I scheduled an appointment here with a friend because there was a work event we had and wanted to get a mani/pedi prior. Because of the late business hours we were able to get appointments with little notice. Love that it's so convenient that way! The services were great and honestly, my total bill was less than other places I would normally have gone to get the same things done. I wish this salon was bigger!

Very kind people I would reccomend to anyone, also the prices are the best and if you break a nail they fix for free! Some places charge to fix a nail. I've tried many places in the city and this is one of the best!

Although the staff is nice, the woman who gave me a pedicure only scrubbed one foot. Literally looked like she used a cheese grater on my foot.... and I waited till the last min right before she was about to paint my toes and I asked her if she was leaving all my toenails jagged. She didn't see the problem till I asked her if I could use the nail file and I fixed them all. When I got home my 2 pinky toes hurt for days!!! She tried to reshape them and cut right into toes. Not a good place for quality service. Woman was clearly not properly trained.

This place used to have satisfactory service but then different owners took over and its garbage service. Went to get a pedicure after the lockdown and it was terrible. They weren't even social distancing the entrance as they made me sit at the front right by the door and people kept coming in standing right in front of me as the front desk is located right there. I had to tell them I need to move cause there's too many people standing right next to me waiting and its unsafe. It's cheap but still not worth it.

My daughter brought me just before mother's day 2021 it has been almost 2 months with shut down and my nails are still on and doing great! Yes they need a fill badly now but they did a fantastic job that lasted!! So impressed ????

So I'm diabetic and CANNOT injure my feet (I cant even feel parts of them btw) and the staff was totally AWESOME about it. My feet are perfect. My gel nails are ABOVE what I expeted. Definitely going back!

This place used to be awesome, my wife loved it and told everyone. It seems to have changed hands, service was terrible, quality of the work was horrible, and they rush everything. A full manicure and pedicure used to take just over an hour, my wife was done in about 30 min and the work was very poor. I think my 5 year old grandaughter could have done a better job. Where they used to really clean all the dead skin off your feet and oil it, they did 1 rub and done. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been here several times after trying many of the local shops. They are always accommodating and professional. They make sure that the supplies and methods are adhered to and my nails last for weeks of hard wear. I won't go anywhere else.

Don’t waste your money on this place. I walked in and I was the only one there to get a mani and pedi and they rush even tho they weren’t busy. I was told the mani will cost me 10 dollars since I’m getting a pedi for 30. When I was all done and it was time to pay they lady charge me extra even tho my total would been just 40+. They didn’t even use the dryer for my feet or nail and she told me it was dry even tho it didn’t look like it. Services was bad same as the final product. Thank you my nails are all smudged.

Extremely slow went with my daughter and my friend we waited an hour to get a pedicure and when they did start the workers kept changing they cut my big toe and got nail polish on my daughter's foot and leg only good thing about them is price they are cheaper then any of the other salons

I live in the inner city and always traveled to gateway/regent area to get my nails done, but today I didn't want to travel far. I will now, always come here because not only are the staff nice and professional, but they also take their time to achieve the best outcome to make the customer(me) happy. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS SALON!! This place is an extreme hit or miss. I'm surprised at their rating and I know they've been around for a very long time. The owners have since changed and service is different. I've been going there for years. It's the first nail salon that I had ever been to and I kept going ever since. But like I said, it's a hit or miss. They never want to lose a client. Never. So even when there's only 3 employees there they will take on 12+ clients. I just went there on Friday (June 7) and it was pretty empty which is the only reason I took the chance to stay. It's convenient because its right across the street from my grandpa's house. There were 4 people working and it soon got super busy to the point where there was no room to sit. They kept taking in clients and the nail tech that was working on my nails got up from her job (me) about 5-10 times to go work on someone else. I don't get pedicures from them anymore because she cuts my nails too short even when I tell her not to and it hurts. I had gone in for a fill but she thinned out the nails so much that they were just bending and breaking. It was terrible. There was nail polish all over my hands and my cuticles. I told her straight up that I wasn't happy with the job and she said to come back. I went back 2 days later with 3 broken nails and she told me that it wasn't her fault because she only took care of my fill. She said it was my old nail salons fault. I told her that she knew that wasn't true. I explained to her that my nails from the old nail salon were good up until I came here. The owners just sat there and let her do all the talking without stepping in. At that point, I just let it be and took the nails off myself just 3 days after getting them done. If you want to come here, I suggest you go in when there's no one there. They rush their jobs when they see that it's getting busy so as not to lose any clients. Take my word for it!! I've been going there since they've opened. An extremely good nail salon to check out is nails 4 you. They're amazing.

Pretty good experience! I have come here to get acrylic nails only on special occasions. Make sure to call head to get an appointment and make sure that you request that they use clean tools and new files because they don't use a medical Autoclave just UV heat sterilizers. The thing that bothers me is that they speak in a language that I don't understand in front of me and It makes me feel super uncomfortable. The other rude thing they do is leave a customer for a long time and end up getting worked on by all the staff not the original staff member who they actually booked with. The service I usually pay for with a tip is usually $55! So the quality is pretty good but very fast. I got full set of acrylics with shellac in less than 45mins. The ladies at the end argue with each other who's doing the shellac nail polish like it not there job and each lady give an attitude when they don't fell like they want to even do it.

I got my nails last saturday , she said me 50 dollars then told me to pay more for one strip which got fall in an hour , i had my nails done here so many time but this time it was soo bad , I called them to schedule to as the colour become dull and the strips fall off , they didn’t scheduled me I called then for 4 consecutive days , I am working lady but all they said is we are full of appointments for morning and noon . So bad , really unsatisfied this time , was a loyal cx . 0 points now for female receptionist . Even i got a little cut .. before they had a good service hope so this was my first and last bad exp with them

This is my new favorite nail salon! Than was super easy to schedule with and was so kind and accommodating when I showed up, even saying good bye by name! My technician was great and friendly, providing a comfortable experience the whole time and easy to talk to about my different requests. The salon over all is very clean and well run with lots of options for services and colors. I will definitely be returning the next time I want my nails done!

went there a couple of times and my nails were done fine but.. went there with my family and the older lady said she’ll do mani and pedi for $35 each for my sister and I. When it was time to pay she charged $60 each instead of the $35each. She kept trying to justify why it was that much and told us she never said she’ll charge $35. Disappointing with the service after that.

Change my review first they rip you off they would say one thing and say they never said it. They would say it cost that much but when we count it’s $20 cheaper. I like one girls do my nails but they would take her away from me she wouldn’t be able take care my nails and make excuses. They do good job but rip offs and cheaters I’m not going back,
