If there were more stars I would have given them all! I honestly have not received this amazing of customer service from anywhere. They give you the best treatment, make you feel at home and not to mention they work with your schedule. I came with my mother in law here for the first time. Now I’m a regular. The nails last longer, very clean and patient with there work. I would say hands down the best nail shop in Woodstock! Highly recommend anyone new here to the city to come here for there nails!!

Went to get a full set of UV Gel nails on Sun Dec 22. 3 days later 2 nails broke off at the tips. A day later another one broke. Went to get them fixed on Fri Dec 27th and they charged me for fixing the broken nails that clearly werent done properly and tried to blame me for why they broke.. Its now Dec 28th and ANOTHER one broke off at the tip. This is not the first time Ive had my nails done either nor have any of my nails broken off within a week. Dont recommend. Update: Lost another nail Sat Dec 28

This place is beyond amazing Stephanie (owner) and her staff are beyond wonderful. They listen to everything you want and go above and beyond for their clients! If your not huge on fake nails I highly recommend their pedicures they do the best job and leave you feeling relaxed! Couldn't ask for better service and quality! Beyond 5 stars! ????

I recently moved to London from the GTA. I am VERY particular about how I like my nails. I work in Woodstock so luckily coming here is easy as I come after work. But I would definitely make the trip from London if need be. Since the new owners have taken over, friendly nails has been better than ever. Every single time I have stepped foot in that place I am welcomed and made to feel like family. If I am not happy, they will always help me and fix whatever is needed WITHOUT charging. I always have to fight to give them money. Such amazing folks working there. I highly recommend this place. Steph and Elsa = ❤️

I uses to come to this salon religiously although the girl I used to see is gone, I've tried two other people and the work isn't even comparable to the girl I used to see. So disappointed I'm not sure if I'll give them a third chance or not. It took me sooooo long to find this salon and I was so comfortable with the other girl.

Terrible customer service since new ownership. Everybody has an attitude and no respect for customers. Terrible business practices: insisted that I get a fill instead of the colour change I requested since I was short on time. Filled my acrylic set with solar something. Made me wait to do shellac due to her next appointment arriving (even though I already told them I was short on time). Then proceeded to overcharge me for this terrible service !! Honestly they deserve zero stars.

this has nothing to do with their nail work but I once walked in to ask prices to come and get my nails done and it was very overpriced and when I asked the staff had a lot of attitude and was rude and started speaking in their language right in front of me and I found that extremely disrespectful
