The people were very nice but the application of acrylic was not well done ei she didn't even put the base coat on my entire natural nail she also clipped my cuticles AFTER ? She laid the acrylic making them last even less time.. this allows the acrylic come up from the nail. You shouldn't need a fill two weeks or even a month later. The way they do their nails are cheap so u have to be more consistent in keeping them up paying more in the long run.

Is there any way I can give more than 5 stars?! I got a Mani Pedi at Chi Chi’s and the price was amazing! Plus, the quality of service and what they did with my nails A+++! Most importantly!!!! They used all sanitized tools and new files! Which you think would be the norm! But, so far the only salon I have been to that uses New Clean tools and files. I believe “mom” did my pedi and oh my god heaven! Nicki did my mani and the designs are WICKED! What a great start to the week! WAY TA GO CHI CHI’S! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time to get started and then my feet were left to soak for 35 minutes before anyone came to work on me. I was an hour and fifty five minutes total. No apology for the time delay or anything. I won’t be going back.

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. After over 30 minutes of them tinting, they showed me but there was barely any change in colour. I explained to them that i was unhappy with them and they said that it was the best they could do because they did not have a darker shade to tint with. They also waxed my eyebrows but after returning home, I saw they missed 2 large portions around them and they left a chunk of wax on me At least they didnt charge for the tint, or lack there of, but I'm very disappointed and will not be returning

Hands down the best nail salon in Woodstock, I switched from another salon to this one about a year ago and would never go back ???? they’re super talented if you ever want designs on your nails. Also the only place I’ve found in this area that does amazing lash extensions

I’ve gone to chi chi a few times now and almost every time I go, they somehow mess up my nails. The first time, the girl made my nail super crooked and I had to get it fixed. They always seem in a hurry and quite often hit my finger with the grinder which is very painful and sometimes it will bleed. I also had two nails break a few days apart. When I got the first one fixed, she used the wrong colour and then the they made the second nail matte when the others are clearly not matte. Also when taking off the old nail, she was very rough with it and it was quite painful. Do not recommend this place to get nails done. Won’t be going back ever again.

We went as a group of 5 for a wedding and it was amazing. I dont get my nails done very often because, honestly, im a baby and its hurts everytime i do it! This place was gentle never once did it hurt at all. My nails look absolutely amazing, it was clean and they were personable and professional! I live about 45 minutes away and I it was worth the drive and I will be making the drive again! 10/10!!!

Everyone is very pleasand however the nail technicians speak very little English so it is not easy to communicate your wishes. I did not see the instruments being cleaned between clients.

Kind employees with very poor hygiene, definitely will not be returning. First pedicure in over 2 years and highly disappointed. Employees walking around with masks off, coffin flies scuttling about, employees leaving nail stations to cash people out (not sanitizing/washing hands before returning to station).. not impressed! Not recommended. Only good part was the leg massage.

Do not go to this salon. I WARNED YOU!! They use terrible cheap products and the nails lift after a day. There is absolutely no customer service here. No one here speaks ENGLISH. Not impressed at all. Took my niece this morning. The woman handed us the polish colours to pick our polish and shortly after (maybe two minutes) another woman came and took them out of our hands and brought them to another customer. While I was getting my nails done another staff came and grabbed my niece and took her to the back without saying anything. Lifted her up into the chair without informing her she was going to touch her body. Then after she was done the woman doing her nails didn’t tell her she was finished (I had to ask) and she had polish on her skin that was not cleaned up. Then I get to the register and was charged extra for a polish that was with all the other polish’s, for which I was never informed there was an additional charge. I’m not impressed at all, I will not be back.

I've been here for acrylics and removal. Both times the staff was impatient, rude and overall didnt listen to what I wanted. When choosing colour, I chose a pink but she came back with the wrong shade, she burnt me twice and criticized my tiny nails. The paint job isn't bad, and it doesn't chip easily. Dont recommend dessigns tho. While removing she just took another nail and pried it off (which really hurt) then shaved off the glue leaving my nails paper thin.

DO NOT get ur eyelashes done here . I got them 2 days ago and they were so big and bulky and stuck together and itching my eyes ! I had to go to another place to have them removed and the CERTIFIED lash tech was shocked. She struggled to remove them because there was so much glue (or contact cement ) . Please do your research before you get lash extentions. My eyes are swollen and itchy now and need time to heal . I never make reviews but this could happen to someone else and its TERRIBLE

Just finished at Chi Chis and oh my gosh never would I expect to have such great service and such skilled technicians in a place like woodstock. I’m from Mississauga so I have pretty high standards but they definitely know what they are doing. Chis little sister kept insisting on making good touch ups and Danny did a great pedicure!

Would never go back again, I’ve been going to chi ever since she opened but recently she has gotten all of her family members working in the store and they have no idea what they are doing. Poor customer service the one lady can’t even speak a word of English! I got a pedicure and she left nail polish all over my toes, was very rough and felt like she was defiantly rushing. Overall not happy and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

From prom nails to every crazy nail idea I’ve had she’s always ALWAYS pulled through for me & have never EVER disappointed me ! The whole staff is so very nice & always greet you with a smile! It’s almost like walking into your second home! Prices are amazing & Chi can do almost ANYTHING! I have visted many salons and am very particular about my nail designs. I LOVED CHICHI`s!!!!! Chi took the extra time to make my nails perfect!! The Staff was very friendly and the prices very fair. I love that the hours include Sunday. And I love the fact that you get a Loyalty Card. Great Salon......you should try!!!! :)

Must say they were great to fit two of us in on short time frame and the service was decent but its not the cleanest of places and the girls jump between clients without washing there hands or using gloves. Prices are wonderful but there is better environment and cleaner establishments in town.

Not from around Woodstock and I don’t usually write reviews but chi chi nails is a big exception. Me and my sister came in to get a full set of arcylics and a pedicure and the staff paid attention to very little crucial details that even places in Mississauga did not do. Amazing salon would definitely recommend! Too bad I’m not from around here lol
