Horrible unprofessional. First photo is what I asked for second photo is what I got third is the comparison of what she did last time versus this time last time I was happy it was spot in this time was horrible. Unprofessional wouldn’t answer my call for a couple days. She told me to text pictures to the only phone number I had on the card she gave me ; when She told me she received them but told someone else from the family she never did and lied through her teeth. I had 2 people listening on the phone; for all calls when she told me that and they knew she lied . As a consumer i called the next day only twice once when it said my call failed and another when she picked up to discuss the pictures I sent to the only Number available I had Which she told me she got but told other people she didn’t. None of her stories add up. She also said she did me a “favour” when I switched my schedule and appointment I had booked to help her out to get a babysitter and offered the treatment for free. That is her choice for the treatment and turn it around and say she did me a favour that was low and un called for. She was rude, arrogant refused to fix correct the hair when I told her it was brown and blonde and not red and blonde. Wouldn’t refund my money and told me she thought she did a great job and when she does a great job she won’t fix it it’s her policy. She is all about the money. If you want the wrong hair color then I recommend her. Other wise steer clear. She’s not a nice person and takes no accountability for her actions and bad service. I really hope she doesn’t ever do this to another client ever again or she will get a horrible name in hairstyling community and in Woodstock in general from other business owners. If I could give negative 0 stars for her lies, Un professionalism. rudeness, not working with the client when mistakes were made and that she took my money with no intent to actually do my hair like I asked abs deceived me I would but there is no option. I hope she realizes how she treats her clients that know a lot of people looking for hair stylists in the community and grows up and treats clients much better in the future than she did me .
