So, this morning I arrived at my appointment for 10:30. When I walked through the door, the owner said, "may I help you?" Of course, this woman has been doing my nails, now, for over a year
and is acting like she didn't even know me! She was acting very rude and standoffish and in front the other customers there. So, I politely told her that I was there for my appointment and she said, "no, your appointment was earlier this morning." Again, I politely told her that I'd written it down, when we were on the phone together. I've never been late or not called to cancel if needed. She barely acknowledged me and treated me so rudely. I then asked her if she'd like me to go someplace else and she said, "ya." I said, thank you and walked out feeling like a piece of trash! If I'd known she didn't value me as a customer, I would have went elsewhere, long ago. I was always told about the terrible service others had at this busines. A few good friends of mine have left to go elsewhere for the same reason. Many others told me this would happen eventually but I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. This place needs a lesson in customer service. Absolutly appalling! Although, I did have a bad experience there with another employee in the past, I continued going. Anyway, you should be ashamed of how you treat loyal customers but one things for sure, I'll never be back. I'll give my 5 dollar tip to the salon who took me last minute, after you didn't even try to accommodate me for a later time. For whatever the mixup was on your end, I would have waited. Athlough, it was not even my mistake. Was there really any need for such ignorant behavior?? You need to learn kindness and appreciation towards your customers. Customers are the ones that pay your wage and without them, your business would be nothing! You might want to change it before it's too late! I will never recommend this business to anyone. Unless, of course, you want to apologize personally?!
