Me and my friend keep coming back, they always do such a neat job and are so friendly, and always very clean. The hot stone massage is amazing. I don't understand why someone would give a one star review because they couldn't accept then as a walk in. This place is busy because they are excellent. Just make an appointment if you don't want to be disappointed. Great Job HIHA, excellent service!

In trimming my cuticles, by finger was cut and started bleeding. Accidents happen and she was apologetic. However, she nicked another 3 fingers - not as bad as the first, but this should not happen. I can not go back there again.

Love it here, the staff is so friendly compared to other salons and really want you to be satisfied. They'll go out of their way to make you happy. I never feel like I'm being rushed out and they take their time. ALSO! ITS CLEAN!! It doesnt feel gross when you walk in :)

One of the best nail places I've been to and I've been to a lot! All of the staff here are so friendly and kind. My mom and I come in religiously once a month and always have a great experience. Prices are really good here too (my mom and I both get gel overlay and shellac and it comes to approx $55). Famina or Thi usually do my nails and both always do a phenomenal job. Can't say enough good things about this salon, if you've never been here, I highly suggest you go!

Great first experience! The gentleman that did my acrylic manicure took longer than the other employees BUT he paid SO much attention to detail and my nails turned out perfect! There wasn’t much talking which is great for me because I’m anti social and had a head ache. The price point was very good as well! For sure will be coming back ! :)

I love this place! Clean facility, sanitized high quality instruments, very friendly staff and great value for their services. They even stayed open late to accommodate my pedicure because they were being incredibly thorough and meticulous in doing a quality job. Felt like I walked out with new feet. Can’t recommend Hi Ha Nails more enthusiastically than I already do!

They cannot take walk-ins. I went on a Sat at 10:15 am and there was 1 customer there with 3 staff. I was told they were a bit busy and they asked me to come back over 1 hour later.

Went this morning for a pedicure, acrylic nails and brow wax, they were very friendly, it took a little long, however they were incredibly thorough and made my nails and eyebrows looked amazing! Definitely recommend

The WORST nail appointment I've ever had. Usually when I go in for a fill at a nail salon, it only takes about 45minutes for me to get my nails done, but it took 2 HOURS there today. The first lady that was working on my nails took the sweet time of her life and then halfway through someone switched. The first lady who did my nails completely destroyed the shape of my nails and then when i told the second lady to stop making it worse she made it sound like it was my fault. Secondly, they do not give correct product information. Other salons are so helpful but today when I went, before starting they told me to pick either regular or shellac polish and so I picked regular and at the time she said it would only last a bit but later upon searching online it said it will only last like 2-3 days, and thats when they said oh yeah it'll only last 2 days. So my friend had to go through the hassle of getting it removed it and getting shellac which costed her even more. This is highly unprofessional and they didn't comply with us. Would NOT recommend. their attitude towards the customer just wasn't great. You can easily pay the same price elsewhere and get a better job done! I encourage you all to read their response! They way they use their words, "non-sense" for their customers. If i am paying for something, i have the right to ask for what i want. moreover, them saying that they switched their technician makes it look like its my fault and i did not ask for a technician change, the technician told me herself, " She's gonna do your nails because I am slower". secondly i know the no one takes more than 10 minutes to decide. I wanna be satisfied with the work and again I'm paying for it, so its fine for me to decide for a bit. regardless of me taking 10 minutes, it doesn't make sense for me to stay there for 2 hours getting my nails done and moreover i didn't even change my colour so you saying 40 minutes doesn't even make sense. I don't want you stupid apology and thats not why i wrote this review. its for the people to see for themselves how much a customer means to you!! and also there was not one instance when i said something disrespectful was was being rude to them. See it for yourself people!

I love getting my nails done here. Jenny and her team is really amazing, I take all my friends here for pedicures, and my gel manicure lasts for a month without getting damaged! HIGHLY recommend going to this salon, the facility is clean, well managed, efficient, and the staff is really phenomenal!

I’m really not one to write reviews however considering I now have an infection I thought I should provide my feedback. I do appreciate the safety measures that are in place due to the pandemic. Very good work there. The salon appears clean and the staff were friendly. I was quite disappointed with my pedicure as the gentleman performing it Only clipped some of my nails which was odd because they are now all different lengths. He also did not clean underneath them nor did he really exfoliate. My skin was nipped several times when removing the excess cuticle as well. I was relieved when another technician came to take over, she re-filed some of the nails and painted them for me. I’m sad to say that I now have an infection in my big toe. I do not feel as if I received a proper pedi. I Don’t get the opportunity to go very often. I will not return to this place.

I asked the salon lady who was doing my pedicure 3 times to stop digging her nails into my big toe! I finally pulled my foot away and another worker who came over and spoke english, told her to quit also. Not Impressed

Great time and experience at Hiha Nails. Firstly, They were really clear for the price and they know exactly what to do and gave me clear explanation and help me understand more about the different type of fix nails and the color too. They told me the price what will cost more and gave me the option to choose to get exactly what i was looking for. Secondly, The lady that did my acrylic nails was so great. She paid so much attention to detail and my nails turned out perfect! She did what ever i asked like the shape that was the one i never got that done perfectly at the other salon. She filed it and asked me to check it when she finished. She really gentle and friendly when she did my nails. Thistly, the salon was so clean and they did really good with the Covid rule. I am really happy with my nails and will tell everybody to come to this place. This is a place i will come back for my nails now.

This place is great! SO clean, and bright! The massage chairs are fantastic, and the staff are very kind. My pedi was $30, and the next time I go back I will spend the extra $15 and get the mani pedi combo. Be sure to check them out!

I do not like the acrylic dip powder manicure they do here. Lumpy, uneven and not the shape I asked for. Had to go home and file them. Not worth the time, pain and money. Took him over an hour as well. Too bad.. Update, 3 days later nails are falling off, and I discovered a deep cut on my finger.

This is an excellent nail salon and my new go to place! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I have been here a couple of times now, and each time the staff have really taken the extra time and care to ensure that my manicure is perfectly to my liking, and will last. The shellac manicures I’ve had done at HiHa have lasted over a week longer than shellac manicures I’ve gotten elsewhere!

The difference between Hiha and other salons is their staff take their time & pay a lot of attention to detail! Staff are very friendly and hospitable. I go here now for shellac and threading. They always have a lot of staff on hand so wait isn’t an issue. Salon is always very clean and the tools they use are always sanitized. Would recommend to anyone :)

This place is amazing I first found them when I wanted to get my wife a nice and relaxing manicure and pedicure for her birthday. Just recently she went back to them so she could get a nice spa package that included manicure/ pedicure, hot stone massage on her legs, etc. I phoned and paid for it before she was done as a nice surprise. The quality of the service is inconsistent. More than a few times I had my cuticles trimmed too much that I started to bleed. The last time I visited I was literally told to ‘hurry up’ (place my hand under the nail curing lamp) by the nail technician because they were busy and she was trying to rush the job so she could accommodate other customers even though I had booked an appointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to wait until my second visit to leave a review. This place is great. The shellac manicure and pedicure I got were wonderful. They didn't use a razor on my feet (which some people may find an integral step, but I don't because I don't callous too much) but there was one available so I'm sure if you asked for it, they would use it. They take so much care in making sure your Mani/Pedi are done thoroughly. They check, paint and then double check your cuticle for anymore work than may be needed. Pedicures get a hot towel and hot stone massage that is lovely. Manicures get a thorough forearm and had massage. I never feel rushed and leave totally happy. I will be going here from now on.
