Great experience yesterday when I got my shellac nails done by Alexa! She tried a new technique on my nails, and they turned out great! I love the marble design! I had many compliments on them! Can’t wait for my next appointment just before I go on holidays!

Was referred here. Love it! The girls are great. We often come here for our updos for different weddings and events. Allana is the most brilliant colorist I've ever worked with and she knows just how to cut my hair! Love her!!!

I have been going to this salon for a while now. Unfortunately I will NEVER be going back due to a new girl named Alexa (an apprentice). I had a brazilian wax with her even though I requested the other, experienced, esthetician. During the service I could tell she DID NOT know how to wax my intimate area. She had me in positions that were highly uncomfortable and strange. Not only this, but her personality was very much conceited and arrogant when I asked where the other esthetician is. She then became more aggressive with the pulling in my area. Nevertheless, many hairs were left behind and she took tweezers and punctured my skin!! Ow! It drew blood and she basically said I was all done and that she would meet me upstairs, when cleaning myself up there was much more blood then I thought. Very very disappointed. Sorry Puressence our time has run it’s course especially when I have personally seen over 30 estheticians come and go in a matter of just a few years, sadly, I will NEVER return after having Alexa mess up my area badly ????

If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer service was horrible as they charged me when they ruined my nails and then they told me they would redo them for free, but when I went in they removed the shellac and then said afterwards they were charging me. I felt pressured to continue since my nails were even more ruined. They said I had to pay because there was only a two week guarantee and that I should have called right away if anything happened, but they never told me this originally. So I came in a week too late to book the appointment and then had to wait another week for my appointment as all the times conflicted with my work. I have had shellac done many times before, both for cheaper and that have grow off without chipping but my shellac started lifting during the first two weeks. They also seem to have no communication between the staff as one will say one thing and the next week you will get a different answer.

I love all the people here. I have been going for twenty years and everyone treats me well and the color and cut is stunning. I have had pedicures and manicures and massages and waxing and they take pride in their work. Just love seeing babies growing up there and dogs wandering happily around. Very family oriented salon but very professional at the same time. Melissa is a gem and has a heart of gold! Love Fran at the front desk and beautiful Darlene is there often too.

The most unprofessional salon I've ever been to. Highlights were screwed up by the stylist and got charged for them to fix their own mistake. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Owner needs to get over herself.

This is the worst salon I have personally ever been to! The esthetician, Alexa, burned me with hot wax on my eyebrow and did not even apologize to me when I told her that I think she burned my skin. Very rude and unprofessional service here. Also as I read reviews I noticed that Alexa’s mother, Darlene Dudych wrote a good review for her daughter, WOW! How biased!!!! Pretty sad that you have to get your mother to write a good review for you since nobody else will. ????

Love the services Alyssa provides in the spa. She Is amazing with nails, and a waxing/sugaring magician. Highly recommend visiting to see Alyssa in the spa.
