I have been going to Shannon for a couple months now and I cannot recommend her enough! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and I always feel safe during my massage. She goes above and beyond, answers my questions and has helped me make a plan to how to heal an injury and other concerns. Overall atmosphere here is welcoming and peaceful. So happy to have found this place!

I visited Wolseley Wellness for a massage for the first time this morning and left feeling relaxed and refreshed! The receptionist was so kind and my RMT Julie Ringuette was extremely professional and worked all the major areas I asked her too! From RMT to RMT, You gave a wonderful massage Julie, my back neck shoulder tension has melted away!

Had my first visit here with Peter Issak. His focus on fascia tissue really left me feeling less "battered and bruised" than you get sometimes from the RMT's that just dig into the knots with their whole bodies. Peter went over all the muscle components that were affecting me, how various muscle systems are related, and gave me some stretch and strengthening exercises so that I could be the best version of myself. I'd highly recommend Wolseley Wellness, particularly Peter's services. His knowledge and focus on finding the root of the problem is second to none!!

Went in for a 90min massage from peter isaak, left feeling very relaxed. He is very knowledgeable in what areas are affected by different trigger points and very easy to talk to so it makes for a lovely time. Would definitely recommend ????

wolseley wellness is a fantastic and inclusive wellness centre for so many unique needs. whether it’s massage treatment, acupuncture, counselling, or a really cool lymph massage, you’re certain to find what you need. i visited several times and always felt like i was treated with respect, dignity, and my privacy was upheld. i have a service dog that they welcomed with open arms which made me feel even more at ease. the space is filled with local art and tons of beautiful plants. i haven’t gone to any massage clinic as consistently as i have with wolseley wellness!!
