The staff was very kind, but the lady who tinted my lashes said she’d leave the product on for 20 minutes and came back in 12..needless to say my eyelashes were NOT tinted

I got the deluxe spa pedicure, this was my first pedicure in years and it was delightful. Very relaxing and clean environment. Will definitely be returning in the future. (My toes really did smell like candy after!)

I go here for everything from hair to nails to massage therapy regularly. I love the staff and no matter what services you choose they are skilled at their work. Been a regular customer for years and love it. Absolutely no complaints. Nothing but high praise.

Went here for the first time today with my daughter and niece! I called earlier in the week to set up an appointment for my nieces birthday. They were super accommodating and were able to squeeze us in for some much needed girl time! The two ladies were super sweet and very welcoming. The lady that did my nails was very thorough and did an amazing job! The other lady that did the two girls (4 & 8 years old) was super patient and engaged in age appropriate conversation with them. Highly recommend this spa!!

I have never been to a facility where the owner is so rude . I have been there twice My first appointment while there I overheard employees talking poorly about a fellow coworker and I was made to feel as if I was imposing on my second appointment like they had somewhere else better to be and she rushed through my appointment. When scheduling my original appointment I was booked with a specific employee and when I arrived I learned I had been switched to another . So unprofessional they sure take the comfort out of “country comfort”.

Beautiful setting and friendly, helpful and professional staff. I don't usually pamper myself and was a little nervous, but the staff were great and I left feeling like a queen!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a quality esthetician or spa services in Woodstock!! Perfect spot for girls night or to pamper your bride squad too. Will be going back!

Support a different local small business. Unfortunately from ownership to the majority of the staff customer service, comfort, and knowledge are lacking. I have never received such poor service from a spa setting - specifically courtesy of the owner. Just rude and obviously irritated by my inquiries and the fact that I didn’t just know all the before and after care. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed enough to reschedule all my maintenance appointments elsewhere after wanting to come to Country Comfort for multiple different on going treatments. It takes a lot for me to leave a review. Go elsewhere and support a kind soul in our community that will treat you with kindness and patience - exactly what you deserve from a spa treatment!

Really disappointing. I was part of a wedding party who chose this salon for our hair and makeup. The staff was snippy with us over little things, completely rushed through us as if we were an inconvenience, and it was very clear that none of these hair stylists should be doing makeup. We were polite about it but after we left, every single bridesmaid took off the makeup they paid for and re-did it themselves. (And looked WAY better). For the fees they charged, they didn't even contour, highlight, or use ANY setting powder/spray. For a wedding party! For the entire day! My own makeup was cakey and separating by the time we left the place. I re-did it in the car. They didn't care at all about our experience - one of the girls bragged to us about being super quick with wedding parties because they did so many. Uh, cool? We could see their customer service improve with the customers coming in after us. Really amateur, definitely find a more professional salon for your event.

Over the past 5 years I have been getting my hair cut at Country Comfort Spa and Aesthetics and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience each time. Jess C. always discusses what I am looking for in my hair cut and ensures I leave happy each time. Recently I have been exploring microderm services and it is such a relaxing experience! It is a great way to get all the dead skin off and feel fresh and rejuvenated! Highly recommend their services.

I went in for a lift and tint the lady who help was great explained everything step by step even told me there was no point in doing a tint as I have very dark lashes, super helpful and saved me money!! Unfortunately she didn't carry on the same kind of service with the person I went with. Didn't explain the process or mention until after it started to burn that it was normal and waited until the appointment was done to tell her that her tint didn't really work cause she is a natural red head and that is a known issues. So take it how you will I got great service my friend did not all from the same lady.
