AMAZING! Clean office and friendly front staff. Book with Lori and you won't be disappointed - she provides serious deep tissue work, if requested, that is simply done to perfection! My family members have seen other massage therapist there and enjoy them as well. Pay them a visit even if its just to relax and unwind, you can't go wrong!

I am so glad I came here. Cailey was absolutely amazing, honestly the most knowledgeable & compassionate healthcare practitioner I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. She taught me SO much about my unique body while she did amazing work on me. She went above & beyond to educate me on how to best care for my body in a physical way that will also address deep roots of my emotional trauma. I can’t recommend her enough. All the way home I was just like ‘that was Amazing’. At the end of our session it was so much easier to practice proper posture. I left feeling so empowered & relaxed. Best money I’ve spent probably ever. Thank you Cailey!

I see Kevin here and he is amazing! He actually treats your issues and teaches you about your body and how to become more mobile and develop strength. He’s encouraging, honest, empathetic, and so well educated! Kevin is constantly learning and studying and it shows in his work using a variety of techniques. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Very disappointed with the place. I was late by 20 mins for the 90 mins appointment, so instead if giving me the remaining time of 70 mins, they decided to charge me a no show fee of $60! They even made sure the massage therapist left the building before calling me to say I'm late, so nothing else they could do other than charging the no show fee. The attitude of the receptionist was terrible, hinting "we have enough customers already, we don't care if you want to come back or not". I definitely will NOT come back and will NOT recommend this place to anybody else. There are other places in the area which are much more professional. I seek massage therapists for peace and relaxation, not such frustration and anger like this. Sorry for the long rant and thanks for reading my review.

Fantastic reception but in all seriousness it's the RMTs that make this place worth the visit. Love when they let you know what they are doing and why that massage. Most places just turn on the music and they work on you. They direct bill so no need to be stressed about paying out of pocket. If you book a massage, Dayoung is awesome and let them know I sent you ????

I've been going to this centre for more than a year now for massage and I couldn't be happier. The facility is clean and tidy and all of the employees are both nice and professional. But I am writing this review specifically because of my last massage visit with Kevin Fleming , RMT. I was suffering from tight hip flexors for weeks before my appointment. It is mainly from working and trying to keep active at the same time. After the massage, I experienced immediate relief and was so delighted because I felt like brand new the next day. Kevin uses multiple techniques such as manual massage and graston - which I find very effective in treating my muscle issues. The BIG BONUS is Kevin is trained in other forms of massage like visceral and cranial massage. He is very skillful in using multiple forms of massage to address multiple health issues. During the same visit, I was also having some pressure pain in the abdomen. He did visceral massage for a few minutes and by the end of my session, my pain is 99% gone - so amazing!! I highly recommend Kevin not only because of his massage skills, but also because he is a very nice guy - so generous in sharing ways on how to improve my overall health.

Henderson Massage is the place to go for wellness. I've used a variety of services offered and never have been disappointed. I've been seeing George for Osteopathy since he started there, and he is phenomenal. I started seeing Kevin at the beginning of the year for visceral and cranio sacral treatments and his knowledge and talents are way beyond any massage therapist I've ever been to. With the help and encouragement of Kevin and George my body has finally been given a chance to reset and I've honestly never felt better. The staff at the front desk are always fantastic to chat with as well, I love the reminder calls!

Exceptional clinic with an holistic approach to wellness with a little bit of everything all under one roof. The hours of service are great and the front office staff are fast, friendly, and attentive. I've been seeing Stephen for a few months and he is exactly what I need - experienced, knowledgeable, and understands what my particular needs are to get better. I have also seen George, the osteopath, and he has transformed my life. I have never met a more competent and intuitive practitioner. I have also dealt with the office manager and provided some feedback on my first interaction with the clinic (just a hiccup for someone like me who likes to research before committing to things) and I felt not just heard, but listened to (yes, there's a difference ????). I believe they do direct billing as well, but I don't take advantage of that as I prefer to collect Visa points and submit my claims on my own. *I highly recommend this clinic.*

In the past I have enjoyed my massages from Henderson Massage. I called today to try and book an appointment and was advised the usual RMT I see is "medically exempt from wearing a mask". I'm not sure why my RMT who is in their 30's and smokes cigarettes can't wear a mask, but my mother in her 50's who is on 24/7 oxygen still manages to wear a mask. This is incredibly dissapointing and bad for business.

Horrible receptionist. Her name is Arabella. I booked my appointment at 9am for today only to find out that she didn't booked me with Dr. Deval. She even insist that I did not book my appointment, raising her voice on me, how dare you and didn't even bother to apologize! On my first visit, she doesn't know how to directly charge on my insurance so I end up using my husband's insurance. So incompetent! She wasted 1 hour of my time! Response to the owner: Hi Shannon. Good morning. I just saw your response to my review. I would not waste my time coming to your clinic if I know i didn't book for my appointment. She is not paying attention. And I suggest you give an appointment card, which i believe you don't have, so next time this happens, customers have a proof of booking. And as for your offer, who would want to come back the same day for a free massage after what happened? I have other errands too. Thanks for your offer anyway, but I actually don't need it at this time, maybe in the future. Thanks!

Made a last minute appointment with Kevin one day, it was Great! I was amazed with all his knowledge beyond massage therapy, he helped me with targeted stretching exercises for my pelvic tilt. I would Highly recommend booking with Kevin for anything that's bothering you.
