring all over my face!! ..Their staff is untrained and ontop of that the medical director is dishonest and sneaky !! I asked if they would provide me with a treatment option for the scars that are now on my face or a refund of my money ,their only option was to giggle in my face and tell me i should continue treatment because they will not give me a refund even thought it was my second session.I made it clear to them im not comfortable proceeding with treatment at your clinic im not risking getting more burns on my face !!! The part that has angered me the most is after sending them Pics of the burns and the scabs all over my face the medical director Margarita had the nerve to try and downplay it like its normal and they arent burns she claims its just a normal reaction which is a complete lie!!!They are burns. When i went into the office to show her the scars she admitted that with laser hair removal they are burning off a layer of your skin yet at the same time has the nerve to tell me that its not a burn..They are called laser burns for a reason !! The burns were very intense and painful my skin was peeling and scabbing intensley and worst of all it is on my face..
