Make sure to ask for Nadia, the treatments are in a clean and positive environment and the staff are professional. Nadia proves there is a difference in massage techniques by her specialized treatments and care to detail.

A group of us came here to get our nails done the day before my friends wedding. The vibe is super relaxing and quiet. Everyone seemed very nice. The price was ridiculously. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure that came to over $100. The pedicure was great but the shellac manicure was mediocre. Didn’t look the greatest, only one of the girls knew how to do designs but didn’t have all the tools to do designs I’ve seen in lower grade salons. I had 3 jewels put on my ring fingers but they all fell off within 24 hours. I didn’t bother going back as the next day was the wedding and there was just no time. The ladies didn’t help much with offering advice and their colour selection was very minimal. Next time we are definitely going somewhere else. 100$ for nails is just ridiculous.

Every time I go it's so relaxing. It is on the costly side but nice to be in a clean environment and be able to book an appointment. Going again on June 6th as long as restrictions are lifted, can't wait!

I’ve gotten microneedling done by Mel and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions and concerns. You can tell that Mel loves what she does, she’s knowledgeable and it shows in her work. I was afraid and questioned what I was getting myself into, but she reassured me that it wouldn’t be painful. I’m so glad I took the plunge, my skin is starting to look much better and I’m so happy to take my journey to beautiful skin with Mel!

Very professional, considerate and friendly staff. The environment of the spa is first rate. I have had other procedures done since and would always go back for all treatments. A trustworthy group.

Just had a pedicure there and it was lovely! The appointment started on time/was efficient, the snacks/tea area was a nice touch, and there were tons of polish selections. The gal who did my toes was very sweet and they turned out perfect. I'll be back!

I have been going to Total Wrapture for a number of years (5 or more) for pedicures. For the most part, the service and work are excellent. However, the last few times, the work has been hit or miss. However, this last time (May2018) the cost of the pedicure was over $60 with tax (even though their website says $52 plus tax). Either way, $60 is just too much. I found a new place last week that did a better job and was $40. Sorry Total Wrapture, you've priced yourselves out of the market for me!

I sent my mother in there for dermaplaning. It was explained on the phone she has dermatitis and put on her file yet she was declined the service because of her condition. A whole day wasted because their staff isnt trained properly. Dont waste your time with this place.

Kara did a great job on my shellac nails! If you want great art nail, ask for Kara. :) Unfortunately from my experience, I received unfair pricing for the service provided (due to the receptionists). I also find that Wrapture charges quite a bit for their services compared to other similar places ????????

Shauna was great !! Salon kind and amazing to customers needs . Shauna down to earth and made me laugh many times . I felt at home here . After my appointment and I was not fully happy with result they reassured me it was normal and booked me a next visit for touch ups that day ! Thanks ladies !!

I have been a client of Total Wrapture MediSpa since 2007 and would never go anywhere else. Today, I would like to speak about Sarah K who is a phenomenal esthetician. She knows exactly what I want and sometimes just need. Some of the services Sarah has done for me includes waxing, pedicures, lash extensions, lash lift & tint. When lash extensions did not work for me Sarah recommended lash lift which I love. I am excited to be booking a new service with Sarah — a vitamin C facial with dermaplaning. Simply stated, Sarah is a blessing to me and I always look forward to our visits.
